Im a Crete Carrier local truck driver and my tractor trailer broke down on 360 & I20 and my company hired Hesters. The tow truck driver was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, Ive had my share of being towed and it usually takes forever for the drivers to get the truck secured to tow but NOT Hesters drivers, he had me hooked, secured, and rolling in half the time it usually takes other tow companies. The Driver also dropped me off at my house so I wouldnt be stuck at my terminal waiting to get repaired. Thanks again

We called to have our car towed to a shop, we were told it would be a couple of hours. We waited for 5 hours and had to call them back. They told us oh it will be awhile our guy is on the other side of Fort Worth( the shop was about to close so we decided not to use them). It was very unprofessional that they did not even call us to let us know they wouldnt be coming. The only reason I am reviewing this company is because I would not want someone to be stuck on the side of the road waiting on them.

They are very reasonably priced. The tow truck driver was courteous. When things didnt work out at the first body shop, he drove my car to another body shop without charging anything extra. He also drove me home when he found out that I didnt have a ride. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

Towed our car off a private lot on their own accord. The owner of the business where we were parked didnt tell them to, neither did the cops. Tried to make almost $300 off us until we got the cops got involved.

My daughter had her car lose a low ball joint and I called the police which in turn called Hesters. We received the best service possible from a man named Billy. Best experience ever in a bad situation . He told me it was his job to make this part easy as we had been stressed enough already. He went out of his way with professional service.

Not a place to love because it was an accident that led me to the company with a customer. What was fantastic was the professionalism of the employee that helped us.

I recommend them for price and hustle.While calling around, I told the dispatcher I needed about 45 minutes “lead time.” When I called back to confirm I’d was definitely needing their service, they charged me for the time their driver sat waiting. Truth be told, I will use them again because the driver was on the spot.

Dispatch was friendly, professional and courteous. After calling 4 other wrecker services and waiting several hours for a truck to show up with no avail, i finally called Hesters. Dispatch said 30 minutes. Dennis showed up with his house shoes still on lol in under 25 minutes. With only a simple request, he executed a 15 point turn to get his huge a$$ truck into my driveway via the alley, so my pickup would be parked where it belongs. Not just in the street out front, bed loaded as it was. The price was affordable, reasonable and Dennis earned a 25% cash tip. If youre in Dallas megaplex and need a tow.... DUDE! Fast, in and out with car in less than 15 minutes. Not like Dallas when they tow your car for whatever reason, they full are full of booboo!!

Called looking for help for my sons stuck truck, which was in mud for 3 days. Although they couldnt help me, they referred me to Mr. Roy Bailey. He was able to help us out in just an hour or so. Both Patty at Hesters and Mr. Bailey were fantastic. You guys have a customer for life!

Nice service

Gentleman came out in the rain to tow my car because the nuts were stripped and I couldnt change the spare. Tow wouldve been $150 but he offered to give the tire a try himself to save me $125!! Courteous, professional, quick, awesome!

Not only would they not allow me to get ALL of my items out of my totaled vehicle, 3 very expensive items were and have been missing and not found.Almost $1000 in items stolen out of my truck while it was sitting there for 2 days.

The receptionist at this place is so horrible. She has the worst attitude towards us. We came to pick up our vehicle that was towed here and OMG was she the worst. If you dont like working somewhere where you have to provide customer service to someone just quit because you are bringing bad experince and reviews to the business.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Rig was not long enough to tow when trying to get the truck on the bed the driver was confused on what to do because the bottom of the truck was dragging so bad. When I confronted the OWNER with pictures of the dragging damage from on the road and under truck he tried to denied it!!!! Shady- Rude Very unprofessional RUNNNNNN!!!!

I had 3 encounters with this company . The first was a police tow. When i went to pick up my car the people were rude. The second tow was fine. Guy was really nice. The 3rd was the worst. Car cut off on me about 10pm and i was told they couldnt a tower to me until 2 or 3 AM. Im like okay fine cause i had no other option cause every service was backed up. 2am comes and i call and they tell me its only 1 guy working but should be en route in about 30 minutes. I fall asleep and wake up to it being 3:40am. So i call again and said its been way passed 30 minutes. She tells me that they had to do a police tow which is top priority. I fall asleep again and wake up at 9am. Do you think these people ever called me at all to see if i still needed the tow? Of course not. Thank God i was able to get pickef up when my car stalled because if not i would be left for dead by these ppl. No customer service experience at all

My truck broke down Sunday evening and after calling tow truck companies in the area and receiving crazy quotes I have found Hesters they gave me a very reasonable quote and the price did not change, I am keeping their number for future tows, thank you guys!
