Contracted for paint correction and ceramic coat on my brand new Challenger. Let me drop off outside normal business hours, provided loaner car, sent update pics of my car getting worked on AND finished ahead of schedule. Car looked great when I picked it up. The ceramic coat is amazing! Dirt and debris just kind of settles on top of the car, floating so lightly that I could shake it off with a quick acceleration onto the highway. She washes super easy now and keeps that wet, glossy shine! 10/10, will get same service on all my future vehicles.

Extremely unhappy with this company. I have had a clear bra on for three months and it’s already bubbling. I contacted the company regarding a fix and their answer to the problem was to “push the moisture out and let it re-adhere” there is a whole in the bra so now every time my car gets washed I’m expected to go push moisture out from under it instead of them replacing it. Totally unacceptable and I absolutely do not recommend this company nor will I be returning. They don’t back their work or take ownership for a bra that clearly is defective or wasn’t put on correctly.

AZ Auto Aesthetics is the place to go. I took my brand new Tesla Model Y there and they were happy to take me around the shop and help me coordinate my drop off and pickup. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating of my change requests. I had them do tint all around, paint protection film ( you can barely see it) and full ceramic coating. They did an amazing job. It almost looks like it came out of the factory that way and thanks to AZ Auto Aesthetics, my car will look brand new for a long time. Absolutely amazing job done to my 2021 Toyota Supra premium!! Took it in for the full front clip, bumper, headlights, side finders and mirros. I wasn’t sure if I would really notice that much of a difference since my C8 Corvette was brand new. I was amazed at the difference the ceramic coating made. The paint is more crisp, the shine is deep and all around the color is just exactly the color the car was meant to be. Take the tour of their shop and you’ll see the level of detail and precision care they take with all the cars they’re working on. I also want to add that the guys really easy to work with. They took the time to explain the different products they use and helped me make an informed decision about which treatments make sense.

WOW! That doesnt even start to describe what this place is about. I talked to Lee on my initial phone call and he helped me understand the options available. They were able to get me in right away and when I arrived Brenan spent his time answering any questions I may have. I decided to go with the ceramic coating and front clear bra on my car. Everyone at AZ Auto Aesthetics were great. They were the best all around hands down. I did a lot of comparing with a number of other shops in the Phoenix area and I wouldnt use any one else. Price, quality, professionalism, friendly, first point of contact (Morgan is great) they are the best all around. You could definitely feel the pride they take in their work and an appreciation to provide you their services. I had my 2021 Tesla Model Y worked on, PPF paint protection film and XPEL window tint.

Product was fine. Techs did the job they were asked to do. Service is HORRENDOUS. Detail shops are a dime a dozen. if youre going to spend 7,000.00 on your car in after market work, go somewhere where they will actually listen to your needs and care about your business enough to communicate productively with customers and techs so that techs only have to do the work one time. The front end service people would rather argue semantics and defend miscommunications. HORRENDOUS SERVICE. I requested multiple times to speak to someone about my dissatisfaction with the SERVICE before writing this review. The only answer I got was text messages to just let them fix the car. These techs shouldnt have to redo work for poor service issues. The best this shop owner can do rather than reach out personally to customers that are struggling with their shops service is to post this response and explain that I should have just accepted their solution offered via text message.

Brenan and Jay have a fantastic facility here in Mesa. It is very clean and large. They are always busy with multiple cars being worked on, yet they take the time to talk to you and go over all your questions and concerns before starting to work on your car/truck/motorcycle.I first used AZ Auto Aesthetics a year ago and the very first job I had them do was extensive which included full detail, full body wrap, full ceramic coating, powder coating, and the list was endless. This shop is the best when it comes to cleaning, touching up and protecting your exterior finish. Ive used then now to give two of my cars a full ceramic coat as well as protective coverings. Every new car I get in the future will come here immediately for an external treatment.

