Valley Pool did an awesome job bead blasting our pool last year to remove the build up. It looked new. Called them this month to have them repair, what I thought was a major repair. It ended up being a simple fix. They didnt charge me anything for coming out and fixing it. I so appreciate their honesty, I thought our pool drain was clogged or broken. They were recommended to me by neighbors who are also very happy with them. Thank you for your great service!

Sam was awesome!! We thought we needed a full acid wash, etc -he came out and gave us excellent advice! Was at our house on time, sent pictures and even dealt with our 3 psycho dogs. Everything was done on time and as promised! Sooo happy!!

We used this company for our pool start up and everything went very smooth. Samuel labeled each item and took about two hours with my wife and I explaining everything, answering all our questions. He left his personal cell number and has been an amazing resource for us. I woke up last Sunday and my hot tub was drained unexpectedly. I called Samuel and he answered right away fixing the problem within minutes over the phone. It shocked us he was so helpful on a Sunday morning. He also had us check all the plumbing and gave us some tips for running our pool smoother. Samuel is amazing and has been such a blessing to us! Great experience with Sam. He was very friendly, asked a lot of good questions to understand what our problems with our Salt System were. He explained what he was doing during troubleshooting, and I came away feeling much better about our pool system when he was done. A lot of pool companies dont seem to care much about the customer since there is so much business in AZ, they can afford to act poorly.
