We had a leak from our upstairs tub late one afternoon. I called the next morning and they arrived within half an hour. They quoted the job, and set up the fan and de-humidifier within the hour. They came back 3 days later, repaired the drywall, textured and painted in the morning. Great job. Repair is awesome - in fact it looks better than it did before. I was really pleased with the work they did. It gave me peace of mind that we have avoided any mold issues.

Tony, Cody and Ian came in to do a demolition of my upstairs bathroom and sons roof. They were very nice and professional and very fast. Highly recommend this company.

ATH Restoration is by far the best construction company in AZ. We initially contacted them to remove the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Nathan, Stacie, Jason and their crews are very professional. Jason really took care of us and got the job done on time. We had them paint the entire condo, add a water line to the refrigerator, and install LVT in the bedrooms and other minor jobs. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will be in touch in the near future as we will need additional work. I highly recommend them.

Az total home removed asbestos from my house. They were very professional and respectful. The workers, and the man that checked the air quality were very respectful. They didnt touch or use anything in my house without asking permission. They covered the area with plastic and ran high power vacuums to get any remaining asbestos out of the air. They wore masks (to protect from covid) when entering and hanging plastic. They were the most respectful contractors I have ever used and Ive been a general contractor and used many subcontractors. I would highly recommend them. Also there price was reasonable and I got 3 bids.

Id quadruple the star rating x 1000. We arrived to our Chandler home from a trip to find it had been flooded by a clog in the common line. It was devastated by mold and black water. We called AZ Total Home Restoration on a Saturday night over Labor Day Weekend. Nathan arrived at 10 p.m. that evening and, in a most professional, knowledgeable, yet compassionate manner, answered all of our questions, provided expert guidance, and bid the work to be done. He has been by our side the last THREE months as weve negotiated a stressful and incredibly frustrating journey with insurance companies, our HOA, and unethical contractors sent by insurance. Water damage cleanup, mold remediation, sanitization of personal property we were able to save, air clearance and bacterial testing ... are all pieces of the project you need to absolutely stay on top of to ensure it is done correctly for your health, safety, and pocketbook. Nathan, James, and their team are beyond dependable, trustworthy, and ethical - and they are really, really good at what they do. They are the definition of integrity.When you seek to hire a home restoration company for fire, mold, water damage, or even asbestos/lead testing, ask a lot of questions. There is no licensing or legal standard, at least for mold remediation, to keep them accountable. Ask about the actual crews they will send to do the work - how are they trained, how much experience do they have, is there oversight - a skilled supervisor regularly visiting the job site to ensure it is being completed correctly and in a timely fashion? What exactly is their process and the steps involved? How long will it take - and get it in writing. All communication should be in writing via email. No phone calls that cannot be documented. Take lots of photos throughout the project. Educate yourself on the required processes - dont just trust that they are the experts and will do the job right. Get a copy of the scope of work as well as the lab reports from all testing.OR dont bother calling any other restoration company. Call Nathan, hire ATH, and you will be in the best of hands. Obviously, we cannot say enough to recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. We called AZ Total Home to get another quote by someone who was not connected to our insurance company, because our adjusters were being difficult and treating us unfairly regarding water damage that occurred in our home....long story.... Anyway, Nate responded right away and Jacob was out the next day. He said they would give a fair estimate based on what they saw and their experience in kitchen restorations. Jacob sent over and estimate the next day! Our insurance company even called to ask them questions and they were consistent and fair with their recommendation. It was a pleasure and relief to work with them compared to the experience we had so far with other companies! I would recommend them the anyone!

This review is way too over due.We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. At the start of a tile installation vinyl asbestos tile was found under the carpet in my master bedroom. Arizona Total Home Restoration was at my house within 3 hours, took samples of the tile, and had the results (positive for asbestos) 4 hours later. The next morning, they completed the asbestos abatement. The gentlemen were professional, personable, and knew their stuff! They left the room clean and asbestos free (lab-tested air quality test proved it). I would definitely hire Arizona Total Home Restoration again should the need arise.

I had a minor flood happen to my house from my washer and was stressed out, when I called this company they calm me down and told me they would be right over to look at the damage sure enough they came within an hour to my home not even knowing if I was going to hire them. This company really does care about there customers, they saw I had a baby boy thats barley going to be one and sprayed a little where they saw mold so that it would stop it from developing and they also ripped out the carpet for me and threw it away for me. I obviously hired them and they did a great job and like I said before there caring and they dont just do this for the money they really care about helping you and fixing the issue. I highly recommend this company over anybody, you cant beat this kind of customer service and they gave me a great quote and were very careful with my home.

What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets.
