THE WORST INSURANCE AGENT EVER!!! I purchased a policy with agency in 2018 had I known that I would have to constantly call and leave messages I would have went some where else. I have to constantly call NO ANSWER! Leave messages NO CALL BACK!! Due to the lack off professionalism I would not be renewing my policy with this agent. He modified my policy, specifically told me never mind about playing it, started a new Policy when the other previous policy was never settled I received a bill stating my insurance was lapsed. I contacted Giambelluca on several occasions, and the response I got was “I’m going to call you back and I’m working on it”. He have been working on it for 4months now. I still never receive a email or phone call yet. Now I’m at fault for being miss informed by a Agent that was supposed to provided great and proficient service to better insure me. Save yourself the hassle and shop else where.

My father and I were about to buy a car and fill the paper work out. This company says they open at 9 to 5pm. We were up since 830. Called at 9 and no answer. We called til 11 and gave up, so unfortunately i could not get the car when i was supposed to because NO ONE ANSWERED. not sure how my father got his card but would not recommend to anyone. I could have bought my car today hours ago but instead i am going to have to wait another week to get another quote from another company who answers when they open. Maybe you guys should change your hours to 11 to 5pm. Not happy.

Mr. Giambelluca always goes the extra mile for his customers and is super helpful.
