I wouldnt use this company and actually fired them after reading the horrible reviews that literally blew my mind!!I turned around to find my granite tile counter top destroyed after being told they were only going to remove the appliances so that the insurance adjuster could see all the damage.Im now looking at 10 weeks battling the insurance company and getting in materials to fix my kitchen while I wash dishes in my back yard out of a large cooler. I have 3 kids this hasnt been fun at all!

This company worked for a fake contractor. They are unprofessional. They Flooded my house more and they contractor was scamming me and find out didn’t have contractor license. So AzFlood squad forced me to sell my home I lived in for 20 years. These people are heartless don’t care we’re rude lied to me’They stalked me threaded me and my little kids. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU AND STEAL YOUR PROPERTY LIKE THEY STOLE MINE

Excelent customer service and prompt response. The person who serviced our house was very knowledgeable of the problem and answered all of our questions. He keept the kitchen and dining area sealed with plastic to prevent dust going into the rest of the house. We highly recommend this company.

I recently had a water heater burst and it had flooded my entire garage. I had boxes everywhere just soaking wet and just to much for me to handle. I called this company out AZ Flood Squad. They came out right away and started drying out all the water as well as helping clear up all the wet items. With their prompt service and quick response we managed to salvage my personal stuff that got wet. They were able to get it all taken care and even work around my schedule. These guys are great. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who ends up in my situation

The water heater broke last Friday and caused some flooding in my Dads house, his Home Shield company sent AZ Flood Squad to assess the damage and start the drying process. They pulled out carpeting and set up their equipment to dry things out. I was at work when this happened. I talked to my insurance adjuster who advised me to have them remove their equipment and she would put me in touch with another company who does the same thing. I asked them to take their equipment, thanked them and we went our separate ways... You would think that was the end of the story, but no.The second company came and set up and the drying was under way. They said theyd come back on Monday or Tuesday to check the dryness and pick up their equipment and would call ... Monday came and when I got home from work, all the equipment was gone and my Dad said they came to pick it up. I thought it strange they didnt call first, but okay, making progress...Tuesday afternoon I got a call from the second company asking if this was a good time to come by and get their equipment and do the dryness check. Huh? I said, Your guys came yesterday and picked everything up... To which he replied, No we didnt, no one from my company was there yesterday.Turns out, someone at AZ Flood Squad forgot to mention that they got pulled from the job on Friday and so they came and took all the equipment belonging to the other company. I get it, mistakes happen, but thats not the worst of it! They were hostile on the phone and completely unmotivated to resolve anything promptly. What I got on the phone was basically, sorry, theres no one that can help you. Apparently, they were either on another job or gone for the day. In a day where we communicate instantly with the world, to say a manager/owner cant be reached in an escalated situation is unacceptable. If this was my business, Id want to know and take steps towards resolution immediately! I was even told at one point, Well, you let them in... as if it were my job to remind them that they were pulled off the job 3 days ago... And no, I didnt, I was at work and my 74 year old, ailing Dad let them in. The point is, they had no business being there in the first place!They admitted to accidentally taking the wrong equipment - which implies they still had anything here to confuse their own with, they didnt. Were talking thousands of dollars of equipment here that the second company is losing money on, including not being able to take other jobs because AZ Flood Squad stole their equipment! Compounded by the fact that it also puts my re-build schedule back another day. When you take things that dont belong to you, even accidentally, and you dont give them back immediately...And for the icing on the cake of this cluster, I was also told by their staff that they have done this before... Whaaa??? I would avoid this company like Ebola!

The AZ Flood Squad was referred to me by a plumber when a pipe broke under my kitchen sink. They came out and took a look at the damage and said they would get me a quote in the morning. Not once did I ever get a price quote from them. I never authorized them to start working in my house. They showed up the next day while I was at work and told my girlfriend that I said it was ok for them to work. It wasnt until after they started cutting out drywall that they used scare tactics to get me to sign paper work saying they can just use my girlfriends approval in court. They left a pile of trash in front of my house and never came back to clean it up yet they still charged my insurance company for it. Their prices were unreasonably high. They charged over $5000 to bring in some fans and dehumidifies and to cut some dry wall. The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because most of the workers were nice yet they were very pushy (like salesmen). I highly recommend going some place else.

Az flood squad thank you so much for your help I truly appreciate the work that you have completed for me. I left for a month due to family emergency and clyde made sure that my house was taken care of. Let alone how amazing It looked when I got back. You guys will get 5 stars from and I will make sure that I recommend you guys to all my friends and family. Again thank you Clyde, Brad and those lovely ladies in the office you took the headache of dealing with insurance and made this and amazing experience.

I had some water damage last week and az flood squad was out at my house within 25 minutes. Very Professional and the technician explained the whole process very well. He even help me file my claim with my home insurance. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had the unfortunate experience of flooding at 2am in my home and called AZ flood squad..they were there with in the hour...they were very professional kind and efficient despite the early am hour..did an amazing job..I highly recommend them...THANK U AZ FLOOD SQUAD!!
