I found ValleyWide off HomeAdvisor- the company was highly rated- 5 Stars to be exact.I met with Ryan Berry April 28th- I needed to replace my roof. I couldn’t believe I received a hand written contract? That should have been the first sign I wasn’t working with a professional roofing company. My experience went down hill from there. The roofing crew didn’t speak English- they left such a mess of roofing materials my neighbors complained. I let the roofing contractor Ryan Berry know- he came out and pick up after them. They still left my property with chunks of roof tiles, nails, roof tacks, pieces of wood and black material all over. I’d be happy to share my video.The roofing crew was unprofessional and unskilled- my AC Unit was damage through carelessness- Ryan Berry tried to challenge me siting frayed wires- I stood my ground it was complete incompetence and very shady- on VW’s crew. I’m glad I had just had the AC Unit service 2 days prior to them starting May 7th.Ryan told me the roof was completed - until I noticed the tiles missing from the ridge- hard to not see several tiles missing. My question is who purchased the tiles for my roofing job- did you under buy or break the missing tiles? A complete lack of integrity. It’s June 2nd- the roof is still not completed- I can’t seem to get a detailed invoice to breakdown what I am paying for. I haven’t received any photo’s nor have my flashing or seating concerns been addressed with me.The lack of communication has been very frustrating- however it clearly explains why the roofing crew was unskilled, careless and sloppy.Take my advice- if insurance is involved ask your adjuster for a professionally vetted restoration company- had I done that first I would have never used ValleyWide. My adjuster waited 15 days to get photos and the information he needed- to move my claim forward meanwhile I was asked to send my adjusters email- my adjuster contacted Ryan several times. Again a three ring circus-I am grateful I haven’t paid the remaining balance-yet. I will be happy to pay the balance once ValleyWide provides me with a detailed invoice (just like they provided my insurance adjuster) for the drywall work. If you’re looking for a restoration/remodel company STOP looking and hire Valleywide!! The entire staff/family at Valleywide Restoration are professional, honest, cooperative, friendly and a complete joy to work with in what can normally be trying circumstances. Due to a fire, the water and smoke damage to my home was unlivable for several months. They use every connection and skilled member to get everything done timely and right! I called them they only guarantee the work for two years I guess long enough to know that its going to mess up after that. I had my carpet in my house for 7 years prior and my carpet never buckled there never been cracks in my walls the seven years I lived here prior before the flood the paint is just peeling off. But apparently thats my problem now I dont suggest this company to anybody and if they done good for you youre lucky youre one of the lucky ones cuz they didnt do good for me nor do they stand by their work I dont care if its two years guaranteed this is only 3 years and its doing this already uncalled for

We added on our kitchen cabinets, crew was great, professional, and caring. Bryan helped us design and order. He made sure materials are right and the crew delivered the cabinets to our house. Doug was our project manger, he was great and very personable! Although we had hick-ups here and there but everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Ryan Barry is the best. He is personable and professional. His crew is the same. He and his crew fixed roof leaks and cleaned up a mess left behind from a previous roofing company. They were right on time and reasonably priced. We plan to use their services again in the future and definitely recommend!

The mitigation and restoration work after a water leak in my house was a major task that took 13 weeks. During that time, we had crews of more or less than ten people at my house. Obviously, there will be some parts of the work that a homeowner is not completely happy with. In this case, I rated them top, since I understand the delays caused by the unusual time we live in, and because of the pleasant attitude and cooperative efforts they all exhibited, from managers to employees.I want an honorary mention of Doug Kingsbury, project manager, who was outstanding, knowledgable and competent in a variety of skills, an excellent multi-tasker. He realized it is important for me to be kept informed, and so he did.

Work quality was poor. They had to come out 3 times to do the job. Communication was poor. Will not be using them again

Valleywide Restoration did excellent work on our house. They were extremely responsive, and had good communication throughout the whole process. They accurately and swiftly diagnosed our problem, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. And that was the best thing about working with Valleywide, they were able to move things quickly. It was extremely difficult on our family to be without a kitchen for several weeks, but because Valleywide knew that the insurance wasnt covering the damages, they were proactive in making things easier for us. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. This is how I would summarize.1. Two trucks with crews arrived in an hour after the initial call to begin analyzing and then removing all soaked items.2. The President of the company called me directly to review the mitigation, rebuild, and insurance probabilities.3. Every 48 hours (sometimes more often), I received either a text message, email, or phone call to update me as to the progress. They were always contacting me, I never had to chase them down for any information or concerns.4. Walls, ceilings, cabinets, etc. were removed. The entire unit had to be rebuilt from the studs out and concrete floor up. I requested it be completed with my personal choices for flooring, paint, cabinets, etc. within 5.5 weeks. Valleywide Restoration delivered on time and with quality and cleanliness.5. I was asked on multiple occasions to complete a punch list so that they could meet my standards. They certainly did!!!Bryan Lewis, president of the company is one of the most professional contractors I have ever met. That says a lot, as I am a Realtor who has dealt with multiple new builds and have done 4 MAJOR renovations with other contractors who I felt were very good. If you ever need a great emergency service that can see you through till everything is returned to normal or better, call Valleywide Restoration.

