We worked with Ed and were very impressed!! I interviewed several companies for remodeling quotes, and he was by far the most responsive, best at answering questions, prompt at scheduling a meeting and returning a quote, and affordable. We went with a pebbled interior and a new tile line, as well as a new light. He was able to schedule his team within a week of meeting with me, and the whole project was completed in a week from the start date. We are so happy with our new pool, and the service we received. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix up their pool!

Disappointed with this pool Company. I started with Clint who is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Drained my pool acid washed it and set us up for summer. At first the service was great, pool was clean etc. I checked the pool a day after being serviced pool walls were dirty with some orange stuff. So I called immediately. Got the answering service left my info. Received a call back after I reached out again but missed the call. I believe his name was Brandon....rude and no concern for his clients and was upset because I left no information. I called back left my name address multiple times left the issues at hand and never received a call back but a charge for additional chemicals. I would like to add that I left my info with the answering service. My husband is in the military and on deployment so I go visit family for 2 weeks because being alone with a 1 year old is exhausting. Come back home now all the walls are covered so spent I 2 hours myself scrubbing to remove as much as I could. It comes of pretty easy but I have rheumatic pain and problems so needless to say I couldnt move the next day. They dont care about their customers or have pride in their work. I kept noticing our pool wasnt being skimmed etc but I let it go. Now I need a new service.

No call/no shows…TWICE! Called and spoke with Ed on a Monday to set up new pool weekly service. He said he would begin on Thursday. Thursday come and goes -no call and no service. On Friday, I call the office and asked for Ed to call me. I spoke with one at 9 o’clock in the morning and again at noon as I hadn’t heard yet and he was rude and acted annoyed. I finally receive a call from Ed and his response was “Oh so I guess my guy never made it out there yesterday?” I told him no and he said OK no worries I’ll have somebody out there today I promise… It is now 530 and I still have no call and no service… I texted him and no reply. AVOID. This company clearly has no accountability and I’m not paying someone $130 a month for no call/ no shows. All I get is excuses regarding the heat. I 100% understand the heat is horrible, however that is NO EXCUSE for not 1, but TWO no call/no shows. Heat doesn’t effect the ability to pick up a phone. Heat doesn’t to effect the ability to communicate and reschedule. Stop with the excuses.

Call the Mesa location ASAP and ask for Ashton! He is hands down THE very BEST pool guy in the Valley!!! He is prompt, kind, professional and amazing! His thoroughness, transparency and attention to detail is appreciated beyond words.He’s been able to push through requests that took MONTHS for tourers to get cleared! And frankly, his patience and kindheartedness with our kiddo is the cherry on top. He’s great! And if I could recommend him as the sole person for all of ASP I would. Don’t forget...Mesa location and ask for Ashton!!!

We let these guys re-plaster our pool. They got it done in just a couple of weeks but it was very sloppy. They got plaster everywhere and didnt bother to wipe it off before it hardened. Didnt replace return nozzles and poked holes in the tiles. They refuse to meet with me to make the corrections and have sent a threatening letter asking for final payment. They also keep billing us for monthly pool service that was not done or asked for. I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars!

Quote was received promptly. Pricing was very competitive. Most of all the work done was excellent. Very clean and thorough work. My pool has never looked better with the new equipment, new filter, new pump. The technician was excellent. Highly recommend.

Clint and his staff are amazing! We built a pool a few years ago. Our neighbor bordering us on the back of our property have a lot of trees that deposit junk in our pool. Prior to hiring ASP we went through 2 other pool services who could not keep the pool clear. It would constantly turn green. We have been with ASP for about a year and the pool has been sparkling clean all the time.

I recently upgraded my DE filter to a Pentair cartridge / variable speed motor combo and could not be more pleased with the work that ASP performed. Clint was helpful and responsive throughout the process and his installation team were polite and clearly experienced. Their installation reflected this. In addition to the new gear, they replaced all the PVC and painted the pipes and existing equipment to match the filter. The attached pic is the finished product. My pool has never been in better shape for swimming and this is largely due to ASPs fine work. I highly recommend them for any of your pool servicing needs.

