This is a place that isnt in a hurry to do anything. 6 desk for help and 3 people working while one that was helping decided to not help. So friggin SLOW!!!!Save your time and have your equipment mailed to you.

This is for Spectrum as a whole…usually here there is a wait, and it’s a constant referral to the 800#, and then the 800# customer service refers you back to the local office, never on the same page. However, this company will bill you for a complete cycle of service, even if you do not have the service, and have canceled the service all together.The customer service for the 800# from a supervisor, was horrible. The supervisor, Alexandria ID 4150854, kindly dismissed my concerns, and nonchalant attitude was awful. She offered a $20 credit only, which was definitely nothing compared to what I was billed, which again, was for service I no longer have.I do not recommend Spetrum…the service itself, as well as the customer care is horrible.

They do not back their 3rd party insurance on their phones so why buy the insurance if your going to be left hanging for over a week. While you continue to cut your fingers on broken glass as it continues to fall out. The good news the lady was polite and as helpful as she could be but in the end still NO FIX..

They really should be more clear on what they do/dont allow at this location. They told me that I couldnt return my modem at this location, but after reading other reviews; some people were able to yet some werent. It should be one way or another. On the label it said return to any spectrum location, so that is very misleading. Also, it said that ups was an option to return; but they put a FedEx label on it so ups wouldnt take it. I ended up having to pay 15 dollars for fed ex to ship it. Not happy.

I wouldnt recommend getting spectrum..for anything, especially not for internet. Our apartments have been out of wifi for almost 3 days now, I cant even get online for school because of the outage. Its not just the fact that its been almost 3 days without wifi its that this ALWAYS happens, theres always something wrong with the internet.

The same shorter male employee assisted me all three occasions I visited. I had my service changed over, turned in my old equipment, and on this go round switched my cell service over. Guy was highly informative, friendly, and got things done pretty quick. Avoid weekends and rush hour times. This place gets crowded quick.

Just do your job plain and simple and if customer service isnt for you then find something else. Box says return to any spectrum location for a reason. The wait here is unbelievable, the staff are quick to tell you to put mask on and to wait outside due to weight of capacity and ignore us when we had a question but never once was traffic directed as people walk in looking confuse due to the spread out customers no order what so ever, no direction on where line starts, no explanation. My experience here at tge mesquite on town east location spectrum was horrible 😫 Im discussed with their customer service, not to mention lack of staff!!! 2 hour wait is unacceptable!!!

Walked in to return my eguiptment after canceling my tv service. Went very quick and easy. Never had that good of experience with any other company. You do it right Spectrum. Just wish you were not so expensive. A suggestion for your elderly customers that are on limited income. How about a cheaper plan for AARP members.

Retuning an WiFi Router isnt an option at this Spectrum Location, I wasnt informed of this policy even after calling spectrum because I wanted to continue the service now at a different address. Spectrum shipped me a new wifi router that I should return, not at this location. The employee said I dont know of other Spectrum locations, but not here at this location... we arent taking any devices back at this time... ever since the epidemic I completely understand, walked away. This is miss leading and not commonly known information.

Told me to try another store or come tomorrow. Asked if they will have inventory and had no answer. The lady’s tone was just rude and didn’t want to help.

I wish to recommend the administration to have more staff on the weekend. Today there were only 2 staff. There was a line outside of around 10 people and there were elderly. Needless to say the temperature was in the mid 90s. It took me 50 minutes to get service. Please consider putting more staff on the weekend to avoid this. Thank you.

The supervisor at this location, Sue, is VERY unprofessional. I asked the associate how much to switch to the Streaming service, and the supervisor gave me a price that didn’t make any sense. She said that the Streaming service would cost more than my current Cable + DVR + 2 Standard Boxes. My honest reaction was “Are you sure you know what you’re doing?”, in the most respectful way possible. She was very condescending and said “Ma’am, we’re not going to sit here and make things up!” I never said anything about her making things up. She continued to speak to me with an attitude, she wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and talked over me. Apparently she thinks that because she is the supervisor she doesn’t have to be professional, and can speak to customers any way she wants.As I was leaving I asked her for her name, she said “Sue” with a snarky attitude and sarcastically shouted “Have a good day!” She is the most unprofessional and rude supervisor I have ever met. She needs a lot more training. The 2 associates that worked on my account were more professional and polite than the supervisor!I discussed my account with Corporate. Just as I thought, she was WAY off on the price. They even laughed when I told them the price that she said. Beware of this location!

