Went there for a Birthday Party. All the kids had the time of their lives. Something to do for everyone. A REALLY family friendly Place.Great service and Clean !

First time taking the family here, we had a blast and I did as well. We will for sure be going back again to Jump and have Fun.

My 3 year old granddaughter had an absolute blast! There was plenty of things for her to do, and she even did a little rock climbing! The place was clean and tidy. The staff was amazing, and we will definitely be back.The snacks and food are a but pricey, but, they are pretty much everywhere.

This place is fun! Kids loved it, and us adults had fun too. Very safe and lots of staff to keep it running smoothly.

My mini and I frequent the Mesa location often to beat the heat and we LOVE IT! The price point is okay but totally worth it I say-it being a clean and safe environment with tons of cool stuff to keep my monster entertained for hours and as if all of that wasnt enough, the staff is WONDERFUL as well! Theyre always super friendly and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy being around the kiddos. Example: Last night we popped in, 45 min before closing, and when attempting to use a voucher for a 90 min play pass, they declined taking it and told me and the kiddo to just go and have fun. I mean, how cool is that?!? This place is doing it right and the staff need a pat on the back-you guys rock! Keep being awesome 🙂

We had my sons end of year party at Uptown Jungle Mesa last night and it was awesome! We booked it as a private event so we had the entire park to ourselves (I am shocked its only $99 added to your party package to book the entire park). Anyways, kids and adults had a ton of fun!Some adults played dodge ball with the kids which was fun to watch. The manager Nick was awesome! He wanted to match our shirts in the party room and made everything perfect. The siblings tagged along and it was nice because they had a separate area they could play in for littles if they wanted. They order Venezias pizza which is really good pizza! I would highly recommend hosting a party here! 😍

This place is great for kids, my Grandson is having a great time and all the other kids just as well. Theres also a good lounge for the parents

This is a great place for kiddos to get energy out during the hot AZ summers. There is so much room for everyone to run around but the visibility is actually pretty decent so you dont feel like you are about to lose a kid. There is also only one entrance and the front desk people can see who comes and goes so they would definitely be able to catch a little one from sneaking out the doors. My kids loved going and Im sure we will come again when we visit again.

Kids love this place. Pricing is good, its even better when you find specials and deals.

Overall a good experience. Pretty clean for a place full of kids. Only complaint is some of the netted walkway for the upper story was broken and I saw multiple kids legs fall through which Im sure but is also not entirely safe. Hopefully that part will get fixed. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Great place to bring the kiddos and let them get out their energy! They have a great place for adults to hang and end even has massage chairs in the lounge area! The only reason I docked it a star is because there are no drinking fountains and all their bottles and fountain drinks are super expensive. Along with all the snacks, which are seriously overpriced. Other than that, its great.

Amazing place for ages 2 to 12.Been to a number of these places around Phoenix and this stands out as one of the best.The complexity and size of the structure and ALL the things to do above/below/inside it are just too cool.As a nice big toddler area with lots of cool things for ages up to about 5/6 AND a lounge area for adults if you are just chilling after dropping your kids.Very easy recommendation - especially since the pricing is super reasonable.

A great place for grandchildren and grandparents. Our grandson really loves this place. It was nice and clean. They have a great TV room for the adults. Very comfortable couches and chairs. Nice little snack area also.

Awesome place for the family and entertainment for all ages. I wish the ball pit was actually full of balls but they might also be dispersed throughout the building throughout the day. I highly recommend for parents not wanting to be outside in the heat.

My daughters had a great time. Totally reasonable for $12 for 1 1/2 hrs + $2.50 for the socks. I could walk around and watch them the entire time or sit in an area. Cushion benches to sit and watch. They could run, jump, climb, slide what else do they need!!??

They have great customer service, and my group of 5 boys had a blast! They range in age from 10-13. So could be great for all ages, especially littles!

