Carpet came out great - all stains were removed. The tile floors also looked great. We were mostly pleased with the grout joints - looked good but a bit spotty in the high traffic areas, although with some grout cleaner and a scrub brush we took care of the remaining spots.Overall we are extremely pleased with the value, results and timeliness, and would recommend them in our community.

Gave us a few quick tips on cleaning and showed us where those details are on his website rather than trying to take us through a sales pitch (personally appreciate that approach). They cleaned my tile and grout. Overall it was done somewhat ok. There were a few sections of grout that looked like they were missed during the cleaning process. The tile cleaning was done pretty good it was the grout I was not really happy with.

I used Arizona Carpet and Tile Steamers to clean around 1000 sq ft of tile. Tile was pretty dirty after a remodel and previous owners had dogs they didnt clean up after. Bryan came in and explained what he would do and the results to expect. He also gave us recommendations for floor cleaner and a mop. He did not try and upsell us on anything! Bryan was very thorough and made our tile look great. He was done within an hour and I definitely felt like I got my money worth. Weve used AZ Carpet and Tile Steamers several times at our vacation home in Gold Canyon. Due to COVID19 restrictions and other factors, our plans for coming out changed several times this year. He was very amenable and worked with us to finally get our carpet cleaning set up and really happen. I like that they truly use steam to clean our carpet. He does a good job, and gets it done quickly at a reasonable price.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily online and Bryan arrived on time with a text prior to arriving. He was very friendly and provided helpful suggestions to getting out pet stains. He did not try to upsell and the total was as stated on the website. The pet stains did not all come out, but most of them lightened up.

Loved how we are kept in the loop. While I put 4 rooms, he went above and beyond and even cleaned the hallways too and the stairs (since in 3 of the rooms, I only needed certain sections cleaned). What a great company! I made on online appointment for carpet cleaning, was emailed back right away, spoke to the owner, scheduled the cleaning for a vacant rental. The owner called me to discuss after he entered using the lockbox key. He did an excellent job cleaning carpet that I thought for sure was in need of replacement. Noah did an outstanding job on cleaning the carpet in a house I bought in Gilbert. His service is top notch. When I called Noah, I spoke to him directly and he was very accommodating with my schedule. When the prior owners of my house didnt leave on time, I had to call Noah and reschedule... TWICE! Even though Noah had just about arrived at the house the first time, he was very nice and rescheduled my cleaning appointment, even agreeing to come in Saturday morning, to ensure that the carpet would be cleaned when I arrived on Sunday. Noah went way above and beyond what he had to do. When I arrived on Sunday, the carpets were dry and they looked and felt absolutely great! Ive had carpets cleaned by others in the past where the carpets felt a little cruncy and not soft. Mine felt perfect and I appreciated how the carpets had virtually no smell. No cleaning chemical smell at all. Just clean, immaculate looking carpet. I cant recommend Noah enough. He is an upstanding guy who is responsive, meets his commitments, understands the needs of his clients and really helped me out in a tough spot.

I called about my carpets just yesterday, and they came out today! Our carpets had nasty grim, and poo puddle messes everywhere from our puppies. Our carpets were supposed to be beige and looked gray and black in most areas. All poo puddle messes are gone! You cannot even see where they once were!!
