Tried canceling my membership in Jan when contract was done. Was informed I had to pay until March. Go in in March get charged fir April informed it would be the last transaction from them. Get on my account and find charges again this month. So let’s wait and see what BS they feed today

Horrible location. Dirty equipment. Trainers don’t know what they should know about nutrition and optimal exercise strategies. And too small.

Place is overpriced for the “amenities” and overall size of the gym. Guess your paying this money to say you have access to a gym 24/7Going back to Eos!!!!

Nice gym.. They have a decent variety of machines to choose from and a tanning bed. This location is a lot bigger than the anytime fitness on Power and Queen Creek.

Terrible place! Please stay away from this gym at all cost. The customer service is terrible and they will overcharge your bank account despite several attempts to resolve billing issues.I have tried to contact them several times and they never answer the phone or respond to voicemails.I attempted to cancel my membership with them, and although l provided the 30 day notice they requested, and signed the cancelation documents, they continue to charge my account for a membership I do not have anymore.I requested that they email a copy of the cancelation documents, but they have not done so up until now.Unless you want to have any issues like these in the future, I would suggest looking for a better gym.

This has been a terrible place to deal with during the pandemic. They refused to close the second time so they could keep charging fees despite the fact that I was not comfortable with going. They do not enforce a mask policy and I have never seen an employee walking around sanitizing anything. I will be reporting them for the violations regularly since they refuse to let people out of their memberships and also refuse to follow proper covid policies.They dont care about you or your health. They told me they are owned by some investment firm out of Texas that told them to defy the mandates and stay open, so much for being a friendly local gym.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! *Anytime Fitness Guadalupe & Sossaman* We have been trying to cancel our membership for over 6 months now and continue to get charged monthly. We moved to a rural area that is not within 25 miles of an Anytime Fitness and have provided proof of address several times. The manager or employees of this location do not answer their phones, they do not return voicemails or texts. We have attempted reaching out to corporate several times and they can not help, sadly they gave us incorrect phone numbers and email addresses! Extremely unprofessional, we have been charged hundreds of dollars over what we should have! Do not sign a membership agreement with this location, they are not professional! This business should be shut down.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a decade. When itClosed the first time due to COVID I tried to cancel my membership but could not reach anyone. Even their voice mail said no one is checking it. It was frustrating. I had to travel to another state. So I went to location there. Even though it said face masks were required no one was wearing them. When I returned to Mesa it was the same. The gym closed again and I was unable to cancel my membership.. So I cAncelled my debit card. Now it is months later and they’re wanting me to pay past due or they won’t let me cancel the membership. It’s a scam and a rip off

This is the worst place Ive ever been to. I will never join an Anytime Fitness workout facility ever again!!!!!! Tried to cancel my membership when all gyms were mandated to close their doors. They refused to cancel my membership and kept charging me every month. Will be reporting this to the Attorney General and emailing corporate!!! Dont join this gym!

Trainers use up al the weights.

Scumbags. They lie about what you are sighing and try and make you pay for things that you didn’t sign up for. They push other people’s overdue payments onto you even though you never had a membership to begin with. Do not go here.

Great gym!

I have had many memberships at different gyms and this one has been my favorite hands down. The ability of being able to go to the gym whenever it works for your schedule and key to make positive lifestyle changes. I had actually left a personal item of mine there and it has been over 48 hours and no one had disturbed it, it was where I left it. I really feel like The Price is Right for this little community of people who are working on the same positive goals. It is a little pricier than Planet Fitness but trust me totally worth the amenities

Anytime Fitness is open twenty four hours a day. It has friendly staff there until seven at night. The gym is not huge but is very conveniently located for my use. It can get crowded at hours but its always open!

Best gym in town. Has the feel of a real workout place unlike the library called planet fitness and u can always get on a machine unlike LA fitness and the luxury of using the gym at anytime. Friendly staff and already recommended it to all my friends.

Was asked to ring bell for service outside and no I came out after being there for 5 mins. Would of liked going there, its close and not always over crowded, but unfortunately, the staff was unresponsive.

Love this place. They have an excellent floor area, and the machines are in good condition. They have an extensive free weight selection with kettle bells, dumbells and weighted balls. They also have bands, Bosa balls, And yoga mats.

You can reach to your goals here. Fantastic staff,with excellent people skills. Ive been a fitness enthusiast for decades! This is how a fitness gym should be operated! Thanx guys and gals!

They scam you. When you cancel, they say theyll keep a copy of your cancellation on a piece of paper. They dont enter it into any system. They continue to charge your card for perpetuity. Since I lost my copy because I didnt think it was my job to keep documentation for them, they say its not theyre fault. They have no records all of a sudden. SCAM!!! They owe me over $300!!!!!!! Sarah Ortiz and Vince will take all your money. Dont sign anything!! Once they get your bank account info, they delete everything else on your account so they can say they didnt know. They can see when people scan in to work out. They know I havent been for 2 years yet they still continue to charge me! SCAM! Awaiting a reply from Dave Grueneich. I believe hes unaware that his employees are running a scam under his nose.