Such a great place to take your kids to wear them out and to have fun! They will run jump slide and much much more. You can guarantee a good night sleep, for your kids, after visiting Urban Jungle. The price is very reasonable. You do need trampoline socks, which you can purchase their if you dont already have them. I believe they are $2.50 a pair. My only disappointment was the womens bathroom had no paper towels. After my second visit to the bathroom in 2 hours, I finally found an employee and advise them. They took care of it immediately. The bathroom floor though was filthy, or just stained frim major use. The rest of the place was clean. Nice Lounge for the parents. It was hard to keep my eyes on my kids which made me nervous. All in all, its a great place. Enjoy!

Awesome experience! Took my 11 and 9 year old and they had a blast. Something to do for all ages. Even a seated couch area for the adults to hang out. Prices were super fair, but we had a Groupon. The grip socks were extra, but and only paid ten dollars for four pairs so it wasn’t that bad.

My 2.5 year old loves this place! The toddler area is a great size and super clean with lots for her to do. We dont take advantage of the rest of the play options but Im sure we will as she gets older. Well definitely be frequent customers for many many years.

We finally were able to take the kiddos after a long while. They LOVE this place and anywhere where they can bounce off the walls and play for hours. Lots to do for kids all ages and even parents get to have fun & play with the little ones. My favorite is the trampolines, get a few minutes of cardio while kids play 😂 If you have toddlers, the best time to go for toddler time is between 10am & 1pm. Discount for the little ones & free for patents.

This place is very clean and the kids had so much fun. They have great deals on Groupon and even if you buy one for another place they will still accept it. Their snack prices are also very reasonable. And they have the cutest area just for toddlers 🤗

Always a fun time. My daughter isnt 2 yet and just loves going on everything. We already been 3 times this month as we bought the annual pass.

Went here for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. They had a blast. We provided our own cake, but they provided everything else. There is a separate baby play area so they wont get run over by bigger kids.

The environment is kept tidy and free of anything that may be harmful. Equipment is in good condition and shows little wear and tear. We have fun every time we visit Urban Jungle. Ive taken my 3 year old several times during toddler time and had just as much fun as hes had! Not to mention they offer discounts through out the week.

Plenty of fun physical activities for 3 to 6 year olds. Climbing walls for okder kids. Lots of space to explore. Comfortable lounge for resting or waiting. Toddler time weekdays is a great deal. Not alot of healthy snack options on site but easy to bring lunch. Overall a great place.

Took my son here (5) for a reward for being good in school for so many days. We had a great time. The staff was very nice, easy going, and attentive. The park itself was fun, and even great for dads to run around with their kids. They only charged $5.50 more for an adult accompanying their child, which was worth it. I worked up a sweat and so did my son. I enjoyed the trampolines and nurf-style air guns. Well be coming back some time.

Fun family time until the bugs kids start playing were only babys are aloud. And staff does nothing to kick them out. So many kids playing rough and running like maniacs while smaller kids are also trying to have fun. Staff need to do walk around and not just sit all day.

Something for all ages. With membership you can go for an hour or for hours doesnt matter.

The kids had fun. The place was very clean. Why I didnt review 5 stars is because a mom had a 911 experience with her kid and none of the staff reacted, at all. My sister called 911 and she asked the staff for the address which they didnt know and gave her a pamphlet instead (to find the address). They should have some basic training in case of accidents. At least know the address for where they work at.

Very cool place and fun for the adults too! Its nice that the adults can go in and play with their kids instead of just having to try to watch them. Adults get in at half price. Weekend rates are 12$ an hour and weekdays are cheaper. They have a cool trampoline area that I was ballin out on with my kids. They also have lots of slides and jungle gym stuff and they have several wall climbing courses that come with entry. I wish they had this typa place when I was growing up. They have massage chairs for the adults and there is a snackshack and sitting area with a big flat screen TV to watch the sports games.

