Incredible atmosphere. Intimate but relaxed. Everyone is attentive and easy going. Informative and kind. Had questions (first time getting gel) and she was patient with me and answered them all. Can’t wait to go back for designs and fills. They also have a rewards/loyalty program. My boyfriend enjoyed good pedicure too. So sweet to him for his birthday. Worth the trip; if you’re looking for a spot this is the one to go to 👍🏼

I never ever write reviews but I had to this time. When I walked in I saw everything was clean and I had hope for this salon but that soon changed. When I sat down to get my pedicure they said it was going to be $35 but when they finished they gave me a ticket for $47. When I asked why she said it was because she put some jelly solution in and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted it. Then I continued to go get my manicure. She said she couldn’t do what I originally wanted so I just got some short pink and white ombré coffin nails. She was very rough and cute me when she was filing my nails. It hurt so bad. At the beginning I had told her to add a “J” to my ring finger and she waited until the end to tell me it was going to be $7 more for the letter J. If she had told me before I wouldn’t have done it. It was too expensive. So she did the J and it came out just horrible . Not too mention my pinky nail is crooked . Never going back ended up paying more than $110.

I found this place on google. Love it. Great costumer services, they take you in soon. Appointments are available but I normally just walk in. Very Clean and very sanitize place. This is my go to service now for a mani and pedicure… good job ladies! Keep up the great work!!

Not really what I was hoping for when I went back to having my nails done :(Denise manages the salon, all 3 times I’ve been there she is very distracted doing my nails by the happenings in the shop. Each time I’m in there, she walks away from doing nails to do something else. Sad she takes bad reviews down on the shop website, so if your checking out shop, it’s only the good reviews .

This place is a one stop shop! Denise does AMAZING lash extensions, waxing and eyebrow tint. T does my nails flawless every time. I have never had a bad pedi. Definitely 10 stars

I had such a great, relaxing day at this salon today! I am 7.5 months pregnant so the extra care and pampering was much needed! My nails and toes look absolutely amazing - both girls got the perfect square shape that I love and is hard for me to find! This is my new nail place for sure. So happy I was able to find something awesome so close to my new house! The employees are great and I got to enjoy a good movie too. Jake at the front is so sweet - great customer service! This place is AMAZING! I got the VIP pedicure & a full set of acrylics. The customer service was excellent, both of the techs I had asked me throughout their services if everything was okay to my liking. The VIP pedicure was to die for and the massage chairs are phenomenal. My nails & toes look great and are exactly what I wanted. Over all, excellent experience and will definitely be going back!

First time back in awhile let me say was not disappointed!! I used to live nearby and was a regular after failed attempts at salons near by I was so happy to come back in!!! The place is nice and clean everyone is so friendly and I love T! She does amazing work!!! My nails always look beautiful after she is done! Super cute place! It has been a few years since Ive gotten a pedicure so I was unsure where to go. Im glad I found this place, very friendly and welcoming. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Also very clean which is important for me. So far my pedicure has been great and I will definitely be back!

I dont ever write reviews, but in this instance I have to. I got my nails done here on Saturday 04/17/2021 and have to sadly say I am disappointed. I am not necessarily a picky person when it comes to nails but I have some kind of standard as I have been getting my nails done for years. I was hopeful that with a rating of 4.6 stars that I would get top notch nails, along with the friend I came here with.However, that was not the case. I want to start with the fact that I made an appointment for myself AND my friend for a specific time. I was seated first and my friend was seated approximately 10 minutes later. (Which, okay.. not bad of a wait and have come to kind of expect a wait even when you do make an appointment) During the process of my nails being done the nameless woman kept getting up and going off and doing other things, coming back and missing steps that she would do to one hand and not the other. She kept getting distracted and in turn it affected the quality of my nails. Upon inspection (after I left because I truthfully just wanted to get out of there) I noticed that my cuticles were not touched/pushed back/trimmed, although I have always received service on my cuticles whenever I go anywhere else. There is a gap between my cuticle and where the acrylic starts, making them look grown out already despite JUST getting them done 2 days ago.I asked for a simple design (a glitter outline on coffin nails that come in from both sides creating a triangle) and on 5 nails the lines are so crooked it makes the entire nail look crooked.My friend that came with did not get the shape she requested (she asked for coffin and got square at best), all of her nails are different lengths, and you can see noticeable patches where the polish wasnt applied completely.Chalking this up to a lesson learned and will be finding another spot to get good quality nails. Definitely disappointed after reading all of the wonderful reviews.

