Carole and Shelby are AMAZING! Loved the experience from start to finish. Their inventory was perfect for our woodsy wedding in Strawberry. We rented a white shiplap wall, a hedge wall, big white LOVE letters, white and wood platters for our grazing tables, cake stands, a rug, wood stumps, their white buttercup table, three big picture frames, white milk vases, and pedestals for the ceremony. It turned SO BEAUTIFUL!Carole and Shelby are both SO professional, and have amazing ideas! Thank you both for helping to make our wedding so MAGICAL!! It was a DREAM!

I can not express how much Wood-n-Crate came through for us for my daughter wedding! The quality of their work is the best out there! But the part was working with one of the owners Carol who even helped with extra things like center pieces which saved me so much. We had a great experience working with Wood-n-Crate; our daughters wedding had to be postponed several times due to Covid finally having the event a year later. The company was very willing to accommodate the date a couple of times, and on the week and day of the event, they were easy to contact and delivered an excellent service. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wood n Crate not only have beautiful farm tables they were a delight to work with! There are so many companies out there charging an arm and leg for these tables, WoodnCrate allowed me to have the exact look I wanted at price I could afford! They were so sweet, threw in our sweetheart table for free! They always got back to me in a timely manner, usually same day- which is a great find in a vender! I was so happy to have them part of my day

We rented a beautiful wood arch and and a large jenga game set for our wedding in October. The arch was perfect! Great quality and sturdy. The woman that initially helped us decide what we wanted and walked us through the warehouse was amazing. They were very nice and work with you on picking up/dropping off. Overall, great experience and extremely happy!

I had the pleasure of working with Wood-n-Crate Designs on a styled shoot for my painting business. I was creating an intimate elopement ceremony design in the desert of Sedona. I reached out to the owner, and Carole immediately hopped on the opportunity to help and be apart of the shoot. Wood-N-Crate gets my absolute highest recommendation. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL because of them. Their tables and benches are beautiful, and set a completely different ambiance than using tables covered with cloth, and the lighting job completed by Travis was stunning. We had lights strung over the entire yard and throughout a large ironwood tree, which acted as our backdrop to our ceremony. Wood-N-Crate made the setting beautiful, and are incredible people. They are accommodating, talented, and enthusiastic. We are so happy we chose this family owned company!

We had an awesome experience working with Carole and her team. We had rented a green boxwood hedge backdrop for our son’s first birthday party and wanted his name cutout in wood, painted gold and mounted on the backdrop. Amazing service and products. Literally, down to the last minute they were helpful even when it meant they were going above and beyond. Their products alone deserve 5 stars but working with them made our wedding so much less stressful and a huge success. They did the lighting, the dance floors, the chairs, the tables and even added a few personal touches we were not expecting. Delivery and pickup was prompt and on time, they even came back mid-wedding for their mid event flip option which is essential for anyone having the ceremony and the reception in the same area - something no one else offered! Seriously, utilize it. I only wish I had more weddings to utilize them for, if I ever need event items again I am definitely going through them. The best thing about them, was that they dont just have great products and staff. I had a short amount of time for them to set up a custom reception layout and they were able to follow it while I was away taking photos. They do this because they love weddings, and it shows. I loved this wood pallet backdrop for our mothers day luncheon. We had the event in a YMCA gym and this was our backdrop for the stage, it made the space feel like we were not in a gym and really completed our fiesta theme. It was very affordable and the customer service was amazing. They came set everything up a day prior and after picked up for us with no problems. I would recommend this to anyone! The outdoor reception we did for our daughter turned out perfect and Caroles team was a big part of the success. Their wooden chairs, dance floor, and crate back drops were very high quality and helped establish the elegant mood we wanted for the wedding reception. One of our biggest concerns was the overhead mood lighting set up over the dance floor and tables. They came out to the reception site ahead of time and helped us make several really key decisions on the overall layout of the reception. We used the dance floor for the receiving line which also doubled as the focal point of the overhead lighting (their recommendation). They worked with us over a couple weeks or a month to get just the right quote at a fair and reasonable price. They allowed us to pick up our rentals and take them to our wedding in Payson with no problems which was amazing! Their rentals are amazing quality, especially their heaters! Just hired wood n crate to supply the rentals for my wedding and am so happy I did. They were very responsive to emails and changes in the rentals and the owner Carole is seriously the sweetest person. She is very flexible with coming by the warehouse to view inventory and also has a large selection of candles and votives which she lets you borrow when you rent. They price match and had a military discount which is wonderful. They even do day of drop off and pick up which was huge since our reception location required day of set up and removal of all rentals. If you are looking for rentals for a wedding or any occasion, look no further!