I have always had a great experience with Spectrum. I have used them on and off over the years, the fact that they offer no contract keeps me coming back due to frequent job relocation. Donna helped me today at this location and was very attentive to my needs, I watched as she assisted other customers before me and she was phenomenal, she went above and beyond, and a total sweetheart. I will definitely be back to this location specifically in the future!

Slow customer service. They didnt let anyone know they are supposed to sign in. I was skipped in line. I went in to drop a modem off and I had to wait close to an hour. The return process was less than 2 minutes.They wasted my time and the employees seemed more interested on what they were going to do outside of work. If youre going to return your modem save the trouble and drop it off with Fed Ex.

I came to Spectrum cable to pay my bill. Either this company is understaffed or just busy. Registration is required to speak with anyone and you can expect to wait for a while. Once you are notified, you tend to business, it didnt take very long for that. Im contemplating cutting the cable tv cord, I think I can figure out how to spend my money in a more beneficial way. An attic mounted 50mile antenna should be adequate for the amount of television I really ought to be watching. I should get up, get out and do something useful with my life and my money!

Do Not use Spectrum MobileSpectrum allows their representatives help people steal phones from hardworking individuals.I allowed my daughter to take her number, but she was to give MY phone back that I had been paying for for many years - among replacements and cracked screens. Somehow her father convinced the representative to repeat my account number and PIN number out loud. I kept telling her to stop and told her specifically the number ONLY, not the phone.I never got my phone back. When I talked to the manager she acted clueless and refused to listen to the conversation they say is always recorded.

Had to upgrade my internet service. They make you sign in the computer with your name, had to wait over an hour, Five representativest there but only 2 helping terrible service. It should be a better way to sign in and drop your equipment off, and they will harass everybody to switch over to their cell phone plan which is a scam they tell you is $45 but when you get your bill its a different price. Theres a way they can make this experience easy and simple.

Last year I called and tried to negotiate a lower rate after a horrible accident greatly affected my income. They were the only provider and I was basically told too bad. AT&T recently moved into my area, and it was only after I accepted a much, much lower rate from them - for the same service - that Spectrum magically offered me a rate that was $.01 less than AT&Ts rate. Just, no. To top it off, the service was never that great anyway. Much happier with AT&T. My promotional pricing will save me about $600 in the first year, and $500/yr after that. And the service is much better so far, about 3 weeks post installation.

Spectrum uses a ton of hidden fees and will slowly raise your costs. They will also cause issues when cancelling to get a few more months out of you even though they tell you a cancel date. Youll continue to get charged even when you are no longer using the service.

I have paid my bill and want the account noted that I consider what Spectrum has done stealing. I signed up for $119.00 a month plan for cable, phone, and internet. Turns out its actually $248.00. Our first bill for $422 even contained a late fee? We dropped your cable and chose sling for $49 a savings of $199 per month. Thanks for stealing from my entire family.

TWO EMPLOYEES working on a Saturday morning! Absolutely ridiculous. I came in to drop off old equipment due to me moving, and instead of being able to just drop it off and go, a 20 second errand turned into a 30 minute wait.Pathetic considering how much cable costs; hire more help.Oh, and not to mention more technical support to come out and install; we had to do that our self due to the wait being 3 weeks after our move in date.Now I see why everyone is getting rid of cable all together; I’ll probably be next.

My cable and internet must be reset quite frequently. Calling customer service and all they want to do is sell me a phone plan. I came to the store. Its worse, sign in on kiosk and wait to be called. Been here 1.5 hours to just turn in a defective cable box. I dont even want a new one.