The price was all inclusive, no trip fee, no materials fee. Even with my busy travel schedule they came in, did the work, and took care of everything. Started using ASP about 2 years ago when I bought my house. They were who maintained the pool prior and so figured I would give them a try. It has been a pleasant two years! Email reports are amazing, sent directly to you soon as the weekly maintenance are completed. Recently I had to replace my old sand filter and ASP matched a competitors cheaper price for the project. It was nice to have them complete the new project and continue to use them for regular maintenance.

One of the worst pool service companies out there. Pool was never cleaned and now I have algae growing in my pool and have to have it drained and a chlorine bath. 350.00. Thanks ASP. It would take too long to write out the issues but you are a number with this pool service. I’m completely satisfied with my pool remodel. The price was affordable, and the crews were great. It would have been nice to have a bit more communication with the company. I had to reach out a few times to know when the crews were coming out to work. Other than that the end result was perfect.

We are very happy with the service of ASP - Mesa. The weekly reports, with a photo of the pool - is helpful, and their advice on maintenance of both the pool and the equipment is spot on.

Service has seriously declined. As other reviewers have stated, the technician is rarely there for more than 5 minutes. He adds chemicals and will skim for a few minutes after a monsoon, but I dont recall him EVER vacuuming the pool. Last week I sent the owner pictures of our pool filled with leaves only 33 minutes after the technician left. No wind at all, so all the leaves were there when he came and left. The owner (Clint) confirmed in his email that the pool shouldnt look like that, but when I asked him to send someone to finish the job he said he would try! Nobody ever came so we are changing pool service providers.

Our prior pool company could not keep the pool clean—multiple visits by supervisors and still green. They also broke a ground light in the yard. Switched to ASP and so glad we did. Pool is always clean. Our techs take the time to explain things. The techs are long time employees and very knowledgeable. Our current tech Tony found problems with the auto fill part (after taking the time to cut through deck paint because it accidentally got painted shut). Instead of just charging a bunch for fixing it, he pulled the part out so I can buy a new one and install it myself (he showed me how). He’ll adjust it and make sure I installed it correctly next week. This week he also found the skimmer intake jammed and fixed that, too. The owner, Clint always responds quickly to emails and texts. He installed our heater—well done and reasonably priced. Very happy with ASP.

This is a very good pool company. Have used them over a year, and they always provide excellent service. All staff are professional, reliable and personable, And always go the extra mile for great customer service. They are very fast in answering emails or calls. Prices very reasonable. I feel cheated out of what could have been the amazing experience that others have shared. Clinton was very professional, great price for work requested. Unfortunately the pebbles were lighter than the color we have, it is uneven making it look like it is cracked, and the person who came out stole the brass water pressure fitting and hose with float on the end, no one has called me back so now I have to waist gas to go to the business, Im also considering arbitration. If this happens to you get a lawyer right away, and my pool is foggy so I had it tested by Leslie pools, bought the chemicals they recommended and now I want my money back. Waiting for someone to call me back

Horrible service. Each service takes them 2-3 minutes. And they never respond to any phone calls. Deal with the green algae or deal with ASP.

I have been in my home for 8 years now and have been through a few different pool service companies. I switched to ASP Mesa about 3 years ago and since then my pool has never been better. Prior pool service companies had not been able to keep the pool reliably clean and protect against the loss of water quality.I dont know if it is due to the plants around the pool or the rock waterfall / cave that is part of the pool (which is rather awkward to clean). ASP has been thorough in cleaning even the hard to reach places and since switching to them I have had zero issues.Perhaps the best part of using them is they actually took the time to get to know my 2 dogs. I no longer have to be home when the pool is serviced to put the dogs in.

I receive e-mails (with pictures) immediately after pool service and communication on pool status. I’ve never had an issue with the pool or pool service. Anthony does the equipment maintenance and the communication with myself has been perfect. I highly recommend ASP.

Our pool is always sparkly and beautiful! The technicians are knowledgeable and hardworking but I almost never hear them making noise in the yard, so they’re considerate as well. All of the employees I’ve interacted with have been prompt and polite; and the prices are good for the quality of the work and the care they put into it. It’s Arizona, we all deserve a great pool guy.

