I booked the splasher for my 2 year old and 4 year olds joint birthday party. It was PERFECT!!! All of the little kiddos loved it. Also, I cannot express how wonderful the delivery guy was. Water slide was a huge hit and non-stop fun. From the ordering process, delivery, and pick up, everything went smooth and easy. The company was in constant communication with me. The delivery driver reached out the night before to let me know when to expect delivery. The driver communicated that morning and drop off went smooth. Pick up was right on time and I was getting kids off the slide when he got there, they all had a blast. Colin the delivery driver was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out great. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience and will definitely be using them again. Booking the event was a breeze, a super easy phone call were they helped me pick the best waterslide for my event. Set up was completed with plenty of time before my event started and the waterslide was a huge hit. AZ Inflatable Events was great to work with! We rented the Castle 7n1 Slide Bouncer Combo and were very pleased. The bouncer was delivered and set-up 30-45 mins. prior to the party and the driver was very professional. The bouncer was a HUGE hit with the kids (ranging from 2 years old to 13 years old). It included a bounce area with enough space for 8-10 kids, two basketball nets (inside and outside), 6 obstacles prior to the climb up, and a fun slide. Our two year old was able to maneuver throughout the entire bouncer and climb up to the slide on her own. The driver communicated well in advance of his arrival for pick-up, which allowed us to prepare the kids for it to leave. Wish we would have kept it a little longer! The bouncer was a HUGE success and we will def. be using AZ Inflatable Events again. Thank you!!

They sent text messages notifying me when they were 10 minutes away for drop off and pick up and an email prior to the event making sure the area would be prepared for an easy set up. I loved AZ Inflatable Events, I would absolutely use them again! The set up/ tear down crews were amazing, and the kids went crazy for the snow cone machine. The water slide option is especially awesome, just be prepared with at least two tarps so you can keep the mud to a minimum.

We had this company for our end of school annual party, the people were easy to work with, everything went as planned. We loved the balloon battle, the shark bounce house was also a hit with our little ones and the double 27’ slide was amazing for everyone even down to two of our five year olds, the adults and teenagers loved it. We will be calling on them again and again. I highly recommend using Arizona Inflatables at your next gathering, I’m going to for sure. AZ events is pretty awesome and did a great job with our party. Reserving the items was very easy on their site and they do follow up with you after which is great. My only issue is the communication after the party. We were told pickup would be after 12:00pm. So we wrapped up around 11:30 and drained the water. We were exhausted but decided to wait till they picked it up to shower and rest. However they didnt come for pickup till 3 almost. You guys got and deserve 5 stars but you should have your guys communicate a pickup time. Say the party ends at 12, have your guys text around then to set an expectation for pickup. Thanks again!

We rented an inflatable foam pit. Delivery was on time, no problems with set up and clean up, and everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. When we had an issue with running the foam machine, they helped us solve the problem over the phone.

Hi all! We recently rented the Car Wash Water Bounce House party package with tables, chairs and the Cotton Candy Machine!! It was such a huge success!! We had kids from 2-10 years old and they all LOVED IT! The Cotton Machine was a big hit and easy to use with plenty of sugar (I recommend purchasing more cones because they go fast and can’t be reused). The tables and chairs were clean and the set up crew was very easy to communicate with about pick up and drop off times. Safe to say our Son had the time of his life for his 2nd Birthday!! Love this place. Been renting from them for appx 10 years. I have 2 kids that have summer birthdays about 3 weeks apart of each other and most years we do a water slide party for each of them and rent twice a year. Their customer service is excellent and products are great quality. We have rented the Volcano slide, dunk tank, sno-cone machine and cotton candy machine and can speak to these products and I am sure the rest of their stuff is amazing too. Highly recommend.

We ordered a 21 tall slide for an adult birthday party, it came early enough for us to enjoy it for ourselves before having to play host, the set up guy was communicative and professional, even when the first one he unrolled had a tear in the splash pool, he rolled it all up and was back on site with the new one up and running with in 2 hours. The slide was clean and looked great. Our party was a hit with many memorable pictures and videos. We will be using these guys in the future, hopefully for the bigger slide next time, now that we understand the sizing.

At first we werent sure which slide to choose but Amie was very good at helping us select the perfect water slide for our kids ages. Our only other concern was that the foam would get in the kids eyes or mouth but we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the foam they use is 100% organic certified! Tim and Alex delivered early and were very professional and patient with our questions. They made sure everything was sanitized and safe for our kids. Amie (the owner) is genuine and made us feel like family. We heard about AZ inflatables from a friend who had rented from them and had a great experience! However, we were enticed by price to go with a different company. After the other company added in all its hidden fees—it became more expensive than AZ Inflatables. Additionally, other companies are not insured. In the end, we went with AZ Inflatables and could not have been happier! Aside from a small delivery and credit card use fee—they charge no other fees. They were very informative and prompt. The set up was excellent! The quality of the inflatable was superb! We had 30+ 12 year olds going down the inflatable waterslide for hours and the quality and stability of the inflatable remained in excellent condition. Thank you, AZ Inflatables, for a fun day!

Time, Amie, and the crew at AZ Inflatables were ROCKSTARS! Hosted an event for our Middle School, had a few hiccups along the way...Amie was so wonderful and accommodating and Tim and the crew were beyond amazing on set up day.
