They were so accommodating here!! When I arrived there was a substantial wait without any niceties. But I realized they are down to earth & just take their customers as they come. The service was outstanding & they get the job done! So dont have any concerns if they dont fall all over themselves to say hello. Youll get great service!!

Read the agreement once and twice. This location had moody representatives that were more worried about Friday night than Saturday morning.

Customer service was disappointed 😞. There is gentleman that does not have good customer relation meaning . I believe he is a manager. He needs to be more friendly and treat people with a smile. I guess they are more interested in hustling people out of their money.

I took my daughter there to pick up truck rental. She was very pleased with their process and procedures for pick-up and returning rental.

I needed a trailer hitch for my Chevrolet Equinox. Adriana was very helpful setting my up with an itemized bid and an appointment the next day for installation. She went to extra effort to get the precise wiring harness my vehicle required.The next day, John (the installer) started right on time and did a superb job on installation of my hitch. He was very insistent that the installation be precise and perfect! AND he finished it in the amount of time Adriana had estimated.They were courteous, accommodating, efficient, very effective. I will certainly return to U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Mesquite when I need trailers!

We got a U-haul and anytime we would hit ANY little bump on the road, the mirrors would start moving and we couldn’t see to switch lanes unless we rolled down the manual windows(yes I mean we didn’t have buttons to roll down the windows) we had to manually roll the windows down and move the mirrors uncountable times within the first 10 minutes of driving. And another thing that was noticed is that the vehicles were not being cleaned after being used so anyone could easily get in the vehicle and get the COVID-19 virus. The only reason this review isn’t 0 stars is because the a/c worked and the radio worked.

I’ve NEVER left a review before on anything but, seriously this deserves it because of its poor customer service and rude general manager! I went there to rent a trailer and after spending the whole day going back and forth wiring my car to hook the trailer this guy didn’t want to give us the trailer because he kept insisting our wiring was done wrong because we didn’t get it done with him. We eventually ended up leaving to another uhaul and renting another trailer and the wiring, lights, etc worked perfectly. Thanks a lot general manager Raymond (I believe is his name) y’all lost yourself a customer because of your lack of kind customer service due to you being stubborn and not helping us with other options like trying out another trailer. This guy simply said he doesn’t want to give us the trailer, refunded us, and we left.

These guys are top notch. Our trailer was ready and it helps to do the express check in. Trailer had a turn signal not working and they troubleshoot to discover the problem. Rollin.