These guys are consistently amazing. Pricing is about average for monthly service in the area. But heres the thing, they really care about you as a customer. They never try to talk you into things you cant afford, and work with you to make things function until you can afford the repair.They also have gone above and beyond for me personally. I got a new dog and he doesnt take kindly to strangers in his yard. My technician moved his schedule around to accommodate me being home when he visits so I can corral the dogs.It is rare nowadays to find a company that actually cares you should use these guys.

Ben arrives early on the day of my weekly service, goes right to work and makes sure the pool skimmer baskets are clean, the chemicals are in balance, pool DE filter pressure is within acceptable limits, and sweeps down the pool to ensure our pool looks great and functions properly. Clint and his team are great. They really are into trying to help their customer and give great customer service. Theres been a couple of times Ive called with issues and they have been immediately addressed. He understands that you know we all want good quality for a fair price. That is what they are here at America swimming pool its a great quality for a great price. They have helped me convert over to saltwater from a regular pool and I loved it it was the best decision ever.

We cannot say enough good about ASP!! The quality of service is unmatched. Weve lived in our home for 10+ years and have had 2 different pool services who we became so frustrated with that we decided to attempt servicing the pool ourselves. Update: this is the first time Ive updated a review, but feel people should be aware. Hired this company for a year. I assumed they were doing everything well, that was until I took a water sample in for testing. Many of the chemicals were off balance. And not a little off balance, but major off balance. For example, my phosphates was at 2,000ppm, where it is supposed to be under 100. Both PH and Alkalinity were also very high- it took me almost 3 gallons of acid to get them down to where they were supposed to be. I have no idea how long this happened for, but I do know they lost my trust. Bottom line- dont just assume they will do their job- test their work (which is sad).When I first moved to the area I sent out quote requests to several companies. ASP was the only one to respond, and they responded back right away. The rest of their service has reflected that quick response- they have been helpful with the many questions I have had and have been thorough in treating and servicing my pool.

I only gave two stars because someone did come out to diagnose our problem, but we have a leak behind the tiles. So after the diagnoses we wanted a quote on what it would cost. TWO WEEKS LATER and multiple phone calls following up we have yet to hear from them. My wife and I were new home owners in the Mountain Bridge area in May 2018, with an in-ground pool that was showing signs of algae growth, sediment, and water chemistry issues. After contacting several pool maintenance companies, my wife and I decided to go with ASP on a weekly schedule. Thus far, this is one of the BEST decisions we have made. Jason K arrives every Thursday, is helpful and extremely sociable, obviously has great regard for his job, and had all evidence of algae and chemical imbalance FULLY resolved in less than 2 weeks. The pool looks awesome. We are also partial to small business owners, and Clint Rowley is an emergent success story for quality and customer service!Update Feb. 2019 - We have now installed a pool heater (heat pump) through ASP which also completed several maintenance requests. Once again, ALL ASP personnel we interfaced with were professional, courteous and personable. Awesome company to have on our side!

ASP provides an amazing service at an affordable price. Our service tech Jarad is amazing and he keeps our pool looking really good. I would highly recommend this company for your pool care needs. They have been there when I needed them and they are extremely honest when it comes to needing something repaired. They always are prompt and complete the repairs on schedule and all of the staff are very professional. I have recommended them to several of my friends and you should too!!!

This companys billing, communication, pretty much everything is exponentially worse than the company I hired. They bought my route and I cannot ever get a definitive answer on anything. Ive had a leak in my lines I have mentioned countless times. It has yet to be addressed. I called them to figure out what I owe and they cannot transfer me to billing.I never receive a paper bill nor do I receive a login to see what i owe in order to pay it. The service people are nice enough and my pool is generally clear but the back end of their system needs serious work. I should not have to pull teeth to give someone money I owe them. Also since when do people not receive a bill for services rendered?Maybe this should be a 3-star review but I couldnt bring myself to change it. I will say that my pool is as clean as it was with my other company. I would not recommend ASP due to their mediocre business practices but they will get the job done in a pinch.