Valleywide has fixed my roof. The repair was good and done quickly once the estimate happened.The good: My service rep was friendly and always returned calls. Repair was done quickly and looks great. Price was reasonable.The bad: It took us 4 weeks to get an estimate. I understand it is monsoon season and it was a small repair, but any roofing company in AZ should be ready to handle this time of year a bit more quickly.Would I use them again: Yes. Ultimately we are happy with the repair and the service we received.

We had an in wall leak at our home over a weekend. Valleywide responded immediately and had a crew at my home within 2 hours. They quickly placed protective plastic down, removed a cabinet, and the affected drywall, and inspected and installed fans. They came back to check everyday until things dried out. Our water heater was leaking at the base and soaked the drywall and wood on the base stand and surrounding walls. The owners son, Wyatt Lewis, came out in the morning and assessed the damage within minutes to see how much water was seeping into other parts of the wall.After giving the go-ahead to begin work, he got started right away without any delays. Amazing! Our water heater had enough sediment buildup that the drain pipe was completely clogged, so all of the water was still in the tank. A little bit drained for him when he got started, but he was able to remove it off of the stand anyway and then drain the rest of it by simply tipping it over. After that, he immediately started cutting the drywall around the affected area and finished demolition and cleanup in about 2 hours.He applied a chemical treatment to the exposed wood to kill any mold, bacteria, or other spores that may have seeped in. He then pulled out a dehumidifier and blower to let everything dry and was very courteous when answering any questions I had about anything. Everything is currently drying, which will take anywhere from 3-5 days.Wyatt was a great help and a great guy. We will definitely use ValleyWide Restoration in the future if/when the need arises. We are very pleased with their service!

I admit I found the website on a search, but everything about the experience today was professional. After scheduling a contact right from the web site, I got a call shortly from the office, and had two techs at my house in about an hour. They were very courteous and professional, and got right to work. Then the owner, Bryan Lewis came by and explained the rest of the process and what to expect from the insurance adjuster. Everything was done thoroughly and expertly, including photos and even thermal-imaging of the moisture in the walls. All that remains is the repair and restoration work.

Demand for remodeling is high, so getting a project started quickly was unexpected. No matter what changes I wanted, they were accommodating. Work done included building a loft over the existing dining room; removing, cutting, refinishing and replacing stair railings; changing a garden tub into a walk-in shower; plus some smaller things.

These guys are good. We had part of a ceiling fall in our back room with the resulting flood & property damage one would expect. From the time I called my insurance who put me through to Valleywide Restoration, we got an assessment and a tarp on the roof in just under 3 hours. From the service we’ve received so far I have high confidence that the rest of the process will go as smoothly.

I have had the unfortunate/fortunate opportunity to call Valleywide twice. Water damage both times. Kolton, the representative answered my call and he and his crew got to my location right away. They began moving furniture and extracting the water immediately and had to pull up baseboards and set up fans to dry our walls & floors. It was quite the process. But Kolton and his crew were phenomenal to work with and they finished the job and put in new baseboards and did everything necessary to get us back in order. Highly recommend they be on everyones speed dial for any type of home emergency situation. They assist you with all information in regards to filing insurance claims, etc. Very knowledgeable and very wonderful guys!

We woke up to 2 inches of standing water throughout our entire house due to a broken nut on a pipe in a back bathroom. So far these guys have been amazing! Wyatt has been in constant contact with me reguarding our tub that overflowed and caused water damage. They are willing to work with my schedule which is great considering I have infant twins. They are on day one of a 3 week process and Im already so impressed with Valleywide Restoration. I will update my post once the work is complete as well, but so far I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Worst company I have worked with in home restoration/remodeling. They no-showed on me three times, made many excuses. Then decided I needed different estimators. Home office did not return my calls and messages. They finally sent new estimators and they refused to give a written estimate. Finally told me to “call a handyman” after weeks of waiting. My damages of about $10,000 were finally handled by another company. I would never work with them or recommend them.

