Rating it 3 stars because after a couple of days my nails are starting to look a bit better. We got basic pedicures, which is what it says, basic. My feet didn’t feel soft at all. They rubbed lotion on them and painted my toes. (They did do hot rocks which was nice) My issue though, was my fingers. I felt the guy doing my nails hadn’t done the dip in a while. My fingers bleed from how hard he filed and sawed at them. Part of my nail also split a bit and is uncomfortable. They look decent though. Just upset because they were more expensive here and did way less.On top of this, there were no sanitary procedures taking place. The bowls were not cleaned in between customers. The employee who did my fingers never left his seat in between customers and was not wearing gloves. I will probably not go here again, but it got the job done.

I asked for eyebrow clean and the lady was super rough and In a super rush!!! She did not clean them well but I just wanted to pay and get out of there to never return and get my eyebrows done here ever. Bad service, $20 for lip and brows that I’m happy to pay even more if service is good but this not acceptable and I still need to go pay somewhere else so they can clean the mess from this lady. 🥺😩😤 be nice and do your work that’s all

I got a beautiful pink ombré gel acrylics! Very classy and natural! I also got a cute purple pedicure. This is a great, relaxing, and low key place. I highly recommend!

I decided to try this place about a week ago and they were very nice and wait wasn’t long, the price was pretty steep for what I had done and now that they are lifting it was way too expensive. It’s only been a little over a week and they are lifting super bad and one that just the tip broke right off?!? Disappointed because I was hoping I found my new nail home 😔

The best salon Ive found in the city. Great selection of colors and corresponding gel colors. The woman did a great job on my gel manicure, was very gentle and very attentive for each layer of polish, even listening to a few of my pickier moments and adjusting accordingly. She was also adamant about keeping my nails under the light for two cycles and didnt want me to immediately leave because I might mess up my pedicure, which I really appreciated. Ill be back.

Ive been a customer for over two years and have never been disappointed with the service. People remark quite often how beautiful my nails look both at work and when Im out and about and ask where I go. I look at the reviews that have been left and cant believe the complaints that I see. Im a talker and talk to other customers all the time and have never heard a complaint or been aware of anyone being unhappy with the service they receive. There are quite a few employees and they all are friendly and kind to not only me but to others. Yes, some can be hard to understand but youll get that at most nail places. Ive noticed how the staff goes out of their way to make the disabled comfortable and have never seen them being treated unkindly or rudely. In fact, Ive never seen anyone being treated rudely. I believe that another nail business in the area is trying to hurt the business of Best Nails because it cant be the service. And there is no way they would have the business they have if they werent doing a great job. My gel manicure lasts 4 weeks and the color never changes and I get the same color for my pedicure, but not gel, and it doesnt chip.

Wonderful experience here. Theyre very knowledgeable on nails. I got my nails done here. I chose the cat eye. He did an amazing job. They came out great. They do manicures, and pedicures. Not sure what else. My first time here. I will definitely be coming back. Lots of choices on nail colors and styles. Excellent staff. Very caring.

I showed up at 640pm for a manicure for my wedding tomorrow and they’re closed despite posted hours of closing at 8pm. NOT COOL. It’s very obvious they’ve been closed for a while too, it’s completely clean and no one was inside that I could see.

Best place if you want to get pampered. Nice quiet place, clean and very attentive when they take care of you. My manicurist gives me my manicure, pedicure and makes me feel relaxed with massaging my hands, legs and arms. I go there to relax and maybe take a nap.

We arrived and they got to us right away. They were so attentive and nothing but wonderful! They helped everyone pick out colors, were fast and amazing quality! The salon is clean and everything was sanitized. I am so happy wit the service. I will definitely be back for my everyday nails as well as for special occasions!

Asked for ombre style nail, and it was nothing close to what I expected. I hate my nails. Im getting nail polish as we speak to cover the horrible work I got done. I dont recommend this place for ombre nails. ( Update: My thumb nail already broke!)

Ive only been here twice, but everyone is so nice, attentive, and both technicians who have worked on me were excellent. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment. Theyre super busy. Which is a good sign.

Awesome new digs! Easier to get to now, their new location is right next to the main doors of Superstition Springs Mall. The chairs were comfortable and gave my back a nice massage. The attendant was good and professional but didnt speak a lot of English. The service was excellent and i will be returning.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. I was in town visiting and needed to go somewhere close to my hotel. I was a walk-in at 4 on a Friday night and was able to get right in. The manicure and pedicure were immaculate. Highly recommend!!

This was not a good experience compared to other salons I have been to in the Mesa area. I had booked for three and when we got there only two chairs were available, so one had to wait for a chair to free up. Leg massage was really like somebody just applying cream to the skin. Will not be going there again.

It was nice, staff is friendly. Great work and all just kind of upset that the color I chose didnt look at all like the color on the shellac example nails.... I kind of think she got the wrong one..... but once it was on I just wanted to go. Other than that tho, very good.

