If you want the title company to handle your money correctly, this is the company to avoid! Recently I sold my house and I used this company. On our closing date, I called the agent (Jean Miles) if everything was OK. She told me that she is waiting for the updated paid off statement from my bank since the one she had was expired. She also told me that she requested to the bank 5 days prior, but the bank hasnt sent it to her yet. I called the bank and was told that the bank received the request 5 days ago, but that request was to send the paid off statement to me by mail not by fax to the title company. I requested again to fax it right away to the title company. I later confirmed over the phone with the agent that she received the new statement. But later, I found out that this title company used old expired statement amount which was $1200 more than I should have paid. To talk about this issue, I called Jean and she said she used the amount she was given by bank and she will call the bank for me, but she never did. I called back to talk more responsible person few days later and was put on hold multiple times to get through the phone and finally I got to talk to Patty Miller. She said she would call me back in 20 minutes. She needed to gather the information to find out what I am talking about and she would call me back in 20 minutes, but she didnt called me back more than 3 hours. I called back again and she said the phone number I gave her was wrong she connected wrong place even they have all my information including my phone number.) She told me all the excuses and she has more than 30 years experience and treated me I was stupid. They also told me that I will get the money back from the bank anyway. But that doest mean they can paid off my loan with wrong amount of the money with expired statement. Obviously they mishandled my money. The service was horrible and they are unprofessional. I should have read other reviews about this company. There are lot of 1 star reviews. They charge lot more than other title companies, too! Be aware!

I use Driggs Title for all my closings. By far the best service I have ever had. Connie is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
