The staff are kind, helpful and respectful. Theyre always ready and willing to assist or advise in any way they can. The environment is well constructed and filled with many different machines and tools to work out the way I want to. After a good work out, the indoor basketball court is a great way to end the day. Im glad I decided to sign up!

I absolutely love Mountian side the instructors of the classes Melissa and Megan and the daycare workers are the best! This locations daycare is life changing. My kids love the workers in childcare they make it a breeze for me to drop of my kids knowing they are in good hands. All the ladies in there are amazing and take such great care of my kids. Hailey is the best and has always been so helpful when my daughter had a hard time in the beginning. So grateful for them and watching my kids so I can get some workout time in.

Alley and Rylee were great. Amazing service. Very nice manager! Really helped me out. Best gym I found in the area. Tried out LA on McDowell and it was disappointing, glad this gym worked out, it’s a little more of a drive but worth it. Good selection, nice equipment, and love how they have a wet sauna and towels. Excited to finally have a gym again.

Staff is friendly, and facilities and equipment are nice and clean. I love my trainer Cam who always has a plan and keeps me motivated. There are at most 3 people wearing a mask at any given time. That said, no one has ever given me a hard time for wearing one, and Cam always wipes down equipment and mats before each new workout.

Just rejoined a gym after a long year of pandemic hibernation and two of my other gym memberships going belly up!I was pleasantly surprised at just how easy is was to join, how friendly the staff are and how clean and maintained Mountainside Fitness at Greenfield and Brown is! While their fees are a little higher than I prefer, the Difference is clear, they are professional, provide everything I need and are very clean. Thanks!

Ive been out of the gym for awhile so I signed up with a personal trainer for my first 3 months. It has been rewarding and motivating. My trainer Andy knows his stuff and is tailoring my workouts to my personal goals and physical ability. Great gym to work out.

Been working out at this location for over 3 years now and can say with confidence that this is my favorite gym to train at. Not only is it a great facility but the staff and members give it a comfortable atmosphere. This location is like home to me. Definitely recommended!

I came here for the first time and Wont be back to this location. The staff was really nice and they have lots of equipment, however I am not pleased at all with the childcare. My son is 2 and a bit shy and cautious, and I actually didn’t get a membership for a long time thinking the childcare would be hard for him. He’s gotten used to church daycare and loves it now, so I figured he was ready for it and I decided to try it out, thinking that if it was hard on him the daycare workers would be able to help him feel comfortable.I dropped him off, the worker was told it was his first time. There were a lot of kids in there and 3 staff that I saw.I went to work out and watched him on the cams the whole time because I was nervous and like to be reassured that he’s doing well.He stood in the middle of the room biting his nails nervously and was doing nothing. Just looking around not sure what to do. I kept working out thinking surely an adult would see a timid little boy and encourage him to play or talk to him or ANYTHING.He was in there for 30 whole minutes and not one worker talked to him the entire time! I felt so sick about it I had to leave. One of the workers was sitting on the floor most of the time talking to a bunch of kids who clearly were not shy and didn’t need help. Another carried the same child most of the time and never came to talk to my son. Another appeared to go up to him at one point, but then went to check someone in and I didn’t see her again.When I picked him up, she called his name and he was visibly about to cry. I asked him later and he said he was sad.I understand they were busy, but I can’t fathom why daycare workers would not go help a new kid that is clearly uncomfortable. Even if they can’t hold his hand the whole time, I am shocked that in thirty minutes nobody even tried.If you have a daycare kid who is comfortable with strangers they will be fine probably. Next time I will be going to a different location and making sure they know that he needs reassurance even though it’s blatantly obvious.

The thing I like most about this gym is the staff, they are all very accommodating and friendly. The membership price is a little higher than some of the others around town but I find the cleanliness and the amenities to be quite worth it. My boyfriend and I had canceled our memberships when the pandemic started and when gyms re-opened we looked at other memberships that were less expensive at other gyms, but the customer service alone pushed us to come back to Mountainside. I would highly recommend!Sauna, steam room, towels, and smoothie bar! All perks of a membership!

Morning crew has the place very clean and organized. They always greet me and other patron with a happy welcome. The general manage runs an excellent operation. Camilla and the other opening staff start my day well.

This location and staff are amazing! Our kids love the child care staff and easy to get workouts in with the family of 5!

The facility is very inviting, with up-to-date equipment, spacious locker rooms, very clean facilities, a nice refreshment bar and friendly, helpful staff. I’m sure I will enjoy being a member.

I really was impressed with the amenities and staff. I joined on a month to month basis. My only criticism is that termination of membership must be in person. Not being able to terminate electronically or via phone is really outdated.

Great experience at this gym so far. We just switched our whole family over from EOS and couldn’t be happier. The staff has been helpful, nice and personable every time we’ve walked through the door. Jackson (who works with new members) was especially helpful in getting us all setup. Love this location as well!

