Perfect wedding nails!! Customer service was awesome and they offered us water. The lady doing my nails was super sweet. She took her time and made them amazing!

I’ve been here twice and and both times I’ve had to come back in the first week to get a chipped nail fixed. They are terrible quality and I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 years. I am completely unimpressed and would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

This salon totally took advantage of my teenage daughter! They advertised a full set of acrylics for $30. When she was done they charged her $50! They said that she chose a different nail polish than was part of the deal and also charged for a 2nd coat. If they had told her about the additional cost at time of service she could have declined. This is dishonest practice. Be careful or you too may end up paying 75% more than you agreed to.

I was looking for a new nail tech and salon. Since Haute Nails had good ratings I thought I’d try it out. I was a bit concerned when I came in and the individual who greeted me was not wearing a mask, didn’t wash or sanitize between the previous client and me and didn’t ask me to wash up. I was getting a dip so he had me sit down and he got started. After maybe ten minutes he waved another tech over (she had just finished with a customer) and had me move to her chair. I understand he was just helping out so I didn’t have to wait, but some explanation would have been good. The new tech just motioned to her work space and told me to move there now. It was a little uncomfortable.This new tech didn’t sanitize and in fact removed her mask when she left me soaking. I saw similar with other nail techs.In the end, she did a good job and my nails look nice, but I will have to consider carefully returning, because of the apparent lack of concern for basic Covid prevention procedures. In the current situation there’s not a real excuse for that.

To be honest my experience here was not so good. The guy who checked me in was very nice and offered water. From there it was down hill. The lady who was doing my nails would not listen to me. I got a gel powder manicure to remove my cuticles but she kept pushing them down. I had to tell her like 5 times, please remove my cuticles where she removed a couple a couple and left the others which you will see in the pics. I like the powder gel manis because it lasts until I get them done again, no problem, USUALLY. The nails them selves started all cracking off around 4-5 days after I got them done. I dont know if this was because she kept grinding on my actual nails messing them up or why this happens but that is another thing I had to stop asking her to do I get the most expensive powder gel so I do not tear up my real nails and bed and she kept grinding away anyway. The cost was $50 with tip of course because we never know they are going to start cracking up and falling off a few days later. This is more then most other shops in the area too which is $40 -$45 with tip. I can not recommend this place there are much better around. These pics I took 5 days after getting them done 2000 miles away or I would have went back to them. The last pic is now today 8 days later. Cuticles look scant less as do my nails. Also at the end she asked me if she could clean up my eyebrows which I informed her I just had them done professionally at ulta two days before. All bad. STAY AWAY!

I called to see if there were any openings for a pedicure and the gentleman on the phone was so nice. Upon arrival I was pleased with how pretty the shop is and the cleanliness. The downside to the clean is it smelled very strongly of cleaning solution, it reminded me a toilet bowl cleaner but that is better than filth. I sit down with good expectations but my nail tech was so abrasive and sped through my pedicure. When she removed my ingrown toenail it lacked any delicacy and care. Other places I have gone to always do such a good job of making sure it is the least painful process. I begged her to stop because it felt like she was trying to MAKE IT PAINFUL. she spent so little time on me and then once my nails were painted she let me sit there for 1 minute before telling me my nails are wet still try to be careful and pushed me out the door. I was in and out all within 15 minutes and my nail polish looks like it was quickly done too in my opinion. So overall, this salon is pretty, clean, NOT relaxing, and the customer service needs some serious work. Then men there are super sweet. The women..... they are cordial.

I was an early morning walk in and they were very accommodating. Everyone is very friendly. My pedicure was great. The place was clean. Prices are as expected. I wasnt pressured to add extras. I will definitely be back.

Nov. 29, 2018. My first experience.The man who did my gel-pedicure was amazing!! ( I got my pedi first) The woman who did my full set and brow wax was rough, she cut me with the drill because she was too busy talking to her coworker, then pretended like I didn’t just see her cut me!! Gave me a phony “apology” (if you even want to call it that) and gave me the WRONG color!! She was running out of black in the middle of my full set, so they got another bottle from the back. I assumed it was black, she didn’t say anything? so, I thought we were okay.I tried to leave after my nails were done and skip my brow wax because it took longer than I had anticipated, but I gave it a chance. (It was the same woman who did my nails) I liked the shape but she burned my left brow bone with the wax, my face was red all night and during work.I was still charged full price, the pedicure was worth it, not the rest. But points for cleanliness

Nail polish doesnt last long for me . Acrylics dont last the full two weeks they start to left at a week. I have tried several times to have them correct the mistakes and it is the same every time. I think it is the product they use.

I have been going here for quite awhile and love how they treat me and make me feel welcome. Vicky is my go to girl and knows exactly what I like and how to do my nails without telling her. I love how they are so sweet with my son and talk with him since theyve known him as a baby. I recommend this place 100%!