I don’t like going to places that “take appointments” and you end up going to your “appointment” and you have to wait a while. You will NOT have that problem here. Starting coming here in January when I first moved here! 10/10 would recommend this place! Always attentive from the moment you walk in the door until you leave! I am always happy with my nails and toes!

I went in for a pedicure with my daughter, and it was not very enjoyable or relaxing. The lady was super rough when massaging my legs/feet to the point where it was painful. In addition, my daughters pedicure was done before mine, so when they were putting her sandals on, then put on mine, before they even did the topcoat. I was then rushed to go pay and leave before my nails were even dry. They were smudged before I got in the car as a result of this. Now I am stuck paying for a service that was overpriced to begin with, was painful, and now my nails are chipped. Needless to say I will not be returning to this nail salon in the future.

The women all work together to make sure clients have the best experience. The pedicure was so relaxing I almost fell asleep!

Great atmosphere, super clean, techs are attentive and gentle. Nobody is rushed out because a walk-in shows up...they care about their clients and it shows. New ownership has brought in the latest and greatest products sure to please everyone. I highly recommend for people who truly want to be pampered and polished.

Worst manicure and pedicure in my life, I am not the most picky client, but this experience made me scream! you do not know the basic basics of manicure and pedicure. Its a pity that I wasted my money, for such a complete lack of service you should pay customers, not they you, I just threw my money away. and I feel continuous pain on my arms and legs, they left terrible cuts on my hands, when I write this review more than an hour has passed but the blood is still coming from my fingers, I feel terrible pain and just in case, just in case, I have already made an appointment with my doctor because I am afraid of getting an infection, I will demand the return of money for this terribleunprofessionalism!you should make people happy, not hurt them suffering

This place is awesome. I told them exactly what I wanted from menu and they didn’t try to over charge me. They have tons of workers so the wait usually isn’t long. I got a classic pedicure and it costs $25. Bring cash for tip

This nail salon is one of the best hands down in Arizona. I have been to so many nail salons here and I was disappointed after moving from the east coast recently. I stumbled across this establishment and I am truly impressed with their quality of work and affordable prices. Dee, one if the nail technicians did my nails for the first time and blew me completely away with her talent. She was quick but super efficient. I will definitely refer all of my friends and family!

This is my favorite place to get a mani and a pedi. They are very efficient and friendly and very good at what they do. My husband even got a brow wax and it was awesome! This place is classy and the people who work here are classy.

Edited:I have since went in and the manager on duty processed my refund and I am very happy with the result. She did offer to take of the polish around my infected nails but currently they hurt too bad to do so (also I’m not comfortable with having them do it as it still comes down to a sanitary issue)They requested I take the review down. But I believe it is important for others to know my experience and how they handled it.Original:My friends and I went in yesterday for a 3 o’clock appointment. It took over an hour to be seen and then things went down hill from there. The tech who did my pedicure cut my toe open and now today it is severely infected and I’m going to the doctor right now because of it. The tech who did my nails glued the skin on the side of my nails to my acrylics and then tore my middle finger away from the skin and it now also swollen. Extremely disappointed with the service and question their sanitation as the techs dropped tools on the floor and just sprayed the tips of them and went back to using them. They also asked me to pay with Apple Pay or Venmo which is very odd as the techs asked my party all separate to Venmo them directly. Wish they would give me a refund.Unsanitary. Infection. Unprofessional.

