I am very happy I found this place,my kids,9 and 11yrs old, love the coaches and environment. Although the staff is completely attentive, there are a good amount of students, so it is not personal attention EVERY DAY, but if you show determination and enthusiasm, the coaches will notice and respond accordingly. It is a great place to get a great workout doing something fun, and if you want to excel in the sport, I can tell that they are willing and equipped to lead you through. My family will continue to be a part of this.... (COST EFFECTIVE RATES)

I have been training here for 6 months and I will say that it was very intimidating at first, not having any experience at all but the coaches were very nice and helpful. Crystal the coach who teaches the all womens class is awesome and has really helped me get comfortable and improve on all my skills. Coach Angel who has competed on the professional level also teaches and awesome class and is very technical and always motivating. The classes are very intense no matter what skill level you are at. The energy in the gym makes you wanna work harder and be better! This this the perfect gym for any one who wants a good work out or anyone who is trying to compete. They also have awesome classes for kids starting at 5 and up! This is an overall great gym with an awesome energy! I would HIGHLY recommend coming and trying it out!

Im obsessed with this Boxing and MMA facility! By far the best in Texas my family has been to! Ive tried other gyms in the area and not one can come up against this gym! The staff is great, and coaches are really patient and willing to do whatever it takes for you to learn. They seem to really care for there members and know most by name.

My 2 sons love it here! The staff is great,the environment is great. They have helped my son build up confidence and character they never want to be late and actually look forward to the classes. They love the boxing,ju jitsu and wrestling classes. I have definitely recommend theyre gym to other family members and hope to see my neices there this coming year. My son even says he wants to compete in boxing because of the confidence has gotten from this gym. The awesome part about this gym is you are welcomed to take all the classes so you dont have to only pick ju jitsu or wrestling or boxing if they want to try them all they can and my boys love the variety and they love all the classes

Dont even think about it! Look elsewhere! Very rude coaches the people who own it straight up ghetto! I cant with them!
