My daughter had her 5th birthday party today and it was AMAZING! Coach John and the other coache did exceptional! They entertained the kids and also helped clean up after the party.I couldn’t of asked for a better party for my baby! I highly recommend🥰

This place is amazing. I must say coach John is so energetic and great with the kids that is contagious. The service is great and classes are more than I expected. I will definitely recommend this place for every activity.

My daughter has been coming to this location since she was 2. The staff knows her very well. The coaches make you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is just remarkable. We moved to Frisco in October so I signed up my daughter at ASI in Plano but I did not feel the same energy there. I transferred my daughter back to Mesquite. We now drive from Frisco to Mesquite every Wednesday. Amazing coaching.

Great for all ages like 3 to teens. My 7year old loves it and has soooo much fun!!! Keep her active sociable and smiling

I was taking my daughter there, I guess it depends on the coach, but the coach that was coaching her wasnt doing a good job, wasnt as professional as I would of expected. In at least 2 occasions she had a different coach which I thought was doing a better job and would train them better, to bad she only went to replace my daughters coach on her sick days. If she would of been her actual coach my daughter would still be going there.. other than that front desk was always professional always smiling.

We had our 5 yr old’s bday party here and the ladies working were amazing! They helped with everything and made setup, clean up, the the flow of the party so easy. We will definitely be using them for future parties!

Coach Jon is the best!! He gives each child his attention and really helps everyone and his energy is amazing! All staff is really friendly and helpful and facility is always clean

Amazing experience my daughter has learned so much in just 2.5 years. Jon and eddie are such great coaches, as well as the rest. My daughter and niece look forward to going and learning every week.

I have to say that I love ASI Mesquite for my 4 year old son, Liam. He has been there since he was 1 and loves it. He adores his coach, Chloe, and still has a great relationship with his previous coach, Jacob. All of the coaches I have met there are great, too! My son feels so at home at ASI and has developed several skills from being there. I love that pretty much every person on staff loves on my kiddo when hes there and they truly care about his development. We look forward to our weekly classes with ASI and highly recommend this particular gym because we love the staff there!

My kid loves this place. Coach Jacob and the other staff are really nice and they are very patient with the kids. Highly recommend!

2.5 yrs old daughter just had her third class with Coach Carly and Marissa. They are amazing with her, she seems to really be excited about it. So much so Ive now enrolled her for two times a week! Excited to see how she progresses, really hoping shell want to compete at some point! Most of all, they have an environment where shes learning skills shell use throughout her life.

My daughter goes to the one in Mesquite and LOVES it. Her coach Nicole is awesome as well as the others. Everyone is so well mannered and kind. Definitely recommend this location.

My daughter has been going to ASI for about 2-2 1/2 yrs and she it! Coach Carly and Coach Jacob are the best! They are really good with the kids and teaching the the proper techniques. When my daughter was moving from bronze to silver she was so upset bc she thought she wasnt going to be with Coach Carly anymore but of course she was. That is just how much she loves her coaches and the ASI program.

Good location. But smaller gym, the PNO’s (parent night out )was overcrowded. Way too many children in such a small space.

All the coaches are so kind, friendly & professional. Coach Carly is the best! my daughter lover so much. Being here has help my daughter to build self-confidence, shes better at following instructions and has gain physical skills.

Coach Leah at ASI Gymnastics in Mesquite is absolutely one of the best toddler coaches around!!! She makes every child feel special and compliments them in appropriate toddler talk that makes them feel like they are the best and that they can accomplish ANYTHING. Our whole family just LOVES her!!!

My 2 daughters started to go here since last Saturday. My oldest is 3 she was a little nervous but her coach was really nice made her feel comfortable & my other daughter is is 2 and she really loves it! They are already teaching them how to do back flips !!😄👌👍

The kids love this place

Teachers are great! Very patient with the children. My daughter has attended ASI for the past 18 months and she loves it. Coach Star and Coach Carla are awesome.

My daughter started about a month ago & loves going to class every week. She doesnt go just for her class, but she goes because she can wait to see coach Marissa. Anytime she talks about gymnastics, she has to talk about her coach. We love our coach & our gym.

My daughter loves her coaches. She power tumbles with Jacob and gymnastics with Karly. They have both taught her so much.

Coaches are excellent safe place for your children to go

Coach Chris is a fantastic coach. He is patient and kind with his students. My son loves his power tumbling class.

The coaches at the mesquite location are great! My daughter has been attending for a year and coach Jacob is GREAT!

My daughter is 2.5 years old. Shes in coach Taylyns class and we just love her to pieces!!! All the staff is awesome and willing to answer questions. But Coach Taylyn is our favorite by far!!!

Coach Chole is one of the best coaches here at ASI. My daughter has a smile as soon as she gets here and when we leave she has a smile. Coach Chole has showed my daughter so much and I really appreciate that, my daughter loves coach chole, she says she is so nice and she helps her learn different techniques. My daughter doesnt want to change coachs, she says if I change her she doesnt want to come anymore so that says alot about this coach. Thank you for all that you do Coach Chole.

Coach chloe is fun and sweet when rachel kreiner first stared she stared in broze with the hard work that coach star never gave up on her she got moved up to silver and now we have coach chole rachel really takes to her and that i good thing so thanks coach star and coach chloe for being good coaches love the kreiner family
