Great experience. Kids loved it.

We have used this wonderful company several times, and we have been very happy! They are prompt, reasonable, and very professional. We have experienced how they handle problems, and that says it all. Our last water slide had a tear when blown up, they immediately had another one en route and ready in time for our party! That is good customer service!!!! Quality people, means quality experience! Thank you for making our parties so much fun!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! While calling around to a few places I had two companies tell me not to rent from AZ Party Rentals. (Old broken equipment, late etc.) So I came across Jumping Monkeys. Only to find out later they go by both names! We rented a double slide. They were late and the slide was still being set up after guests started to arrive. Then the guy told me if I pay cash we would get $50 off. So I payed in cash. Big mistake! Only after I handed him the money he told me I needed to fill the bottom pool and someone would be by in 15 minutes with a sprayer hose so we could use the slide. They didn’t show up for almost 2 hours!! One of the steps on the slide was broken also making it hard for 5 year olds to climb. They screen their calls!! I cannot get a response. I’ve left several messages via voice and email for Glenn (owner). All I was asking for is a partial refund and they WILL NOT respond. Please take my advice and PLEASE DO NOT USE EITHER OF THEIR COMPANIES !!!

This company was great they had wonderful customer service when booking, was very helpful and knew what they were talking about when I asked questions about the products. They person who delivered was very nice and helpful. They have great prices. Will for sure be renting from them again.

This will be the 3rd time Ive used this company. Today I had a last minute party for my son, no one could help us out or fit us on a route. I called today and not only did they have what we needed up was able to rearrange the route to accommodate us. Thank you once again for always being so kind.

We were extremely pleased with the experience we had with this company we rented some heaters over the holidays and it was a very short notice and the only company we could get to answer their phones being that is was a holiday. The man we talked to name was David not only did he answer the phone he took the time from his family to come and personally deliver the heaters on New Years for our wedding reception we were having. They saved our wedding reception and were extremely polite and we greatly appreciated there service and wouldd suggest using this company time and time again as we will for our future needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont rent from Jumping Monkeys! All of the prior reviews that are available are from several years ago and I think there is a new owner now doing business as Perfect Party Rental. We had a horrible experience with this company and the customer service is terrible! Their website has a wide selection of bounce houses but dont be fooled! Hopefully this review will ensure you are informed before you consider making a reservation. David (think hes the owner), will be nice to you when you book your reservation but will be a total jerk when you have a complaint! The bounce house/slide combo we rented kept collapsing so the kids couldnt play in it. I called David during the party and he did not offer any help other than telling us to make sure the air blower was fitting tightly around the hose to the bounce house (which it was). Later on, a couple of kids said that there was a hole at the top of the stairs. So after the party, I called to complain about the bounce house and a separate problem involving a moldy cooler. David called me rude and had the nerve to threaten to charge me for damaging his property! He also acknowledged there was a hole in the house and that there was not enough air pressure to keep the house inflated. He then blamed my houses electrical system for not having enough power to operate the air blower (We live in a 5,000 sq foot home!) and that we probably needed a second blower after the fact. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior! This company has no concern for the safety of children or satisfaction of the customer. We never got a refund or even a partial refund on the bounce house.

This is by far the best party rental company in Arizona. They have the best waterslides for rent and so many to choose from. We have used this company for over 10 years. Quality is never an issue.The dunk tank and inflatables keep us renting each year. My wife will only rent party supplies, tables and chairs from Jumping Mobkeys as she is persistent when requiring CLEAN and sanitized equipment for our family.Thank you for making it easy again and again year in and year out. I have been working with Jumping Monkeys Inflatables for over 7 years! We run annual fall festivals and always had top quality bouncers delivered on time and the workers were overly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The pick up went smoothly even the pick ups late in the night at 9 / 10 p.m. The selection of bounce houses is awesome - obstacle courses, water slides, regular slides (CHECK OUT THE MEGA SLIDE - it ROCKS), a super cool train, gyrosphere, rock wall ... I can go on and on. You need tables and chairs? Guess what they have those too and all the things for food service - popcorn machine, cotton candy, sno cones, hot dogs, nachos, and more! Give them a call and tell them I sent you. Great local business!

Awesome Local Business Owners!I read through reviews & although there were a few unhappy entries, those persons would probably not be happy with anything anyone did. Satisfied Customers dont always write reviews.I AM SATISFIED! Their website had the prices listed, no surprises...unlike other options that only offered a quote, or were just priced higher. To top that off, I decided to get a bounce house less than 24 hours before our event. I left a message & they not only called me back but also texted! It was delivered on time & with friendliness. It was clean & didnt have that sweaty smell weve experienced at other events. This is the only company I will ever use for rentals. Jumping Monkeys...you keep doin what youre doin, our little monkeys jumped like the little monkeys they are 😉

Our dunk tank busted within 30 mins of 11 yr old girls. When I called him he said, is it the front corner?. Yeah, that happens.The water cant be past the clear window. The water well past an inch below the clear plastic. He asked me what I wanted him to do? This is less than 30mins into the party. It takes nearly an hour to fill the tank. He offered me a deal on my next rental and to have his people come drain and repair the tank???? Um, the party would be over by then and its currently unsafe for the children? I was being nice cause I realize things happen. His people showed up with $50 and took the dunk tank away.The guy was just a jerk from there. Im so upset. In the end, minus refund, we paid $139 for less than 30 minutes of play time plus however much it cost in water to fill the tank. Just a total bummer. Not made of money. :(

My sons 6th birthday was a huge hit thanks to these folks. Great price and super friendly.

DONT RENT - HERES WHY!!I am a previous employee of....two weeks?..It was only then I realized how SHADY and corrupt this company is. It is operated out of the owners backyard and they hire these corrupt drivers/delivery people. Ive witnessed their horrible customer service and how horribly they treat their customers. They send out faulty products and put the responsibility of damage fee on the customer! They send out the wrong inflatables ALL the time, causing customers to be stressed out and half the time they cant even use what they paid for!! AND the owners refuse to offer refunds to the customers. It isnt worth your time or frustration....trust me...go with a different company!!
