As different needs require a trailer change I Just purchased my 4th BigTex utility trailer. As anyone looking for a trailer right now knows they are hard to find and at a premium. This led me to a couple different mfgs to review options, pricing, etc. which promptly led me right back to Big Tex Mesa as nobody could beat finish, price, standard options and customer service.What really impressed me is the staff as they honestly care about the customer, even Jack there maintenance man recommended a couple small tweaks to the trailer to eliminate a cosmetic issue which I will have done immediately.Shout out to Lacey who finished my deal, knowledgeable, paper work was fast and flawless and she went out with me, as there was none ready for immediate delivery, and picked the trailer not the easy one on the top of the stack but the middle one because the wood was spaced properly. Prior to leaving I purchased a spare, Lacey wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and went out and pulled the tire that’s impressive customer service.This business and staff has my thumps up!

Bought my trailer there 7yrs ago. A main leaf spring broke and called Big Tex on Main St Mesa. I was told that they would squeeze me in as this is my daily work trailer and I couldn’t be down without it. Got it over and 1.5hrs later I had 2 new springs installed and rear door bumpers that were needed. Needed a 12 ft trailer to haul recreational equipment. Called and Greg answered all my questions very well. I needed a trailer that I could lift the tailgate up and down on my own (I’m an old woman) and was told the gates were spring loaded and easy enough his teen daughter could operate. I visited a few days later. And they showed me how it worked and I gave it a try, very easy. I purchased the trailer and Loren and Greg gave me all the advice a first time utility trailer needed including how to protect the deck so it would last longer. Professional, patient and knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.

Bought probably 6 trailers there through my company, we had a flat tire on a trailer I purchased a few years back, my guys went to put the spare tire on, and it was the wrong bolt pattern. No problem right? They sell multiple trailers and obviously just put the wrong rim on the trailer when they sold it brand new. So I go back and explain to them and show them the brand new spare never been used, they had obviously made a mistake. He told me that the trailer was too old and they would not give me the proper bolt pattern spare for my trailer even though they sold me the trailer with the wrong spare. They could’ve easily switch me out the spare with the proper bolt pattern and everybody would’ve been happy. But now I have to leave this review and I will never buy any more trailers from them again. I hope it was worth it guys over a stupid spare tire that you clearly made a mistake on. Don’t shop here they obviously do not stand behind their mistakes.

Exceed is the word. Process was flawless. Made a call to Loren, we talked for a few minutes about a specific trailer. By the end of the day, I had a trailer in my garage delivered 40 miles across town late on a Friday. No charge on the delivery. The Aluma Trailer is fantastic...great quality...but I will remember the service from Loren. When he delivered, he took his time to explain hookup, hitch issues, electrical I needed on my vehicle and was patient and thorough. My background is in customer service. I EXPECT good customer service in any transaction. These folks exceeded all my expectations. You can buy a trailer anywhere. Be hard to beat the prices and service at Big Tex Trailers in Mesa.

We were looking for a 16 ft utility trailer around the Las Vegas NV area went to the dealer in N Las Vegas and talked to them and was told that it would be at least the the end of February before I might be able to get one. I searched the internet for another Big Tex dealer and looked at there inventory and seen they had what I was looking for so we drove down from Pahrump NV. We found the 60PI trailer and bought it. I want to make sure to note how helpful the Mesa team was yesterday. I purchased a trailer from the Phoenix location and the clearance lights were not working so I stopped by the Mesa location and they jumped right on it and fixed it right away. Also, they noticed the spare tire mount I was sold was incorrect for my trailer and exchanged it and eliminated the frustration I would have had once I got home and tried to install it.Great job Mesa Team!

Today I really needed a trailer quick and I called the Phoenix location because it was closer to my house, however they were sold out of the trailer i needed. A friend recommended I try the Mesa location, I made the call and drove out here only to realize the banks were closed. I wanted to pay cash so I went around the corner and got money orders, I’m fairly new to driving with a trailer and the employees walked me through everything I would need to know and work with me on payment doing part cash and part money orders to equal the total I owed. I’m very impressed with the sales team and they were a huge help I will definitely go here for all my trailer needs!

Other retailer have been gouging the prices due to lack of availability on inventory.To my surprise, the prices at Big Tex were only a hundred or two over pre covid. Not 500 to 1000 over retail. So, I had my bearings repacked on my trailer. Afterwards I had an issue with the dust cap. When I went back, they gave me a new cap with no hassle. It was nice to work with professional people where the customer really does come first.

Did a decent job on a flatbed bed install. 3 stars in for removing the fuse out of the trucks back up beeper which worked before B tex got a hold of it.

Pretty good deal. I was surprised to find out that they dont take care of registration like a lot of other trailer places in town, or at least the ones Ive been to. But besides that it was good customer service and I drive away with a good trailer!

I am very unhappy wasting my time to go there to buy a trailer. The listing had a different trailer pic then one for sale. This bait and switch tactics should never happen and wont from a good business.

They carried all the parts I needed at very reasonable prices (I shopped the internet beforehand) and the sales staff was super friendly. I will be buying my next trailer from Big Tex.

Loran, was rude and argumentative. My trailer issues, apparently werent worth his time. He said he had the tires and could service the trailer I described to him over the phone. I would not recommend this place, although he bragged about having a million and a half dollars worth of trailers.. so, maybe hes your guy??

I am a hotshot business owner who has been in the business for two years I have 5 trucks and 6 trailers.Bought a new 51’ big tex ac20 on 3/24/18 from big Tex in Mesa. My first brand new trailer in my fleet so exciting!First week running it.The winch on the trailer does not work a $1000+ option.The trailer brakes did not work but was only the 7 pin not being wired correctly for my truck. And the trailer bobtails to the right about 10 degrees, so my guess is the axels are not aligned properly.So my company makes about 5k a week with a 3 car hauler. Keep that in mind.Take it into the big Tex in Phoenix today Monday 4/2/18 they said they are backed up for a week and can’t get it in to fix the issues till next Monday.So as of right now I bought a brand new trailer for my company and I can not use it for work because the brand new trailer is broken so I am out 5k just on my waiting time.Explained my frustration to big Tex they told me I should have check all that stuff before I bought it. I’m sorry I was confident in your product when I was making the purchase.I will let you know the out come of this issueand how they resolve it when that time comes.This will be posted to every hot shot trucking page on Facebook as well.I am confident that this is a nice trailer but to have this issues right out of the box has me questioning my decision big time.

Visited bigtex yesterday in search of a 5x10 single axle trailer. Walked in the office looking for service there was about 6 people in the office and not one bothered to help. I had to approach somebody to describe what I was looking for, this certain person told me the price to what I was looking for, but didn’t bother to showcase any trailers. Instead told me that the was one out side for me to look at. I stepped out to check out the trailer but no one ever bothered to come out, so then I decided to go home research other trailers store and now happy to say I found Rockland Trailers and proud owner of a 5.5x10 trailer today.
