I needed a part for my Gehl skid steer and went to the office to try to figure out how to order it. Michelle spent quite a lot of time helping me and acted like it was the most important thing she could be doing. She had trouble finding the part number so she called the Gehl rep. and he led her through how to find the parts list on line. I had the part within a week.I appreciated her patience and kindness!

Never trust a rental company who allows managers like keith blue to run the show, he did everything from up charging parts almost 300% for certain customers he knew wouldnt question prices, to trying to charge customers for rework that should have been done right the first time, to disregarding osha standards and safe rules and making safety violations on repairs on customer owned equiptment and even h&e equipment to meet his mark for that month, even fudging numbers and paperwork to meet his dead lines which is a big NO NO. Renters beware!
