Very unprofessional. Numbers were so far off but had to use an unbiased accountant.They do bait and switch at closing after contracts are signed and monies already wired. Crooked as can be. Use any other title agency but them.

This company re did paperwork after I signed a contract with a ExP Realtor. They lowered my price again from $140,000 to $118k. Had me pay over$25,000 in Sellers closing costs and 5 different kinds of insurance for the buyer including her mortgage insurance. Even a Premium 850$ Home warranty plan. 140$ Fraud fee? 150$ for a notary but I had nothing notarized. In the buyer ended up with 124,500$ credit with no money down. Even kept $9,595 in a Escrow HOLDBACK fee and gave it to the Buyer when it should have been returned to me. I was told I had 2 BROKEN ac/heating units $20,000 one was just a 120$ thermostat fix.They did Fraud with the Home warranty plan because the item was already broken before they signed up and filed the claim 30 days later. Its too late when the money has been wired to your account and nobody brings a calculator to the closing you trust their numbers This buyer was only approved for 115k from her Mortgage bank so she should not have even been looking at 140k properties to begin with. Do not Use an ExP realtor or this Title company. You dont even need title insurance and they charged me 883$ for a useless insurance. There numbers dont add up and they are different at closing then at signed contract. AMERICAN TITLE YOU OWE ME $30,000

As a REALTOR, I had an opportunity to work with Scott Romley and his branch on a recent transaction. Specifically, Amber Watson was our assigned escrow officer. My client and I were impressed at the professionalism the team demonstrated at every step. I witnessed great communication and skill in addressing some of the hurdles our particular transaction encountered.Our transaction required a mobile notary which they covered at no extra cost to my client. Another small detail I really appreciated was how they assigned the recording fee to the buyer only since its a buyer expense, instead of trying to double-charge the same full price to both parties and claiming theyre splitting it between buyer and seller, like lots of other Title companies do.Good experience. Would recommend again!