Customer service comes first for Clint and his staff at ASP! We have Ryan servicing our pool. He does an amazing job! Our pool sparkles! Ryan is easy to talk to if I have concerns about the pool. He is very professional and communicates through emails if we are not home. I like that I know the condition and the service performed on our pool weekly. And any servicing needed beyond weekly cleaning Clint is able to take of that too! I would highly recommend Ryan and Clint at ASP!

We caught their technician not cleaning our pool or adding chemicals and then using old photos of the yard showing the pool being clean. We contacted the owner about it and didnt receive as much as an apology. He said his guy was very busy and he would send him back out to clean the pool. We stopped using them because of their questionable business ethics. I definitely do not recommend this company and if youre currently using them, make sure they are actually servicing your pool and not just sending you past pictures.

I have been a customer of ASP for several years so I feel that it is time to rate their service. Their service Is outstanding! It is so refreshing these days to get what I pay for! Clint and his crew have always been very responsive to any issues that have arisen. The service men have always patiently answered my barrages of questions. And finally, throughout the years, my pool has been immaculate!

My experience with this specific owner/company has bee quite unique in that its been over a 5 year highly successful and productive run for me with a service company! The people that I have had the opportunity to deal with are aware of all my specific needs concerning my pool. They continue to be extremely efficient, informative and dedicated to making sure that my pool and its equipment are kept to peak performances. I am so very pleased with how my pool is maintained. All of the equipment is regularly maintained; the water is always clear as a whislte and since I am home most of the time, I have also been able to observe the employees without their knowledge of my presence, thoroughly test the water, clean the pool sides and adjust the timer on my pool pump on their own! No shortcuts. I also allow them ingress and egress through a locked gate where they maintain a key too! The gate is always locked, just as requested and my canine family is always protected from escape because of this attention to detail that is the most important thing to me by any service oriented company that has regular access to my grounds without supervision by me personally. I rarely, give 5 star evaluations; but, in this case, I am certainly confident that my thoughts and comments are completely warranted and earned.

Very poor service by pool techs and no responsibility from Clint Rowley the owner. I put up with numerous issues for 2 1/2 years. They charge premium prices and deliver terrible service. Photos show what i got from my weekly service. This was after 2 techs serviced the pool.

After my initial meeting, they sent someone out the next day to clean my pool because it really needed it. I got on a weekly service and the price is right. They have been doing a great job and my pool looks great. For any other pet owners out there like myself, they work with lots of folks who have pets and are comfortable with that. They do their best to keep the same worker coming to your house, so your pet can get familiar with them and be less stressed. Absolutely recommend them.

Clint and his team are very professional, review all aspects of your pool to ensure proper maintenance is performed. You understand what is to be completed, all potential issues that may arise in the future. The guys are very professional and attentive, very happy with my experience with them. Recommend to anyone looking for excellent service.

I am so glad I secured the services of ASP. The service has been professional and kind. We have dogs and the pool technician has been wonderful with them each time he visits. The pool is spotless and always inviting. Hiring ASA was the best thing Ive done this year. Really, this is a great company.

When I bought my house 2 years ago I was doing the pool myself and was struggling to keep it clean. I contacted Clint with Americas Swimming Pool company and he came out to give me an estimate. It turned out that my filter was fried. We worked out a deal on getting a new one installed and also set up a monthly service. I have been with ASP for a year now and could not be happier. The service they provide is top notch and the price is very reasonable. It is a pleasure to be able to jump in the pool and not have to worry about if I have the chemicals correct. I would, and have, recommend ASP to anyone with a pool.

When we called Clint, he came out the next day to evaluate our pool and give us an estimate on how much it would cost to maintain our pool. Our pool is huge and is harder to maintain at times. There is open communication with Clint and his team and they promptly respond to my emails and keep me in the loop about how our pool is doing, what repairs we need, and what we should do to continue to keep the pool sparkling. When I called ASP for help, my pool was completely green. They came over within 24 hours and within the next day or so my pool was completely blue again. Amazing service! The best money Ive ever spent and my pool has never looked better.

After bad experiences with 2 previous pool companies we contacted Clint. Since we started using ASP 3 years ago our pool has never had one problem. Not one! Our pool is always clean and sparkling, and Jarred is great. He even takes time to pet our senile old bulldog. Any repairs needed have been done in a timely manner and have been affordable.