I had heard great things about this place, so my friend and I made appointments to get our nails done. We get there and get the process started they remove my old nails and do the manicure. Shes just putting the tips on when she says oh its going to be $38 for you today. I said thats for a full set right? She said yes. I was born with one arm so I said then Ill pay you half of that since youre doing half the job. The lady gave some excuse about it being because of the design. So I said dont do the design, then how much will it be. She spoke with her manager and came back and said no the manager said it will still be $38. I asked for the manager to come out so I could talk to her. After about 5 minutes she comes out and says may I help you, like she had no clue what I wanted to see her about. So I ask her why shes trying to charge me full price for half the work. She tried to give me some excuse about it being the same amount of time. Which I told her no its not because youre only doing 5 fingers. So then she says its the same amount of materials, to which I gave the same response. She offered a small discount but not half. So I had them remove the tips that they had already applied.Instead of her working with me she lost on my sale and my friend who goes religiously every two weeks will never go back. A good nail place is hard to find and this one isnt it!You know what makes it even worse is when my friend paid for her nails it was only $35... how was her full set cheaper than my one hand? I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never had a nail salon try to charge me full price.

First time customer and very satisfied with the outcome! Thank you so much for everything! The staff was amazing and made sure you were comfortable. The nail technician did real well she saw a nail looked crooked (i didnt notice) but because she did she fixed it made sure her work was precise and I showed her a picture and I got exactly what I asked for. When it came time for my pedicure it was great I got the Luxury Pedicure and it was exactly that luxurious! The sugar scrub and hot stone rub was amazing she did great on t b e polish as well its been awhile since I had a pedi so the results were amazing super smooth feet. I highly recommend here you wont be disappointed

I was really happy because they could take me immediately, and the initial service was perfectly fine, until she started the dip process. I dont know the ladys name because she did not introduce herself. She slathered the polish all over my nails and proceeded to dip my nails with the dip EVERYWHERE. I think Ill give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she has impressive filing skills. Nope. She half files my nails, and when I ask her to take them down more, she says that because of the glitter they have to be thick. Thats a bold faced lie. I told her thats fine as I would rather have natural looking nails with patches than these chicklets. She then proceeds to tell me because of the c curve of my nail its thick. I do not like being lied to, and blamed for your less that stellar service.

I came in after working 3rd shift and I really on needed to be pampered. Im fairly new to the valley and have been to about 4 other nail salons and all have been a disappointment until today. Tracy greeted me and led me to my pedi chair. She really took her time at each step. I was in heaven. Usually Im on my phone through the whole pedicure but not with her. I put my phone down and fully enjoyed the treatment. I also feel like it was a great value for the money. I got the Signature pedicure and it did not disappoint! On top of a great pedicure I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was relaxing, nice looking, and clean. They played great music videos on a large flat screen! I feel I had a 5 star experience! I had the BEST pedicure of my life with Ling! She massaged my legs and feet for over 15 min! The extras (oranges and clay mask) were so wonderful! I also did the powder polish on my fingernails. Super professional, great prices and very friendly staff! I will go back every year I visit!!

This is my favorite nail salon of all time. I now refuse to go anywhere else. The salon itself is beautiful, up to date, and always clean. It is much, much nicer than any other salon Ive gone to with similar price points. I go to Sandy for my fills and I am always in awe of the work she does. I have made appointments well in advance and when I showed up I always have to wait for the person I make an appointment with... today I had an appointment with a girl that work there and when I showed up she was as already with someone else and then they ask me if I can wait until shes done or if someone else can do my nails?!? I mean what is the point of making an appointment then?!? I have been going there for a long time and they are constantly doing this... Ill never go there again

We came an hour before close, 3 of us, without an appointment. I got a fill, my friend a stilleto acrylic full set, and another friend a regular manicure. Our nails are beautiful! While we waited, we were talked to and kept in the loop. They stayed passed close in order to finish for us. It was a relaxing environment and good prices!

This is my 3rd visit with Denise and my nails are absolutely gorgeous! She stripped the acrylic and did a short dip 2months ago and today this is my natural nail length with SNS Dip #mermaidstyleWhen she removed the original dip, my nail was smooth and healthy and most importantly NOT SOFT! I love this place, very professional and so welcoming! You will not be sorry you chose them for your mani/pedi needs!!

