These folks are really consistent and professional. They show up the same day every week usually around the exact same time. We have protection dogs that may be outside roaming around by the pool, but Edward knows to check in with us first before his crew goes in. When they’re done, I immediately get a text showing what time they were there, for how long and even your pools chemical balances. A well run business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did a great job repairing the above ground plumbing around my filter. They gave an accurate estimate and even fit me in the day after I contacted them. See my before and after pictures.

Took day off work for pool drain. Called as day was ending. Told that they were behind and wanted to reschedule. Ill find someone else who cares about my time as much as they do their time!

I realize its a busy time of year for pool maintenance and repairs. I called four places and Jason was the only one to get back to me. Chris showed up as expected and replaced the gasket for the pool light and got it working as it should. Perfect! Will call again in the future.

Pool maintenance was primary service- started 2.5 years ago and generally happy until last year. When they claimed to not be able to enter our gated community. After several attempts to work with them to remedy the problem- we finally gave up after speaking with an uncooperative manger.

I would highly recommend Dolphin Pool Maintenance for any pool repairs you have. We had the pool completely redone ( pebble tec with tile). They did a fabulous job. Been with this company for over 1yr and they started out great. They cleaned the pool weekly and got rid of our problem areas. However, when it came time to communicate, the owner Jason alway seemed to fall short. Our recent interaction with his unknown staff was very unprofessional. I would say this company does a good job of maintenance but theyve lost us as customers because of their poor communication.

Chris or Matt did a great job of cleaning my pool. Never had a problem there. When I did have question they always had to ask Jason. He would not get back to me in a timely manner and I would end up calling them. But like I said they do a nice job keeping your pool clean. I think they just need to work on customer service.

Excellent Customer service, we called and spoke to Jason. He asked us questions about our filtering system and based on our answers, he was able to determine our filtration system was working as designed. Even though we were not a customer, Jason was kind enough to talk with us and let us know that it seemed to be working correctly, and he was right, a little later the water was clear and beautiful. These folks will definitely be my go to pool repair folks because they were honest and didn’t try to make a buck off us and sell us anything we didn’t need! Top notch company!

They are the best! They answer their phones or return calls right away. The accurately diagnosis pool problems and their prices are fair.

Called them to have someone come out to our property were purchasing to check and quote on either repairing or replacing the pool equipment. They did not confirm they were on property and lied about the gate being locked. Poor communication or lack there of from the company. It seems they don’t care about my business. Would not recommend at all.

We have been so happy with Dolphin Pool Maintenance. Jason has come to our home multiple times to help us out. He has taught us the basics about caring for our first pool and is helping us to fix a bad leak in our pool pump. Our pool looks great all the time!! We highly recommend!

I have used this guy for over two years. Recently moved and when I pay my final bill he still helps and offers me help in the future with any questions I have for my new pool when I move into a new house. Out of 13 years hes the best Ive had at my residence. Hes a one car shop.

I just want to say how professional and good this company was for us! Our pool was a swamp! Literally a swamp! I contacted Jason before we were even ready to deal with it and he stayed with me the whole time offering advice and things I should do. Cant say enough about this company, specifically the owner Jason. 1st time pool owner and I thought I had a big problem on my hand. He came and checked it out, took time to explain my system and pump, along with how to run it. Easily could have upsold me on some stuff and I would have been none the wiser.