This is the first review I have ever written which should say a lot. 👎 This place is a rip off. First off, I was told I would have a 15 min wait and ended up waiting 40 mins. I paid for a pedicure and Ana not only was rushing to do my nails the entire time but she was also very rude and impersonal. She did a white under coat under my yellow nails and you can still see the white patches. Not only that but the yellow is different layers where some is darker then the other. I just want to say my overall experience at this place sucked! Don’t waste your time or money.Also I want to add that she put like 4 layers of polish. I assumed they were dry when I started getting ready for work, when I put my pants on it smudged both big toes, a whole hour after leaving.

Staff is amazing! This whole salon! But I especially love her...she almost always has cool designs on her nails and she is supper detailed and can do tiny tiny things... love her and love this place!

The gel colors at this salon are horrible, I wouldn’t recommend getting any type of gel here. First time I got a gel mani done the gel faded in less than a week. The second time the gel came out bubbly and uneven and I was not able to get them redone because the gel wouldn’t stay on.

So I made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early... Then another walked in at my appointed time ... They took him first! Apparently appointments and length of service do NOT matter. This is not the first time they did not honor my appointment time,. So, you lost me as a customer as it appears you dont want me anyway. Of course, they still do the best, just know appointments are ignored and they will not necessarily take you in order. To avoid the hassle in dealing with them, there are plenty of good places around who actually seem happy to have me as a customer.

My name is Nicolette and I went to best nails salon and a nail tech there cut my nail all the way to the nail bed! She was ripping off my acrylic and peeled layers of my nail. The nail tech told me it was ok but my self being a cosmetologist for 7 years I knew this was not the right process. My nail currently hurts and I left before I got them painted. Will never come here again!!!!!

Never again will I go here. I should demand my money back. Did the Dip powder nails on Saturday, September 28th. On Sunday the clear coat was coming off and my pointer finger nails both chipped, by Monday two more nails chipped. The guy didn’t even get all the blue dip powder off before he started my new set. Not today, Friday October 4th I have one nail completely missing and the rest chipped and brine. Never have I experienced this with DIP and I switched from acrylic to dip a year ago. I’m very bummed because now I have to add tips to my next set because my real nails now snagged and broke. I did go in on Tuesday and show them and they said they would fix it if I came back in on Saturday, but i do not want to waste my time in fear of it just happening again.

I had gone there maybe a week to less than a week ago and had gotten my nails done. For a few days they were nice but the color started to fade really quick and they had started to come loose. Well today as I was at work one of them had started coming off. Then as I looked at the rest of them, they were all starting to come off. I dont think I will ever come back to this place to get my nails done. The shape was off and when they were using the file they had gotten too close to my nail bed and my cuticles and I was bleeding as I left. This is the second time I have left being 100% unsatisfied. I am never coming back!!!!

I took myself and two other friends here to get full set acrylics. The ladies in there were very nice and the tech how worked on me did good but my nails came out a little crooked and the shape was not the best. As for my friends they both had the same nail tech and they both said she made them bleed on their pinky fingers. I most likely will not be coming back but I’d say you get what you pay for there.

Went in as a walk in to get a fill with my friend her nails were ok. But mine are atrocious! ! Not only was the shape of my nails completely off. But the paint put on the nail wasnt even to the top or dry. I paid for gel polish. Never never again will i return to this establishment and will warn friends to steer clear! !

Today I went to this place for the first time first thing walking in I wasnt welcome in, but due being busy there I understood, but after waiting about 5-10 minutes to just get a seat to get pedi then 20-30 minutes soaking my feet in the water WAITING then I asked whats going on I was gonna walk off they dont seem to gaf bout some customers . First ND last time trying another nail place it her then the usual one I go to, ND one the techs tryed upselling me a service when I just wanted him to be finished I hurried out that place but he still did a good job on my feet though

I could say so many great things about this salon. Ive been going here for 3+ years and I have never had a bad experience. I love the nail technicians and feel like they take their time to make your nails look their best. Whenever I get gel nails, they are done so well that they dont chip for over a month (and Im a nail polish picker so that is saying a lot!) Plus they are open until 9 pm! Once I went in at 8:15 and wanted a mani/pedi. They worked on my nails until 9:20 and they were perfect when I left. They didnt try to rush so they could close at 9. Ive never found a better nail salon.

More like Worst Nails I went in 2 days ago and got a simple full set of acrylics. I have been here before and its been terrible 2 times and now 3. I have always left feeling unsatasfied, and feeling like I got a horrible job for way too much. When I left, I realized my nails wernt all colored, and when putting top coat on, she didnt have enough on her brush or something and left big streaked indents on my thumb. The next day, the polish changed to a darker color, so now I have multi colored/toned nails that look like a 3 year old did them. I will never go back here again. Theyve had multiple chances to redeem themselves, but now NEVER AGAIN!!! Warn your friends.Oh. PS. the times before I have been here, I got a French mani, and my nail bed was cut, and through the nail you could see blood. And another time, I was cut by the cuticle cutter.3 chances, 3 different techs, 3 FAILURES.

Lan really was nice anf comforting I went in after only reading the reviews and I could not have been more happier with the service I got a full gel set and Lan really took care of me she was gentle, reassuring and beyond pleasant. The entire staff made sure I was welcomed and signed in I didnt have to wait at all before being seated and taken care of. Definitely and highly recommend this place.