Went here for the first time today as my normal salon around the corner was closed. Walked inside and it was very modern and you can tell they are super clean. Ive been to many salons and this is the first time Ive walked away over excited about how my nails turned out! All of the ladies were very nice and sweet. Will be switching to this salon for sure. Amazing nail place! Ive had an acrylic overlay on my nails for the last ten years. Needless to day it is very difficult to find a place that will fill my nails without wanting to take off the set and cut my real nails done and glue on tips. Sandie, did an amazing job. She filled my nails and changed my shape from square back to coffin and I had a pedicure done. Everything was perfect and on point and I NEVER EVER have had a perfect set filled and polished with care and neatness. Will be coming back again soon. Thank you so much.

I got a pedicure from them this weekend and while my toes ended up nice, the service itself was not great. The girl, who I never got a name from, kept tapping my leg when she wanted me to do something, I get the feeling she did not know how to tell me what she needed me to do. On top of that when I asked for her to put a coat of glitter polish on my toes she looked very confused and had to ask someone what I was saying. Then when she was finished she told me to wait a few, and when I asked if she could please let me know when I could leave as I didnt want to mess up my toes all she said was for me to wait 3-5 minutes and I could go, she then walked away and I never saw her again. I was not impressed with them at all.

I loved this place and Sandy does amazing work. This is the only nail salon I have frequented since moving to Mesa, where I dont have to worry about my nails chipping or breaking. I previously tried 3 other salons in the area and each time the nails would break within a week, due to rushed work. My experience at Polish & Pamper has been nothing short of amazing. I came to this salon a year ago to treat myself with acrylic nails with gel, which I usually just do twice a year. Well Ive been going every three weeks since that visit a year ago to get a fill with Sandy. Ive never had such strong acrylics! They never lift or chip! Her designs are always beautiful and the service is always outstanding. Ill never go anywhere else!

This salon has gotten busier and they are losing the personal touch they once had. I made an appointment and arrived on time and sat waiting for over 45 minutes! I then had to leave and wasnt able to get my fill done. On my next visit the owner was very apologetic. I should have gotten a free fill, especially considering that I didnt have the best experience on my return visit, for reasons Id rather not say.What I will say that I have edited this posting, due to running all over town to find a better nail tech than who I used at this salon; I have used many since and to no avail. I will be returning!

Today was my second visit. Love this salon, great service and really nice work. They wrap your nails to remove gel polish, they dont stick your hands in the acetone. Really appreciate that. I found my nail shop.

Go to Tanya at Milan at Alma/Warner.Dec 2017 Updated review: Dont start my nails and let me sit for 45 minutes while other women get manicures. Tell me you cant take me for 45 minutes and accept that I may go to another salon. I was *this* close to leaving with my crazy half done nails to go down the block. Glad I stayed. I got exactly the design I wanted and high quality as always. The lesson? Make a weekday appointment or go early on the weekend.2016 Theyre always smiling and do great work. Ive been to other nail salons and Polish & Pamper is the best whether for an everyday mani/pedi or for my wedding.

3rd time trying to have them honor an appointment I make...and again they failed. They call back confused over the time, then confirm that the time is good...then I go and big surprise...cant keep the appointment time and dont seem to care. Wont go back...too many other nail shops around that value customer service unlike this place

Came here today. They did a great job on my dip nails.

Its Sunday and so nail envy was closed. My best friend and I only had today off so we decided to try it out. We got a manicure and pedicure.The ladies were very preoccupied with conversation. Didnt really massage and missed polishing spots on our nails. Didnt feel pampered. Next time Ill just wait to go to massage envy.

Rushed it all (it wasn’t busy) and didn’t honor a promotion they have advertised on their website. Worst part: their painting skills. Bubbles, bumps, and parts of the nail left unpainted.

Staff was very friendly, and lgbt friendly. But...went for a mani-pedi, the beautician did a poor job on the polish (bubbles, uneven), cut me so bad it required multiple pauses to stop the bleeding, and then overcharged me.