This is one of the best gyms that I have ever signed up for in my life! What really sold me was their state of the art Day care. Me and my wife have had trouble finding time to work out because we have two toddlers in between work And taking care of our kids it is really difficult to find time and a babysitter to work out. But with their amazing day care that is free I can work out and watch my children from mostly every workout station with them having TVs and cameras of the daycare set up pretty much everywhere.It’s a Great gym and with great staff!!

Mountainside Fitness is a great local gym we come to every time we travel from out of town. Not too busy ever, plenty of well kept equipment, and the whole facility is very clean. Great experience overall.

This location is in need of a desperate facelift, thigh lift, rhinoplasty everything!! Please remodel. Obviously an old, old, old gym that was acquired and is not representative of Mountainside Fitness. I cant go here again

Massage: This review is about the Massage by Kara. She is outstanding and the best I have every received. She makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and works sore muscles. A must for anyone looking for a great massage.

Pretty good gym. Ive been here several times and its definitely got everything that you need and not too much attitude. People are generally friendly but not that bright.

I like the people there and it’s convenient for me to get to. The machines seem like a better quality. Although they could make it easier or more convenient to get the sanitary wipes and wipe the machines off. I don’t see many people doing that! Which should be a must right now during covid. Unless they want to get shutdown again. I don’t want that either!!

I love mountainside fitness because of a lot of reasons. They people are very friendly, helpful and just love Thier maks wearing and antibacterial stuff in every area every corner. They really have the building nice and safe for everyone. Very nice place to go workout. The manager was a little pushy about the bill. I was in the steam room and she sent a guy staff in to get me. So she could discuss the bill I told him hold on. She sent him right back in. Im thinking of ending my membership. That could have been done in a much more polite manner.

Visiting from out of town and they went out their way to ensure we had all we needed for a great workout. Very clean and spacious!!!! Coming back!!!

I have been coming here for about 15 years and have moved to different areas around the country. This is by far my all time favorite gym! I love all of the group classes at the Mesa location. They hire The best instructors with so much energy and it’s great to work out in a big group of people!!

This gym is always very clean and the staff is always very helpful when they’re needed. Mountainside fitness holds their facilities to a very high standard that is hard to find at other gyms. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and plan on staying here for quite some time.

Very friendly, quick check in, smoothie bar, full-size basketball court, sauna and steam room with clean towels provided. Everything in one!

Great place to workout if it’s not Covid time. I asked them to cancel my contract but was unable to cancel without physically going into a building I didn’t want to be in. I figured I’d let it go to the end of my contract since it wasn’t far away. They auto renewed me without notification and then made me pay a 25% cancellation fee despite notes in their system I had requested to cancel. Makes no sense that you can’t cancel without being physically present. Called the number management provided in response to my post but without a name I was directed to membership services. They said nothing they can do except to apologize for the fees they had no choice but to charge me

Clean super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have another membership at another club but this club has everything I need and want. Highly recommend. Take a look for yourself. Only drawback is its a little pricey.

I am so glad I decided to switch to this gym. Their kid care is amazing. I’m so grateful I can be at ease with leaving my little one there. They offer awesome classes with some amazing instructors. On top of that they keep it clean and in good condition and their staff are friendly, helpful and not pushy sales people. It’s a great place to be.

This gym is the best gym I’ve ever been to in Arizona. After being a member of LA fitness and Eos, Mountain Side Mesa is by far way better. Front counter staff and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the best part was there was nothing broken or damaged and it was clean.. After all the years of putting up with other gyms, rude people and broken equipment it was great to see a place like this. Definitely worth the extra money. Thank you Mountain Side and the people who work. Going to recommend you to everyone!!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly

Mountainside did not let me cancel my month-to-month membership even when I called and emailed to cancel. After I reached out to cancel they tried to charge my card and told me they typically charge late fees and “think” they report to the credit bureau which would hurt my credit if payment wasn’t made. It’s insane for a $38 payment.I was totally duped when I signed up.I was very clear I needed to cancel before my next payment when I signed up and they assured me it was super easy to cancel even though they knew I was going to be out of town (see attached review I made with them after signing up... I was totally unaware of their cancellation policy for out of towners.)My understanding after talking to them is that they continue to charge credit cards even after somebody out of town calls or emails to cancel. And if a person doesn’t they assess late fees that stack up.It’s only after an out of town person sends a physical letter via certified mail that they will allow them to cancel!After I told the Mountainside rep I wanted to cancel she said that late fees and charges would continue if I didn’t update my credit card or send in a certified letter per their specific instructions????Wow... what is this, an eviction?They did tell me I could come in and cancel in person... kind of tough since I’m on my way to New York then back to Alaska.I went ahead and updated the card just to make sure my credit doesn’t get hit with a late payment.I told them the letter is on the way so they put a temporary “hold” on the late fees that will expire in 3 months and charges will resume if they don’t receive the certified letter.I guess the fate of my credit now depends on the US post office :-) Still not sure if Mountside will report me to the credit Bureau even though I sent that cancellation email.How will they notify me my membership has been cancelled? Are they going to mail me a certified letter? Somebody should show them at least what AOL or Hotmail is haha... I’m not sure if they are ready for Gmail.All joking aside, I definitely wish I would’ve read the fine print especially since I want to buy a house and need good credit.

