Great Experience! Quality Service, Work & Above All the price was right. Sure there may be cheaper alternatives... But not everyone honors their quotes or offers 2 year warranty on their product. These guys are tech experts! They were able to fix my IPhone XS Max after it had been dropped in water and was no longer working! Luckily, it was just the screen that needed to be replaced! And, these guys were able to replace it a low cost! Surely, much cheaper than Apple store since it had no warranty! Definitely recommend for any electronic/phone problems!

Cracked my laptop screen badly, to the point where i couldn’t even use it anymore. I Walked in & ordered my screen the same day. The man was very nice and helpful, good prices, they text you when your screen has been delivered. Putting on the screen took about 10 min! Over all great experience, 100% would come back if needed.

I went to Sprint first, because I have warranty through them. They quoted me $300 and 3 days before I could have my phone back. Of course, I said no thanks, and called these guys instead. They were able to fix my phone for way cheaper, and I had my crack-free phone back within 30 minutes.

I had a very bad experience with this company with a laptop. They gave me a ticket number which they never asked for and told me that the laptop must have caught on fire. My mother called since it is her laptop and was told the same exact thing and it wasnt worth fixing nor would it come on. I go back to pick it up and he claims he never heard back so he didnt have it put together. After going back and forth, the laptop he was referring was on the counter which the insides may have caught on fire but that didnt belong to us. Once he found the correct laptop he misplaced the power cord which had the ticket number on it as well but he said I didnt drop one off and of course it was sitting right there....omg.Glad I (myself) was able to get the laptop to turn on, boot up and get her information that she needed without having to pay a dime.

My son cracked his iPhone so we decided to give this place a try, Im so glad we did. The customer service was excellent! Will definitely come here again if anything else breaks. I recommend them. 👍👍

Went in this evening 20 minutes before they closed, I did not know what time they closed, but was helped. They fixed my screen in 15 minutes! And they sell Girl Scout cookies! 🤗 Both men were very nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

Robert Clayton, and his staff do an incredible job, my wife got her screen fixed on her Moto X pure, and they did a wonderful job. They kept us updated on the status, they got the work done in approx one business day. It looked like it just came from the factory. And of every phone repair shop I checked, they were by far the most responsibly priced! It only cost $109.99 before tax for my wifes phone, which was way more reasonable than some other quotes I received. If Im ever in need of another cell phone repair, they will be my first, and only stop!!! And to top it all off, all the staff there is extremely friendly, and attentive. Dont waste your time on other repair shops, just go see the guys at TMB!

Super place to take your phone! My daughter broke her iPhone 5 multiple times and he always knows how to take care of it & at a reasonable price!!

I went there to fix the port of entry of my tablet, they try to fix it, didnt do a good job, they damaged the screen of my device, and they come up saying that I need to replace the screen which cost $250 plus $100 for port of entry I had already paid, screwed me big time.