Great place! We came on a Saturday during the summer (a time when Id expect it to be SUPER packed) and the workers were great, the place is large enough to handle a large amount of people without overcrowding. Theres SO MUCH to do here that kids can spend hours at a time here and leave feeling excited to return. My favorite part is that they let the adults play too! Its a blast to play together with my kids at Uptown Jungle!

Theres about 10 (maybe even a few more) stations to choose from where kids can bounce, climb, jump, crawl, dodge, and throw until their hearts content (be sure to bring $2.50 for grip socks or bring your own). Has a special section for younger kids that bigger kids cannot access. Building is new, very clean, and staff is friendly & inviting! Complete with snack bar, free WiFi and parents lounge (with comfy couches and 3 flat screen TVs). Prices beat the competitors ($9 for 90 min Monday-Friday, $12 for the same but on weekends). Go ahead and skip Jump Street, BounceU, Peter Piper, and Chuck e Cheese - Urban Jungle is the new family favorite!

How do you not love this place! I always enjoy running round up in the tubes with my kids! I even jump if I can.Some of the slides kinda scare me and I’m 30. But totally love this place and the staff!

It’s a great place for kids to get all their energy out! Although there were quite a few things that were broken or not working. Also I feel like someone should keep an eye on the toddler area, there were tons of kids waaay older than 5 years old running in and out of the area and all over the equipment. Other than that my daughter had a blast!

All was well until it came to he time to leave. The fire extinguisher was low down on the wall and when someone walked past it fell onto my foot. Then the staff started coming up with excuses as to why the fire extinguisher was so easy to access claiming it had never fell off the wall before when clearly that fire extinguisher was not secured on the wall well at all. I got lucky my foot didnt get terribly broken but it nearly did and it could have been a small child that it fell on. This is a place that kids play. It is safe to let your kids play near a fire extinguisher not secured safely on the wall? I will be coming back to get my money back. I just hope they got the fire extinguisher mounted properly.

This place is wicked awesome! Its chaos in its purest form, but its so much fun. Reasonably priced for the time and activities. I love that parents are able to play along side the kids. 👍 They do require you purchase special socks to participate at $2.50 each.

My kids told me to give this place 10 stars! I told them that goes up to five and then they said give it All the Stars. As many as I could.Id have to agree. We had to leave due to a sudden emergency with one of my kids. The manager upfront didnt even hesitate to help us and give us passes to come back when I told her about our plight.So this place gets all the stars!

Awesome indoor adventure for kids. Obstacle courses, rock climbing, long trampoline rooms, mazes, and slides. Then a back room for parents with massage chairs and big screen tvs. Super kind staff that want to help your kid have a great time. I just had my sons 6th birthday party there, and they were so accommodating and had private party rooms. They almost always have a deal on Groupon. Right now they have 60 minutes of play for $8!

Similar to other jump parks, etc. Probably because the other parks are not close by, the place was extremely busy! The place is kept up very nice and clean.

I am 15 years old, and it felt like I was too old (as someone under 18). I would recommend people who are 13 and under or a parent. Everything was for smaller kids. They do have hand sanitizers if you are germophobic. If you are going to do the wall climbing, I would recommend that you are no more than 120 pounds. I am about 155, and the straps became loose when I jumped down. They somehow kept the place pretty cold with a bunch of people crammed in this place. They did a good job for a grand opening phase, but as like every other place, there are spots for improvements.

This place is amazing, they have Rockwall, trampolines, slides all over, a big maze and much more. They even have a five and under toddler area with tons of stuff for the Littles!

This place is so much fun! I have taken my kids there twice. The first time I didnt join them but the second time I did and Im so glad. It was totally with the price. The slides are fast, the obstacle course is great, the trampolines are bouncy, and there is still so much more to enjoy. It does require that you have socks with grips on them but if you forget you can purchase a pair there. My only complaint is that the door to get out isnt monitored and I worry that if I wasnt paying attention my kid could just walk out or worse someone else could walk out with my kid but that is a risk at most places like this.

GREAT EXPERIANCE! The price was cheap kids loved it and had a blast. Worth the drive by far.