Ive been a member at mountainside for years but I recently started to attend this one. Sometimes I attend high fitness for good cardio and other days I lift. It’s never too busy so I can always find a spot in class or the weight floor. The front desk has good energy and they keep fresh coffee for the days I don’t have any energy.This is a great spot!

Love how they have all the right equipment for any workout. I can go in with a killer mentality and have a great workout every day. The staff is friendly and takes getting huge seriously💪🏾

They treat you with respect and dignity while stressing the importance of taking your workouts seriously. The personal training department is above reproach. Ive been to many gyms and by far Mountainside Fitness at this location is the best! The staff is great especially Paul D., Andrew A., and Tyler B. If I experience any issues the staff is quick to resolve them. I also just finished up 6 months of personal training with a few trainers. I was extremely impressed with Jordan M. and Talya C., they taught me some great fitness routines and pushed my fitness to the next level. I havent felt this great in a long time. Definitely recommend this gym!

Great staff who love the members, towel service, sauna and steam room make the membership very much worth it. Gym has all the equipment you will need. The black roof makes me feel like I am in a gym as opposed to a grocery store that other Msf locations have. Overall great gym. 10/10.

Mesa Mountainside is the best Mountainside, all of the equipment is great and the gym is so spacious. The floor is always clean and the locker rooms are always stocked with towels! The staff is super friendly and management always takes care of whatever concerns pop up! Would always recommend Mesa Mountainside!!!!

Been a member of multiple gyms in the area and this takes the best of all of them and combines them. Great location, not crowded. Great price smoothies, great gym equipment. Reasonable priced membership for the luxurious offferings. 10/10

I accompany my 76 year old Dad to his training sessions at Mesa Mountainside. He loves having a low sugar protein shake after a hard workout! I am so appreciative of the great trainers and staff at this awesome gym. We totally love it!

Best gym in the valley! All new equipment and never any wait for it. Been working out with Torry (personal trainer) for 6 months now and I am so much more confident in the gym using the equipment. I feel like he has really helped me develop a workout schedule as well as confidence in my abilities! Childcare is great, every employee is so kind and friendly and it is always clean. Love it here!

I have been training with Erin of Mountainside Fitness for 2 months now after being away from the gym for a very long time.Erin always gives me the utmost personal attention in my training sessions and is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession.I would recommend Erin at Mountainside Fitness Mesa in a heartbeat to anybody new to working out who wants to start going to the gym and get in shape and anybody else for that matter! I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with her help for a long time to come.

Great staff regardless of location. Great variety of branches in the valley. Shout out to Tristan at the east Mesa location, go to him for smoothies options. They don’t annoy you consistently about signing up for a membership. They help give you the options and up to you to decide for yourself. Great amount of free classes available for members.

Loooove them!!! I teach at the Mesa club Barre and Yoga and love their Mind Body room! The students are friends and the staff even more friendly! They have a smoothie bar and it’s so refreshing to get a shake after your workout!!

Love this gym! They have great equipment and great amenities! The staff is always friendly and the classes are terrific! My favorite part is the child care staff. They’re so welcoming and caring for my children(1, 7 & 9). My youngest has been coming since 3 months and I have always felt he was safe and happy there!!

It was really good! Everything here worked great and I really like the basketball court. Tyler is a great guy for helping us. The smoothie was good. Recommended.

As an instructor in Mesa and a member I get to see both sides of this business. They are really amazing, take great care of their employees and their members, and are super focused on creating a great experience for everyone. I cant recommend this facility highly enough. I love the equipment, I love the people, locations are convenient, and you cant beat the view from Marina Heights in the morning! My Mesa students (and everywhere else I teach) are amazing!

This is the best gym I have been at. Much better than LA Fitness or any other big gym. Great customer service and nice variety of equipment. Personal training department is on point. All in all, a great place to work out! I typically don’t have to wait for any machines or equipment, even during peak hours! Never have any issues getting my workout done. Staff is incredible! Only down side is the locker rooms aren’t as updated/nice as some of the newer locations and there are some equipment discrepancies amongst the different locations. I would eventually like to see a this gym get some updates!

I have tried so many different gyms over the years and I keep coming back to Mountainside. The facilities is always clean and organized and the employees are always profession and cheerful.My personal trainer Ondria is always pushing me to do more and giving me the positive feedback I need to keep going. She has made my transition back into the gym easy and even enjoyable.Mountainside is also a place I feel safe and judge free. With a variety of people who come to the gym you know that the core goal for the people there is to have a healthier lifestyle.

Great location. Pretty cut and dry gym, mostly weights and cardio. Ha other stuff like basketball, a spa, and classes. Doesn’t get super crazy like other locations which I like. Really clean too, has a comfortable feel to it.
