Initially, I cleaned my carpets with a machine rented from a hardware store. I couldnt get the traffic areas clean. I was lucky to find Carpet Medic. Dan did a super dooper job cleaning my Dad Don Evans carpet and tile. It looks cleaner than it has in a long time. He arrived on time, and was very professional. We wish we could rate him higher than five stars. I would highly recommend him!

Carpet Medic is absolutely AMAZING and their service is SO friendly. Just when I think it is time to rip out the carpet due to kids and dogs, the come and make it look brand new again. They have gotten Paint out of our carpet, unknown Red stains, and left no residue of dog messes. We LOVE them!!!!

They cleaned my 600 sq ft apartment and it appeared that they scrubbed in lines 2 inches apart! The apartment was very clean and they locked the door for me after they finished the morning service whileI was gone at work, just as I requested. I recommended them to my new landlord and they cleaned a 2-storied house very well. They arrived late, however, and should have offered a discount to my landlord in order to keep her business. Since I only paid for my apartment, I was very pleased with them and would use Carpet Medic again.

Dan did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. He took his time, and made sure that the traffic areas were well cleaned. He also took the time to clean some of our mats that we use.

After our bathtub overflowed and soaked 2 bedrooms and bathroom, we went online to find help. Never having this problem before...we didnt know who to turn to. We really lucked out contacting the Carpet Medic. Dan was here within the hour and had his crew here shortly after. He checked on the progress and completed the clean up and drying in 2 days.
