My daughters HP Envy 360 went completely dark one day. She took it to Best Buy where I bought it from and they would not even look at it. Said they would bury it in a bucket of sand in fear the battery exploding. She was in school in another state and out of panic, she let the rep talk her into buying another one! Boy was I mad. I heard a co-worker talking about taking her computer to this place and she saved loads of money since she did not have to buy another computer. So I followed her lead. They fixed my daughters computer, which is now mine and it works perfectly. I highly recommend them!

Had an issue with a recent repair and posted about it on Google. Mario contacted me and offered to revisit the issue with me and corrected the issue promptly. I always like to patronize businesses that will be honest and upfront. Mario was exactly that. I have been going to them for years and they usually are very good with making repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. If a mistake is made (and we ALL make them) they will address it and correct it immediately. Good place to take your equipment for repairs.

The service tech at Computer guys in Mesquite told me he broke the home button while replacing the screen on my iPhone. Then charged me to fix it even though it is not fixed and still does not work. Then, when I asked if they would reimburse me for taking it to Apple to get it fixed a different service tech started arguing with me and said “ how do you know it wasn’t broke when you brought it. did we check it before we replaced the screen”. I wasn’t even upset about them breaking the home button because I understand that things happen but why did they charge me to fix it and they never even fixed it and it’s still broken and then tried to blame me when I asked if they would reimburse me for taking it to get it fixed by Apple? I’ve been taking cell phones game consuls computers laptops to this location for the last 10 years and I will no longer be a customer there anymore because of the way they treated me yesterday. They made me wait over four hours. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I have a problem with my PS4, everytime I would turn on my PS4 it was instantly turn back off I tried different cables and it still did the same thing, when I turn it on the blue light shows for a quick 1 second and then automatically turns right back off as soon as I turn it on. I walked in the store at 4:40pm. I was told to come back 10 minutes before they close(6pm) to pick up my phone. When I arrived the phone wasn’t ready. I had to wait 30 minutes in the store. Then I didn’t received no apologies, and they were rude after I explained to them why I was upset, customer service was horrible. The lady was the only one that was polite. The young man and the older man was very rude, I will not refer no one else to go to this location. I was very angry when I left.

I took my son’s PS4 in on 3/20. The PS4 was stuck in safe mode. As soon as I walked in, Mario tried to tell me it was the hard drive and would be 130$. I asked him about restoring the system, because I saw something online about that.....plus he had told me about that before.(see below)He then told me he would do a diagnostic on it and call me with more info. I left thinking it would be a little bit but he called me 10 mins later and told me, that is was indeed the hard drive. I still wasn’t convinced and decide to decline the repair. I paid $27.05 for the diagnostic. I took the system home and decided to initialization and restore the system....Guess what.. IT WORKED! There was never anything wrong with the hard drive. Try YouTube before going here...better yet AVOID going here.They are rip-offs or they don’t know what they are doing.Side note: I sent him a message on Google before going and gave him the info on the system, he quoted me $45 to restore the system.... when I got there I all of a sudden needed a hard drive and our prior conversation went out the window. Not sure if he quoted me that to get me up there or not. BEWARE.

Had originally given 3 stars, but decided to change that after reading some replies to reviews. My experience was good aside from the fact that after my computer was diagnosed I had to call back since I wasnt reached out to.

:/ I came in with an iPhone with cracks across the top. A week later I walk out of the store with it worse than it was.Im sure theyre great with computers. iPhones, not so much. The screens they have to fix cracked iPhones are aftermarket cheap eBay/Amazon screen with horrible touch response and makes the iPhone feel cheap. When they sent me home with the super damaged screen they told me they would call me when a lesser damaged screen was available like the original cracks-across-the-top screen I had. Its been over a month and no call.Also, one guy is really rude. Everyone else is very nice and helpful.Update: It seems they try to be helpful when the damage is already done and the service is no longer wanted AFTER a negative review is left.

Machine lost power while running and Im thinking power supply. They trouble-shot and determined it was the mother board, which they had to order. Board came in but the processor was also bad. They fixed that with no additional cost to me. They also repair gaming systems.

