Mike was awesome!!! Fun and professional. He joked but took care of business. My daughter had a busted screen...and busted is an understatement. Mike took care if and her phone looks and acts brand-new. This is what is was...he took his time to ensure that it was done right. Will be back...hopefully just for accessories etc and no more phone repairs!

My screen broke yesterday morning so I’m the afternoon I could not find a place that could fix it so late and at a reasonable price luckily I found Cell Tech on google and I called and Spoke to Mike yesterday at 7:30pm and he said he could fix my phone before they closed so I quickly went and arrived by 7:45pm he didn’t reject me like any other technician would 15 minutes before closing he helped me find him in the mall and was done really fast, loved the fact you can see your phone being fixed right in front of you, Mike was very informative about his products and put a comparison to my old screen which was really cheap quality and did not know. I felt very confident with letting him change out my screen. Definitely recommend for the future.

Absolute breeze getting my phone fixed here. Went to a couple places before them who said they couldnt take care of my problem at an acceptable price and that I might as well buy a new phone. They do not honor their warranty. Paid $400 to get my iPhone screen replaced and in one month the screen had a green vertical stripe. No physical damage was caused to the phone, it was kept on a case since I didnt wanted to pay again. When i went back to get it replaced, since the warranty supposedly is what it covers, the guy made a ton of excuses to not replace it. To get rid of me, I was told I needed to email the company since that is the only way. I have sent two emails in the last week and I have yet to receive a response.

Got my wife’s phone repaired here because I didn’t wanted to pay Apple’s excessive repair fee thinking I was going to save money but instead I got the opposite. I am still within my 90days on my warranty went to get my phone fix again because the screen received a green vertical line due to a burnt LCD. The guy who initially repaired it, looked at it & told me the warranty doesn’t cover it. There isn’t any physical damage, ex; cracked screen/scratches that could indicate the cause of the green line. Obviously they are using cheap products & the screen fried. I tried contacting their corporate office by email, since that’s the only way, after 3 emails I have yet to receive a response. I paid $400 for a burnt screen. Happy New Years to me lol

I took my phone the first time, to get my back glass fixed. I was without my phone for almost a week. When I went to pick up my phone, the power button or volume buttons didn’t work. I hated to take my phone to them again. I still haven’t gotten my phone back. Their just not professional at all.

I went to cell tech to fix my iPhone 7 Plus screen and they did an amazing job. I got my phone back with in minutes and It looks amazing. Also the manager was very friendly and offered me an additional discount if I wanted to purchase a tempered glass. Highly recommended !!

Will not be going back to this place. I noticed an additional charge that I did not agree. The charge was of $5dollars and when I asked for my money back he claimed that he couldnt refund me and I shouldnt worry since it was only $5dollars. I am currently emailing the company since thats the only way to get ahold of them but no response.

Its been a month since I got my LCD replaced and Im just now getting around to reviewing this place. So I come here and ask them if they can replace the LCD screen and they say yeah no problem. They told me that it should be done in 2 days (since they had to order the part). It was no problem with me so I give them my phone, they quote me a reasonable price, and got a phone number that they can reach me at in case anything goes wrong. So I come back 2 days later expecting to pick up my fixed phone, but they ended up telling me that it wasnt fixed yet because the parts didnt arrive when they expected it to and to come back in a couple of days. They also told me that they had stopped fixing Samsung S7s the day that I brought my phone. I was a little frustrated that they didnt tell me this over the phone since they had a way to contact me but for my hassle, the guy working on my phone, offered a free phone case. A couple of days later, I called them, asked them if it was done, and they told me it was. I go up there and the guy tells me that there was a little problem. He showed me that the screen was replaced with no problem but the backing was replace with a black backing instead of a gold one. He said for the troubles he could offer a free screen protector (not that great of quality honestly). He had forgotten about the phone case which I had to remind him of. Stupidly, I paid for the whole thing because I was frustrated with the whole experience. He said that the part would come in the next week and that he would replace it but I havent gone back because it should have been done right the first time I tried to pick it up (even if it did take a little longer than expected). I truly think that theres better places to get your phone fixed so you dont have to waste your time like I did.

I went to fix my iphone XS max couple days before, my phone was crushed by my own tire, wasn’t working.
