Ok dont have many Uhaul at this facility. Had to have one we needed come in from another facility

Pretty easy pick up and return. Price was very reasonable in my opinion. Take advantage of hiring movers from UHauls web site.

Had a prepaid reservation for a trailer, but they have it to someone else. Very rude about it. They found another trailer, but then they sent me to the wrong city to pick it up. Uhaul has a rental guarantee, so at least well get $50 for all the hassle.

I came into U-haul to get a trailer and Juan assisted me through the entire process. Great customer service, friendly, respectful and very polite! Talk about a hard worker! Juan helped me hook it up to my truck and even met me in the lot when I returned to unhitch it. Super impressed with the quality! I will be returning!

Saw that they sell propane and have a large parking lot. They had an RV parked in front of the propane, waiting to get oil change I ask to get propane. The attendant said I would have to wait till someone moves the parked RV and said there is nowhere else to park it. They have a very large lot! I went into the office, 3 people standing at the counter. Said I would have to wait for a technician to be available to move it. They didnt seem to care if I got propane and they all seemed annoyed that I ask to buy it. I will never do business with this location 😡. There is a plethora of RV repair place and many RV repair and dealers on Main street in Mesa. Go somewhere else for your RV needs!

I hold a yearly yard sale that benefits local animal rescues. I have used this UHaul center out of Apache Sands every year to transport my yard sale goods from storage to the sale. Their trucks are always in good condition and their reps have always been friendly and quick to get me on my way.

Very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me. Equipment worked great, quick and easy return. Thanks again.

I rented a U-Haul for a one way move. When I went to pick up the truck the place said I did not have a reservation despite me having a reservation number. The lady helping me was useless. Apparently I had to go to another place to pick it up. When I got there, they said they did not have a truck for me. I had movers coming to my house to load the truck in an hour and was getting not happy. Then we talked to Mark at Apache Sands U-Haul and he said to come on over and he would help us. 10 minutes after we got there I was driving away in a truck. I wish the rest of the company was as efficient as Mark was. Thank you. You turned a horrible day in to a perfect day.

We couldnt be happier with the Desert Sands U-Haul Team!!!We rented a trailer to move our daughter home from Payson, we ran over something on the way up there and the tire was flat in the morning. A simple phone call and they had someone come to us and replace the tire. Then as we were traveling back to Mesa, ADOT closed State Route 87 due to the Woodburry Fire. We had to detour through Pine, Stawberry and Camp Verde and take the I-17 back to Mesa. We couldnt make it back before they closed, but they said dont worry, we wont charge you for the additional day. Fantastic Customer Service, we will never rent from anyone else ever again!!!

No stars if I could but I had to choose one they take a deposit when you first get your vehicle but you dont get that money back and you get charged for all the days and Miles you have it also they tell you that after a hundred miles its $0.29 a mile but they still charge you the $0.59 even if you go over a hundred be careful with this place they just want money

What a joke this place actually rented my truck 15 mins before i got there to someone else no care about the outcome. All kriss said was your reservation isnt here its on Lindsay anf main. Thank god that i didnt get a joke here oh sorry a truck .maybe everyone should not go here for uhauls i wonder how many other victims there are
