They always respond immediately, they are priced right and they offer great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any fire, flood or mold damage as well as any of your general contracting needs...they do it all for me! 5 stars all the way!

Pinnacle Restoration is the best company to work with. Alexis Webb has been available for me and my properties 24/7. I have called PR when my community has had floods, & fires. Alexis communicated to me through the entire process from start to finish. They are competitively priced. If you ever have a flood, fire, or want to re build your home make sure to call PR.

I had a very negative experience with an unreputable restoration company earlier this year. Fortunately I was referred to Pinnacle Restoration for a recent issue that I had requiring restoration work. I was in regular communication with Jeff relating to the work that needed to be done. He explained all of the pricing to me, what could be expected, best or worse case scenario and was very reasonable in his pricing. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has the need for a restoration company.

If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would, I run a luxury apartment complex, so I need the best in the valley and we always go with Pinnacle Restoration. I had a unit bathroom that I needed to convert into a handicap bathroom which was occupied still, they came out and started right away the resident and I always had the best communication with Alexis Webb who hands down is the best around she always contacted me every day to make sure everything was going smoothly, in the end the work was awesome, beautiful finished product and the resident was so happy, if you ever need help you can always count on Alexis and Pinnacle Restoration to take good care of you.

I always call Pinnacle!! I work for a property management company and we’ve unfortunately had a few major issues and some minor ones too. Every time I call Pinnacle they respond extremely quickly and take great pride in their work! Their follow up and communication is so helpful for what we are trying to accomplish. Tension and stress are always running high in situations when you need a restoration company, Pinnacle will put you back together with as little stress as possible! Thank you for all you do!

Extremely unprofessional. The staff was not knowledge at all, but they were rude and very unsympathetic. Didnt even want to give it 1 star!

I can’t say enough about Pinnacle’s professionalism. We had a large office flood and they got out there fast and it was handled in a very timely manner. Everyone was so nice from the person that first took our call to the people who fixed our problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I experienced a flood in my home and contacted Pinnacle to do the work. They arrived at my home in no time and were able to get everything dried out and put back together in no time ! Excellent customer service and couldn’t be any happier about the work they did for me ! I highly recommend them to anyone who experiences a fire or water loss!

I wouldnt use anyone but Pinnacle Restoration. We had massive water damage at our business and I called Pinnacle in a panic. They were here and started to go to work immediately. They took care of everything. We had to have parts of the roof/ceiling replaced, the inside of the walls dried, and some of them replaced, all the flooring replaced, and so much more. It took a while to get everything taken care of but not as long as I thought it would. I have worked with Pinnacle on several projects for several years, they have always provided me and my residents the most professional service along with excellent communication from Alexis on the sales side to their estimators, scheduling department as well as their field staff.

If I can give them negative Stars I would give them a negative Stars the worst experience ever theyve got paid and did not finish the job total scam of a company they cost so much stress in my life and my familys life I regret ever hiring them for a job

A job that should have taken 2 weeks took 2 months and that was after it taking them 2 months to even start. threw the whole processes they tried to pass off crappy work and every time they fixed 1 problem 2 more would come up. I have since moved back in and everyday I find more problems in the end its going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix their work.

Do not use them. They are under investigation for fraud. They will take money from you as well as your insurance company. Be ready for your rates to go up if you sign a contract with them.