Took my Granddaughter tablet to have the charge port replaced. They called me to come pick it up stating it was fixed. I get there the tablet was dead the guy had to try 2 chargers to charge it to even turn on. And I asked why they did not charge it fully up they said why they just replaced the charger port. Maybe so I will know that it works I brought it to them dead not able to charge dont give it back to me the same way and if u called me at 11:19 AM I come at 3:45 PM why not go the extra mile and charge the tablet what harm does that do your company and they act like I asked them to do to much. They are in need of some Customer service training very bad.NB

Good fast service fix all my problems

They had my husbands phone for around a month. The first time they fixed it, they broke the screen (understandable because of the phone type) so we had to wait a week to get the phone back. Cool. So I go and pick up the phone, and discover the microphone wasnt working, it wasnt holding a charge at all, and the screen wasnt placed on the phone fully. We take it back the following day (because theres a 30 day warranty on any work that they do), and leave it there with all of the notes of what was wrong with it. WE HAD TO CALL THEM FOR AN UPDATE SEVERAL TIMES over a 3 week period. They never called to tell us what was going on with our phone, if they were waiting on a part - nothing. They lacked any kind of urgency when it came to our issue and it was absolutely infuriating that we basically had to baby a business that we were paying to fix a problem. If I could leave less than one star I absolutely would. Do not let this place repair your stuff. He has his phone back now, but it has a terrible quality screen on it. When he types a normal typing speed (kinda fast) it lags really hard, and types a bunch of gibberish. Didnt do that before. Their work is still warrantied Im sure, but Id rather pay another business to do it right than go back and them do it for free but take another month.

So I took my MacBook Pro to simply find out why my screen does not show when the laptop is fully open. I did not have any type of extra colors or any type of screen damage before I took my MacBook to them. But now my screen has all this green and glitching effects now. The least they could have done was to return my item the way they received it. I paid $27.05 for a Diagnostic for them to complete damage my screen. Never again. They will purposely damage your your product !

Had to come back to warn others of this place, and saw the lady whose sole role seems to be to monitor online reviews, and lie about the services they provide, while attacking customers at the same time. I also noticed a fake 5 star review posted right after I posted my truthful negative one, which is a tactic bad businesses use.Saw the recent reviews, saw that lady using her same tired lies and exaggerations blaming customers, who from the MANY(unfortunate) times Ive been up there, were respectful. I never raised my voice even once, even when many would have being repeatedly given the runaround, so its rich that she keeps up this lie placing blame on bad customers taking their personal frustrations for no reason at all, yet you look at these recent reviews in particular theres a constant theme: that being that they are rude, their communication is horrible, and in my case, they hung up in my face after waiting patiently for 10 minutes, when all I asked was for the status of my nieces laptop.They lied on facebook about me, which is ridiculous since they already ripped me off, so lying about what happened in a pathetic attempt to look good(yet fail) in public, is kicking someone when they are down. Implied that I asked for an impossible request, saying the laptop wasnt good enough, ignoring that my niece ONLY watches youtube and plays roblox, which uses little system resources, and she did those things before the laptop had issues.They also take advantage of people, and overcharge. I was charged $80 for a fixed dc port, yet after dealing with these liars, I did the same thing at home after watching a youtube video in 5 minutes....again $80! It was a simple removal of ONLY ten screws, didnt even have to remove the motherboard, so THAT should tell you who youre dealing with.Then they charged $150 total after saying a fresh install of windows would fix it, which it didnt. One of the many times they claimed to have fixed my neices laptop, there was 2007 copy of microsoft office...on a laptop running windows 10, so Im guessing they cloned an old version of windows, did a free upgrade, yet still charged me for it.I asked the guy there why that was on her laptop and he couldnt give me an answer. He also couldnt answer why it still ran slow despite having a m2 harddrive...they cant keep their lies together, as the lady who responds online instead decided to lie as if what I asked them to do was unreasonable. Again, my niece does low using things like youtube and roblox, NOT playing Call of Duty...shes only 10. So that guy inadvertently admitted they didnt fix it, yet STILL wouldnt work with some sort of reasonable compromise.A place that you leave with the same problems is a place where their workers dont know what they are doing. And this lady keeps blaming the pandemic, which is not only shameful, but wrong. One of the times I was there, some guy was more concerned of burger king uber getting his order wrong, same guy I needlessly thanked once and he didnt even acknowledge me....pandemic, no? Scammers and horrible customer service? Yes, absolutely. You dont deserve any business with the dumb excuses and how you treat people.And you dont need biweekly training on customer relations, maybe just maybe you should stop being rude jerks to people and stop blaming covid for not doing your job. Youre not going to do that anyway, just fronting to lure in more unsuspecting people like me. Ridiculous blaming a pandemic for not having basic common courtesy. Let me guess, the negative reviews before covid were due to ww2? These Guys are Great dropped my phone while on lunch, shattered my screen and messed up my home button, I need it for work deliveries, stressed! I came in came in greeted and welcomed, calmed me down, I had only enough to cover the screen repair.. let them know come back later for my home button to be fixed... well was done like 30 min.. and the manager went ahead replaced my home button for free. Thank You didnt get his name..but that just made my week...