Touch up paint didnt match (not their fault), BUT they didnt even bother to tell me before proceeding with wrapping the car in PPF. Quality of work seemed mediocre (Not wrapping and tucking everywhere other shops do, lifting edges, bubbles, etc). Customer Service was poor (returned to have issues corrected and they refused). Also tried to overcharge me (added something that I never asked for, nor was it ever quoted to me - a screen protector). Save yourself the headache and disappointment and go somewhere else (I wish I had). Customer service is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.Car wasn’t salvaged, as they conveniently claim (I have the repair bills that prove it, front bumper was resprayed along with shared sides of neighboring panels). They still fail to acknowledge that they wrapped over non-matching touch-up paint (yes, provided by me, since it was from the manufacturer I assumed it would match) without my approval. Why not just give me a simple call or quick text to let me know it didn’t match before proceeding? Why, when I asked about the charge for a screen protector I didn’t order, did you assume that I was wrong/lying?

I think the whole team participated in this excellent paint protection program for my new truck. They prepared the paint for protection film and a full ceramic coating by meticulously compounding every inch of this huge truck, then applying the film to the front end and entire hood. They followed that with the application of the ceramic coating which has a 5-year guarantee, but is expected to last 6 to 8 years before being renewed.Lee kept me informed of the progress throughout the three days needed to complete the work and all the guys spoke to me at the end, saying how much they enjoyed the job.Great people. Fine work. Beautiful workplace.

Great service. Very professional. Daughter finger painted with salt on the side of car severely scratching clear coat. All removed with ceramic coating and paint correction. They even filled in rock chips with dealer supplied touch up paint before they coated. My wife said specifically after seeing final product, from now on, any new car we get is getting this service done!

I brought my BMW i3 in for ceramic windshield tint. I was quoted about an hour and A half but waited almost 2 1/2. No big deal as I was happy to tour their facility and catch up on some work in the lobby. However when I got my car back there was significant over spill of tinting fluid on the fender of my car and on the inside too. My cupholder was wet with solution, my dash and inside infotainment system was dripped on, and some paperwork I had in a small cubby holder was soaked through and had multiple stains on my seats and the carpet was thoroughly soaked wet. I had to go to another car wash and have the seats steam cleaned in order for those stains to come out.Overall the ceramic tint that I had on my windshield seems to work as advertised and lowers the radiation heat in my car so I am very happy about that. We had discussed bringing my Ferrari down for some sort of ceramic coating or clear bra applications but after this experience I will be taking that car elsewhere.

Ive had great experiences in the past with AZ Auto Aesthetics/Bs Wax, however I feel like theyre starting to fall off as a business. I booked a full interior/exterior detail. They contacted me the day prior to my appointment and left a voicemail saying they would no longer be able to perform the detail. Essentially, they indicated they were too busy with ceramic coatings and paint corrections to detail my vehicle. I fully understand a detail isnt going to bring as much revenue as a ceramic coating, but if you take the appointment, youve made a commitment to the customer. I give them credit for notifying me prior to the appointment, but they shouldnt have taken the appointment in the first place if they didnt have any availability. Unfortunately, the one thing that made them stand out, customer service, is now the reason for the poor review.

Was referred to AZ Auto Aesthetics by a good friend for the last 2 cars I have owned. I wondered why he was such a cheerleader, and would go out of his way every time we talked cars to bring these guys up. Well, after my 24 hour experience with them, I now understand it. I let Brenan know I was in a bit of a time crunch, but wanted to get my car protected before I drove it and had to brave the constant rock barrage we see daily on our freeways.Not only did Brenan stay late to let me bring the car in well after hours, he actually started on it immediately (well after closing time) and updated me constantly. You can tell the SECOND you walk in their location that these are car guys who will take just as good of care of your car as you will (if not better), and take an amazing amount of pride in what they do. Less than 24 hours, they completed a wrap for me (to help with that daily rock barrage), ceramic coating, and a killer smoked protection film on the headlight (highly recommend, it looks AWESOME).Get in while you can, these guys look poised to be one of those companies that by word of mouth alone will grow into a business that people are willing to wait months to have work done.As a side note, when I originally called on Friday, they were closed to celebrate their first year in business. Seems like a super tight knit group that values their employees and has established a killer culture. Took my 2015 Z06 corvette to Josh to get some major loving done.Paint correction was needed, especially the side mirrors. Not only those chips but I had a big crack in the front bumper ground affect.Previous quotes were $3-$4 grand.