Im currently a Spectrum customer who has internet and was doing the Spectrum TV choice. The price of the TV choice was going up so I called to cancel and when I did, I was met by a customer service rep who was rude and told me that my TV choice service would be cut off immediately even though I just paid the bill for another month. Basically I wasted $28 and was robbed of a product for an entire month. Im not even sure if this is legal. This is how they treat their customers. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because if I didnt have to pay for new router fees, installation fees, etc. by switching to another provider, I would have left Spectrum right away. Terrible service.

What can I say. I was quoted a price total with tax and all boxes, internet, dvr and all fees and taxes by Terell on the phone . After it was connected I received a call and was told it was a much higher cost by the billing dept, this was after installation . Do not trust the price you are quoted, I feel ripped off and a bad taste after dealing with them . Now I have to return a dvr to this place thats worse than the dmv. Just another big company ripping off the general public . Order this at your own risk . You were warned .

Came in to return equipment that was ordered in error! Had to wait in this place for over 1 hour just to return a modem. Sad ....agents were walking around talking to one another and only two clerks was calling names! The wait time here is ridiculous! The phone representative said to just take the not needed item(modem) to this store. She did NOT say an appointment was needed or recommended to aviod long wait times. If you are coming to this location to return equipment i suggest you making an appointment

Aweful customer service. This lady Irene has no manners. She raised her voice at my kids, who were doing nothing bad, too her or anyone else. She got upset because an alarm of one of the sevices went off. Second time alarm went off there was nobody near the device to blame. There was a 18 people list and only 2 people working, so they took forever. Buy Tonya helped us and she was super nice!!!

All I could do was to give them a zero star for their worst service ever.I got a really good quote of $50 a month for hundred Mbps.I waited for like two hours to get the router but it was worth it that time.My Internet stopped working Efficiently after Seven month of purchase.I was pating but not getting a good Internet so I had to call the customer service for that . they start saying me a lot of things.The second time I called they literally put me on hold for an hour and I I got a talk with this lady who told me that she’s going to send me the technician and I clearly asked her if it will be charged or not and she told Me I won’t be vharged. and the technician came he fix the Internet again after a week it stop working again.I was looking for my bank transaction and saw they cut 122$ From my account.I called spectrum again and I asked them to listen to the voice .As it is recorded and refund me the money because I was told I won’t be charged. Then they transfer me to two and three stations again.All they say is the same thing i told about about it clearly to themWhere as another lady Told me I’ll be credited I asked her to Disconnect the Internet.Theyydisconnect the Internet which Was not working properly.Well then I called them why they haven’t called me yet then everybody says the same they transfer me from one call to another call and nobody helps me.I had to be rude with one of themBecause I was really frustrated I told him to call me back on Friday because I wanted to talk with the manager and he told me yes they’re going to tell the manager about it but I never received a call. I’m not sure they will be calling me and I have already called him a lot of time wasting my time they don’t help at all.

Worst cable provider I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with and I STILL DON’T EVEN HAVE SERVICE. They randomly called me from a weird number and left a message saying I needed to call them back at a different number. It sounded fishy/phishy so I called back the next day from a different number only to learn that they shut down my account and flagged it for fraud. I now have to go, in person (yes, IN PERSON, in the year of our Lord of technology 2020) to provide proof of my identity. What kind of janky technology provider can’t provide technology unless they see you in person?!?! So now I’m sitting in an overcrowded, disorganized spectrum store where I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to show someone my ID and proof of residency. Disorganized, inefficient and unduly complex/difficult set up with poor communications about their janky processes, so I can only imagine the misery I’m in for as a customer/end user since they’re the only non-satellite cable provider in my area. Stay away if you can. ATT may be more expensive, but at least they actually know what they’re doing.

Dont go there for mobile support. They cant fix anything on a mobile phone. They will tell you to contact the manufacturer of the phone, even though its spectrum service, and spectrum sells the phone. So if you have spectrum mobile, your wasting your time and your wasting the time of the people that work there. Thats probably why the service is so cheap.