Went to get my laptop worked on. Went to pick it up and now I have to keep it plugged up because the battery is no good now. Never told me repairs would cause my battery to be no good anymore. Too many young guys working n there with poor communication skills. I always used the one on Lake June but their closed now.

They fixed my laptop years ago but ever since then they haven’t helped me. They can fix PS4’s but refuse to even look at my PS3 to try to fix it. They couldn’t fix my fan hub in my PC and didn’t even try to either. I’m sure they are hard working people that excel in what they do, but I expected more out of them than this. I’m disappointed!

Just what I needed in the nic of time...I brought a computer in to be looked at and maybe add more RAM so that it moves for my work needs. I didnt get his name, but he was very knowledgeable and was upfront and honest with me (kind of know my way around a mother board) which I really liked. No BS or bloat. Had an alternate Dell replacement for me which I purchased instantly and was not disappointed... it was a refurbished computer which works well for my budget and came with a guarantee for my peace of mind. They say they buy equipment that youre no longer using but dont offer you a fair price. I have sent other people there for service and they have been happy with the service portion of the company.

Had an issue with my computer not booting up and I just couldnt figure it out. I took it to these guys and they got it to boot up right then and there. Took 15 minutes. They then explained what they did to get it to reboot. Best of all they charged me nothing. Id have to say thats pretty awesome. These guys have me as a customer for life. It can be hard to find a honest trustworthy computer repair place but these guys are the real deal.

The mesquite store I will never go back there. they nerve called to tell me what was wrong I had to keep call the store and most time no one answer. went to the store on a Saturday it was to open at 12 but I didnt.

Honest guys..was ready to spend alot if money to fix my tablet...Brought to them for repair, said cost as much if I bought one no pressure to fix it....... traded mine broken tablet payed $20 for a much nicer newer tablet.

Friendly staff and good people. Lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful. My iPhone SE wouldn’t charge. Turns out it was just dusty inside the charger port. Took the technician a few minutes to clean it out. I tryed to pay him more than once and he wouldn’t accept it. I would highly recommend them!

The screen was black but it would still make noises i paid $65.00 sunday morning i woke up and the tablet didnt work again. My husband went back to the store monday they said it was a burn inside the tablet and it wasnt covered under the 30 day warranty guy wanted me to pay $120! Total scam i paid $65.00 for the tablet to work 1 day! He should have fixed it correctly ! Never recommending anyone here ! I am being generous by giving the company two stars. Unprofessional, unconcerned, and not a company I would select for computer repairs. Took my laptop, held for a month during which time I called several times to check on the status of my item to be given the run around. I try and spend locally to boost the local economy but the companies do not make it easy. I prefer to do business outside of the area for this reason. Has promise if they work on the areas of failure.

Best place to work at!! like FrI have worked two other repair shop before working at computer guys and computer guys are the best. They actual cared about me and their customers. They have been always been honest with their customers and tell us to do the same. Even if we mess something up, our boss tells us to let the customer know and together we will find a solution. They also buy good part, which helps us employees alot.Sadly, I moved far away after 6 months and my car broke down so i wasnt able to work with them more. But still I must say this is one of the best companies I have worked for.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. We dropped a laptop off to have a virus removed and never received a call to pick it up because it was ready. We tried calling this business SEVERAL times, with NO answer, to try to get an update on our device. When we finally had the chance to stop by to see if they were able to fix it and save my files, the guy tells us they can’t find our laptop, their system didn’t show that it was abandoned, but they just couldn’t find it. So not only am I out a laptop but I’ve also lost my valuable pictures and files that they were suppose to save for me. I should have read these previous comments because all the responses back to the customers is someone making “EXCUSES” as to why the customer is wrong and not the business.

When I came I to find out how much to repair a screen on a phone, was told $80, which I was fine with, he told me would be 30 minutes to fix, but had to order screen first.
