I dealt with Stephanie mostly. Having her cell phone number helped make this event easier. Her response was timely and together we accomplished much to close the sale. I always knew I could call her and she would help me understand the next step in the process and anything I could do to keep it moving forward, I was glad to help. I only wish I was the only one she had to deal with. Circumstances, as they are, caused delays, and I am sorry for that.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. This Pioneer Title Agency provided disappointing service in my experience. I asked to be contacted by phone or text if documents needed to be signed or adjustments needed, because I work nights and dont check my personal email often. I received this service occasionally. Then when it was time for the funds to be disbursed, I had a delay in providing an estate account due to illness. Pioneer Title did not call me or email me to resolve the issue. They sent a disbursement check to me without my knowledge. The PTA courier left it on the front table outside my front door. Luckily, my son found it and brought it to me. I couldnt believe that a company would leave a 6 digit check on the front porch without a signature or confirmation of receipt. I am very disappointed in Pioneer Title Agency and will never use them again. I will also not recommend them to any of my friends or family. But I am sure they enjoyed the fees they charged my fathers estate.
