Leslies is well stocked. Not all stores are full service. Has knowledgeable staff. Field Technicians are well trained. Owning a pool(cement pond) is expensive!

What is wrong with this Leslies? Second time we have had trouble with an employee. The person did not seem to want to sell anything and all he did was argue. We needed a new capacitor. My husband went in to get the part and all he did was want to sell a whole new pump. This was yesterday Monday May 20th. We ordered the part from Amazon instead. Our pool guy is out of town and he told us what to get and how to install it. We will switch to the Leslies in Rockwall and hope for good knowledgeable service. The guy at Mesquite did not even know the part was a capacitor, my husband had to tell him. Not helpful. I have contacted Leslies corporate online before and they never got back with me. Very disappointed. 2 strikes now.

Great service. However Leslies is super expensive. Just take pics of what you need and order it on Amazon.

On a holiday weekend you expect the stores to be crowded and we were not disappointed here. We found what we needed and were on our way in a reasonable amount of time

They dont even try it to find my part...the manager at the store was trying to tell me that they need to order the part and its going to cost 500$ ot more....When on amazon i got a new pump set with everything i need x 125$...Very disapointed that local stores dont take the time to help cst and they just guess prices...That its why people kerp buying online and more retail keep closing...sad...

Work with this Leslies store year round for our pool. We are a large property in Sunnyvale, all townhomes and we have a lot of kids. We must ensure the pool stays clean and ready to swim at all times. The staff at Leslies always gives us great advice. They help us with anything we need when it comes to the chemicals and supplies. They help carry the large buckets to your car, this is great for me when my Maint tech can not pick up. I love it. Nice clean store, well stocked and if they do not have an item, they will order for you right away. Thanks Leslies for the Great Customer Service.

Had alot of stuff for in ground pools. Above ground pools...not so much. Sad because alot of people in the area have above ground pools and filters/cleaners/accessories are hard to come by from typical hardware stores.