All of the technicians do beautiful work. Owners and techs are friendly. The salon is clean and they use sanitized tools. I feel it is a great value for the quality of the work they do.

Super friendly and clean salon they have a mini fridge in the front with cold drinks to offer you. They are very accommodating and have decent prices the deluxe pedicure is my absolute favorite for only $35!! I love the music they play it’s so relaxing and the massage was amazing!! I’m leaving feeling so happy and relaxed which I really needed after a long busy week!!

I usually will give a second chance...I wont be back. Brought daughter in Law first time....wanted pumpkin design. Looked like a white blob! I went alone next time to redo dip. Gal was rude....and just fyi! Dont think everyone doesnt know your language! Rude bitvhHorrible job.Good luck if you choose this establishment..

My friends and I were expecting to be here for an hour at most, because that’s usually how long it takes for us. The lady doing my friend’s nails refused to give her tips and ultimately did them in a way she didn’t want. The man doing my nails knew we were in a hurry and took 2 and a half hours to do my nails anyways. He caused both of my pinky nails to bleed. He also kept redoing my nails, all the while listening to me and my friends talking about how the photographer who is waiting for us who had to be somewhere in 20 minutes. He kept telling me “2 more minutes”, which turned into 20 minutes. Not only was he not considerate of our time, but my fingers were throbbing for a couple hours after leaving. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I go pretty frequently and I am always happy when I leave! I even all the nail technicians there. They are all really nice there!

They were able to get 4 of us in at the same time and they were fast about it. Toes looked good. Classic is $23, deluxe is $35. Not sure there was a huge difference between the two. I was happy with my pedicure and would definitely go back.

Ive been going to Mai for several years! I love the way she does my nails and the pedicure is always right! Soooo happy she is finally back closer to our house!

Very good nail service. however, whenever you call and make a reservation or call in a couple hours ahead of time they never take your appointment. I have tried at least five times now and they have told me to come back a hour after. I’m kind of disappointed and I really wanted to get my nails done by them because they were good but their lack of commitment is disappointing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never had my nails done so terrible in my life and if y’all could see my nails right now it is TERRIBLE! Save your breath and your money because this is not the place to go. Very disappointed.

I’m from out of town and got a pedicure from Haute nails. I had a wonderful experience, they are affordable, the staff was friendly, took their time, and did a great job. My baby was asleep in her car seat for the majority of my pedicure and then she woke up. One of the employees came over and offered to lift the car seat up so I could unbuckle my baby and get her out. I thought that was such a kind thing to do and shows the level of customer care they provide.The facilities are very clean. They have the tub liners which I feel like is a must! Plus, they are fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I will not be back! I had 2 dip manicures here and both times the tech used a dremel and dug into my once healthy nails. The dip manicures looked fabulous and lasted a long time but my nails have deep ridges in them. And my hands were sore for more than a day afterwards. Im going back to my fave salon and back to gel nails!

Very, very sweet staff but my pedicure was horrible. I decided to treat myself and get the spa pedicure. I asked for my nails to be filed down instead of cut, he spent maybe 2 seconds filing each toenail so all were different shapes still. My cuticles or the skin around my toe nails were not cut. My nail polish ended up chipping 2 days after getting the pedicure (at other places I can usually get a week and a half with out chips). This was my first experience here and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good one /:

Awesome nail salon—Really amazing pedicure for just $23 and very competitive in pricing for the great service and all the extras they give you for that price. I LOVE that the tools are sterilized after every use and they open the bag in front of you so you know its clean. Mae and Nicki did a great job with my moms and my feet/nails. Ingrown nail extraction didnt hurt at all and they even include hot stones!

A pedicure was loooong overdue for me. I wanted some place close and clean. After a few google and yelp comparisons I decided to go with Haute Nails. They recently opened, they line their pedicure bowls with a liner- - - making it more sanitary.It was Friday, after noon, and they were empty. Staff greeted me upon entering and was very friendly. I went with the Spa Pedicure which comes with the whole nine yards plus lots of massaging. My pedicure was relaxing and the price was great for what I received!This place is worth the check out. It’s in the shopping plaza of the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

This place was very good. I usually only get a mani/pedi once every year or two as a treat cause they’re usually not worth the cost but the care I got here was definitely worth the price. 23$ for a classic pedi 13$ for a classic mani 5$ for callus removal. The nail tech who helped me was Bryan and he did a wonderful job he even cleaned up where my cuticles extend a little past my nail on my big toes which most places have ignored in the past.

I went in and got a pedicure and it was the worst one I’ve ever received. They didn’t scrub my feet and when I got home they were still rough and flaking. I will never go back to this place. The pedicure was mediocre at best.

Wife went in there today. She said Thai(?) was the rudest person. My wife would ask for something, nails shorter, mentioned she still felt an in grown to nail but he just argued with her. No you dont want that, no there isnt, etc. With so many other nail places around, why deal with this.
