They did a magnificent job on my carpets! I moved in 2 months ago. The previous owners had 4 kids and I don’t think the carpets were ever cleaned. Awesome service! I called and they were out the next day. They were on time, professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning my dirty floors. I had a red stain on my carpet that I was sure would not be able to be removed. To my gleeful surprise they were able to completely removed the hardened red waxy stain, and left my carpet looking as good as new. Very very satisfied with this great company.

Reached out to Arizona Carpet cleaning to clean the carpets in a home I just purchased. They were able to accommodate same day service and at a time that worked with a packed day of moving. They also did 5 rooms for $150 Tech was extremely courteous and diligent. They also did a phenomenal job. I plan on using them in the future and refer to anyone that I know. The owner even followed up with phone call just to make I was pleased with the service I received.

Had service on 04/04. Corey arrived on time! He was efficient, quick and never took a rest. He did a great job and left my house smelling great. I was worried because I have dogs and one of the rooms smelled like dog pee really bad and I was worried about the after smell. He explained once it dries you won’t be able to smell it. I went in while the carpets were still wet and it smelled like Citrus and once dried smelled like Citrus. No dog or pee smell..I was amazed.. these carpets are 15+ yrs old. Very happy and satisfied and will be using them again for sure. The price and the service you can’t beat..

Unbelievable service and great job. Our floor was trashed. They spent a long time treating and cleaning and did a fantastic job. Once it dried there were some missed spots you couldn’t see while wet. I called expecting to justify coming back out. Before I could explain they just asked “when would you like us to come back out, we guarantee our service so it’s no trouble”. They came back and redid the whole job with a smile. The tech refused to accept a $50 tip “no sir don’t even think about it. We just want to make sure it’s done right and your happy”. Higley recommend, we will use them a couple times a year!!

Chris came out and cleaned all the tile and grout in my house today. I’m very happy with the way it came out. I had numerous stains and grime that had built up over the years. My tile looks brand new, as does most of the grout. After booking the service, I contacted them with a few questions. They are excellent with communication, have great customer service, and very competitive rates.

They did great work cleaning the carpets and everything looks brand new and refreshed with a nice scent. Carpet was mostly dry after about 6 hours and the house smelled and looked amazing! They use a rotary carpet cleaner which seems to get the job done much better than the traditional wand and was still gentle on the carpet. We also had 600 sqft of tile cleaned and the grout cleaning makes a world of a difference. Would definitely recommend their work for friends and family.

The first job was great! Cleaned carpet in a one bedroom apt and it was quick and got cleaner than I expected it would. The second job I called them for was an area rug that was only going to be $25 and the first morning appt of the day. They never showed up, I called twice and left messages and they never returned my call :( Extremely disappointed. I couldnt put the area rug in my new apt that weekend. Ended up putting it in storage :(

Darin of Arizona carpet cleaning hooked me up and brought over the latest steam vacuum. he did an amazing job on my 8 year old carpet with heavy pet traffic/and a fair amount of neglect. The before and after photos of my carpet were terrific, and the matted carpet was standing tall again after he was through. I tried the Rug Doctor rentals on my own previously and it was a TOTAL waste of time and money. I highly recommend Arizona carpet cleaning and will definitely call on him again!

I h ave used Arizona Carpet Cleaning for quite a while and had excellent experience with them. Then I had some issues with no shows for appointments and no calls returned. I had thought they going out of business until I saw trucks in my area. I posted a Yelp review indicating how disappointed I was with the situation and was thrilled to be reached out to by the new owner. He apologized profusely for the bad customer service even though it wasnt under his ownership, he said an appointment and came out and as usual did a beautiful job. This kind of customer service definitely earns my loyalty and I will continue to use them for all my cleaning needs.

My carpets were horrible. Just horrible. Az Carpet Cleaning came out and sprayed the worst areas first with a prestain remover and when the carpets were all cleaned you could not tell there was ever any spots anywhere.I would HIGHLY recommend them and will DEFINATELY use them again.They also clean my sofa and it looks al.ost brand new.Thanks guys!!!

Ive contacted several carpet cleaners in Mesa, and Arizona Carpet Cleaning was one of the few to respond in a friendly and professional manner. On Sept 26, 2016 we had carpet cleaned in our 36 ft RV. The service person was polite, prompt and did a very good job. We have 2 pets and were very happy with the results.

Had an appointment for 8am, at 8:30 it was changed to 4pm. The guys said it will take 30 to 40 minutes they were done in 10, cant blame them noone wants to work on a Sunday! I just paid $96 to get my carpets and rugs wet, no difference at all.

They do a great job!
