Dear consumer, you will be well served to seek service elsewhere. Dealt with a guy named Tom . Had a minor repair required on a commercial trailer. He asked that I bring the trailer in on a Friday for Saturday service. End of the business on Saturday and no word. Called Monday morning and was told I hope to get it done today. Called Monday afternoon and was told it was 5-15 minutes away from going on the jacks. Several hours later I went to the yard to check the status. My trailer was sitting in the same place I dropped it. Three days of down time for a commercial trailer. Tom Buddy spins a good tale..He sure wasted a lot of my time.Plenty of professional shops on the trail, at a better value as well. Forget Jackssons.

I purchased a 81 inch x 14 foot tandem axle Work Horse trailer from John, he made the sale easy with no pressure. John was knowledgeable and answered my questions about the different trailers. Great place to get a trailer. John was very helpful and wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. A 5x8 utility trailer is not easy to come by in January 2021 and they had two of them. Other places laughed when I asked if they had any in stock and one place told me it would be 12 months to order one. Glad Jackssons had them in stock and ready to go. It took about an hour from driving in to driving out with my new trailer. Price was good and came with a spare tire and ramp. Paper work was fast and easy and was a reasonable price saving me the time to go to the MVD and register it myself. They has the service department check it over and hooked it up to my Jeep and check the lights and I was on my way. Thanks for a friendly place to get trailers and parts.

Great experience, they were busy but the manager took her time to help me through every step. She explained all the details and was very thorough. I was trading in my trailer and the new system was a little rough but she saved the day. The salesman was fair and the service guys were great!

I agree with all of the other favorable reviews. Bought my trailer right before Memorial weekend -- me and a thousand other people. They were busy, but found a way to put my trailer together at the last minute. Then they spent an hour working with me assembling accessories and getting everything set up perfectly. They could have easily just handed me a box of parts, but they wouldnt me leave until everything was installed. Highly recommended!

Purchased brand new car trailer and noticed flat spots in tires after a few uses. Called and was told to bring it in, most likely the brake drum and they would replace the brake drum and tire. Dropped it of the next day and was told it would take about a week. Three weeks later and MULTIPLE calls to check the status, given tons of various excuses on each call about getting a tire from Primo. Finally told it would be ready to pick up the next day, that they would find a tire and get it out on. Showed up to pick it up and it wasn’t even close to being ready! Then they hand me a tire that I now have to pay to have mounted and balanced. Worst customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing something brand new.

Seriously, this place goes above and beyond. I needed some ramps for my trailer, I noticed some older ones that I liked better than the new ones, they cuz them for me at no extra cost and added spare tire rack. A perfect example of what I preach, Hospitality and Service is #1 in any genre of business. They have a customer for life!

I would absolutely rent here again! I rented a car hauler and when they were getting everything set up I found out my wiring harness was busted. They set up a new one and helped me with every option for a braking system (they even ran to another store to get me one that would work). They not only got me everything I needed but went above and beyond installing everything so I could safely tow a truck. It was hot and super busy, but they still took the time to get us situated. The office staff could perhaps communicate better with customers, but overall I was incredibly impressed and grateful at the hard work and dedication shown there.

Called for some basic maintenance. 2017 single axle utility trailer. Rewiring led trailer lights was also going to have them check the hubs etc.. they told me the service techs are over a month out

I purchased a lightly used 26 trailer and had David modify the front to include two ramps and two 10 long extensions for my Can-Am Maverick X3 so I could fit that vehicle and a full size Can-Am defender. Their fabrication and design was excellent. They worked with me on measurements, design and layout and both vehicles now fit on there perfectly. They did an excellent job and Im very pleased with the end product!!

We would appreciate if your business did not consider yourselves welcome to other businesses trash dumpsters. If we wanted to pay for your trash disposal, we would offer that service to you. When your employee was told our dumpster was not a public trash he decided he could do whatever he wanted and continued to empty his trailer.Poor ethics.

I cant say enough good things about Jackssons trailers! My husband and I actually drove out to Mesa from Glendale to see Big Tex trailers and by a happy accident we stopped at Jacksons instead. They are nothing like a car dealership trying to blow smoke and get you to buy right now. No games, just a great group of guys willing to answer my never ending amateur questions. In the end we decided to custom build our trailer and Kyle was a priceless resource suggesting additional safety and convenience add ons. Never pushing for a higher sale, actually the opposite: best quality for needs. On top of all of that, my husband was going to be deployed when it was finished and Kyle actually delivered it all the way to Glendale!! Went to these guys to buy a trailer found the perfect one got approved for a loan but the down payment was a little more than I could come up with I needed a little bit of time come up with the rest of down payment was told it wasn’t a problem gave them a deposit to hold the trailer call them up to come in and put the rest the money down was informed they sold the trailer and told they didn’t know why I was upset they would find me another trailer it wasn’t a big deal the trailer they tried to offer me wasn’t nothing like the one we agreed upon I would steer clear of Toby he’s just a liar and didn’t seem to wanna work with me And now I’m waiting to get my deposit back.

I am in the market for about three trailers, I drove to check this place out and see if I could get a good deal. I got a price on a trailer, cash in hand, asked for a $250 discount, and the guy gave me a flat no.My offer was higher than the price(and I was willing to pay the higher price) that they listed the trailer at before I came in, I knew what they wanted for it(picture is of the ad). I understand that businesses need to make money, and I dont mind paying advertised prices, but the salesman told me they dont do discount like used cars because used cars are different from trailers. If i wanted to play games, Id go to a used car lot.You should probably take the leap that someone who takes the time to drive an hour and a half to see you has at least seen your inventory online, Itll save you from insulting the intelligence of a polite stranger.