Contact me prior to contracting with this company. You should be prepared for what you will and will not receive regardless of assurances and promises.I did not get a choice as I am a tenant and not the property owner. I am currently awaiting a return phone call from two weeks ago. Personally, I would explore other options.

Wyatt and Cayden were AMAZING!!!! They were above and beyond helpful in every way! My dishwasher flooded my kitchen and they were here in 30-45 minutes and took care of everything!! They were super friendly and stayed until the kitchen was clean, disinfected, and animal friendly until they can come back to handle the insurance adjuster. They helped me every step of this unfortunate process and Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone in need!!!

The work was good but I would never use them again because they messed up the job schedule and caused me to have to wait two months to receive the insurance payment. Their work foreman admitted they took one month to do a job that should have taken four days. In the process their offfice girl lied to me about what the holdup was which was the cabinet sub contractor did not finish in a timely manner which threw the whole job into the toilet. I dont know about your standards but I will never do business with a company that lies about job statis. I cannot emphasize enough that they are not credible and if you use them you are putting your money st risk and you are going to have a higher level of stress because of it.

I dealt with Wyatt who was very informative and answered all my questions. The crew stayed until they found the problem. The clean up was very nice. I really wanted to like them because they were referred by a friend, but I was just disappointed over and over again. First we were forgotten for 6 months after our initial call to get the work done for them to even give an estimate (this is where I should have seeked out someone else). When we called back, we never got an apology but instead excuses. They were very hard to communicate with and as a customer made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking simple questions on the next step because they didnt show up for weeks after they had ripped out the bathroom and taken half the money. I was even told that they didnt respond to my email because it was in their junk email box! The whole process took so long and expensive that I had several friends with water damage to their homes after me and they were done before me that I was even embarrassed to say what company I had gone through.

November 14, 2019 will be a date to remember in our household. At 8:30am my wife walked into our bedroom after hearing water noise while in the kitchen. She discovered a waterfall pouring out of our ceiling. After a very short time, four rooms in our house had approximately 2-2 !/2 inches of water on the floors and everything in the bedroom was soaked The fire sprinkler system had a crack in the plastic pipe directly above our bed. Our insurance company recommended four restoration companies.It was my good fortune to call Valleywide Restoration of the greater Phoenix area. They are a family owned business serving this area for 20 years. Wyatt was at my house within the hour and his crew of 4-6 people came ready to work 45 minutes after Wyatts arrival. At the end of the day, after all was cleaned, furniture removed and clothing boxed up, they left us a very clean property. There is still much work to do. I had a toilet feeder line break in a Townhome that I own in Chandler. It filled the unit up with water about an inch deep while the tenant was away. Valleywide Restoration was hired to dry the place and then put it back together. I found their price to be reasonable and the overall job to be good. They informed me of timelines and held to that schedule. This was very important as the tenant had to find temporary housing in the meantime. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because the grout they used to fill back in at the baseboards was grey and the existing grout is taupe. They also chipped a tile in the process and just put the small piece back in. I am a very particular person and if this were my own personal residence I would have had them correct those two items. However with it being a rental it was not a huge issue for me. Overall I give them a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

I was out of town when I discovered a wall of mold in my home that was being renovated. I contacted Valleywide and explained the situation and that I would not be available to meet them personally but that the work needed to start immediately as other work was on hold until it was done. Bryan explained the process from start to finish, gave me an estimated date of completion, reviewed the mold testing process and necessity, AND came in cheaper than another company I received an estimate from.The work was done to a higher than satisfactory level and by the time I came back into town, everything was complete. To top it off, a package was delivered to the wrong house (our house) while I was out of town and the guys working on my property walked it across the street and delivered it to the right house. They sent me pictures of the package, and where it was left on the neighbors house to confirm it had been done.Valleywide is a company you can trust and youll truly enjoy working with them!

While Kolton did alright estimating the drywall repair created by storm damage to my roof, his roofer did more damage to my roof than the storm. Went from one cracked tile to seeing many broken tiles after he left, pictures to prove it as well. Kolton managed to get me my estimate for the drywall but his roofer never responded with an estimate, maybe cause its not an insurance claim? Maybe cause I called him out on the damage he created? So I am going with the other company that took the time to estimate the complete job. Sorry Kolton, your guy let you down.

Left a hole in my ceiling while giving me a free quote, never got a quote (even though I called twice to follow up), and they never came out to fix the hole in my ceiling! Very unprofessional, definitely will NOT recommend to anyone!
