Staff was very friendly and respectful. I am slightly disappointed though. I got the platinum wash and while the exterior is up to standards, the interior seemed to not have been touched. I expected a little better for a $40 wash.

There have been some personnel changes at this location lately that has resulted in even better performance. Edward Johnson has always impressed me, but recently I’ve also had great experiences with Josh, who always seems to do things just a little bit better than everybody else. It’s easy to spot Josh because he wears a bright orange quality control shirt, and the quality of his work truly is exceptional. Keep up the great work!

I have had an unlimited pass here for a few years and honestly every time I have tried to deal with the staff they are incompetent. They don’t listen and have a poor attitude. If I just go through the wash and vacuum myself without employee contact it’s a good experience but from detail to oil change to full service wash, all of them are difficult to deal with. I’ll keep my unlimited service for quick washes but for everything else I’ll go somewhere else.

Worst company ever This is a terrible car wash. Paid $40 for a platinum wash. The wash was done horribly. Call The Car Wash and spoke to a manager who told us to stop cursing, which, we were not. when we try to explain what happen he cut off the conversation by saying yeah yeah yeah and hung up the phone. We called back spoke to a guy named Josh who stated he was a manager. He told us the reason the job was done so poorly was because the guys were tired. When we advised him we spoke to the other manager and he hung up on us, he stated that the other manager was his best friend and the best manager he knew. Then Josh hung up on us. If this is quality customer service according to Cobblestone and this is how they teach their managers to speak to customers, Im not sure how they run their business. Its definitely not about the customers its about how many friends the employees have at work to have their backs.

I came here, got the most expensive wash and when I got back into my truck it was still dirty. After I pointed it out, he was reluctant to clean it so I asked them to hand me the rag and I would do it and he very quickly changed his mind. He also was the only person wearing a blue Quality Control shirt. Quality Control has the word quality in it. Plus this was all after I gave him $5 tip. Ill never waste my money at this Cobblestone ever again. Go to the one on Signal Butte, much better quality than this place.

Manager Joshua Jimenez is very unhelpful. Ive been going to this location for years. However this will be the last time I will ever step foot in this building again. When I first went in to pay the cashier manager Miranda Reed was behind the counter she was very rude and very short. I got the full works wash which I dont know how they call it the works because my car was not cleaned I will include pictures. I called back Mr. Jimenez I told him how disappointed I was that Ive been a customer here for years and this is one of the worst jobs theyve ever done and I would be embarrassed to hand the car back that way to any client. I told him the issues with the car I have a dash mat it was not vacuumed off I have spills on my seat and in my backseat on my floor mats. I explained to the gentleman when I pulled in that I had no problem paying extra because there is dog hair in my car since my dog has been in the car but there is a cover on the seat. He explain that would be no problem.when I spoke to the manager He explained that it is difficult to ever get dog hair out of cars so it was impossible for them to vacuum that. I also explain that things werent wash down and he said that was not his issue. I explained that I want my money back and he says well why dont you fricken come get it. I did curse on the phone when he spoke to me like that. Explain to me that it was not polite to curse on the phone I apologized and said I understood. Since he use the word friggin I figured I could use it and then told me I was being belligerent and he was going to hang up on me. Him and Miss Miranda were one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever found explaining to them my issues they told me it wasnt their freaking problem and next time go somewhere else. I want my money back. This cleaning was far from the works.

I brought in my Ford explorer and they did a terrible job. They barely wiped down the interior and didnt even vacuum out the cup holders. It was pretty dirty when I showed up but I expected a better job. They use to do a better car wash. I also tipped 5 bucks. I should have looked at it before I gave the tip!

This location is super convenient right off of the highway so you cant miss it. The self-serve vacuums here are the strongest Ive ever seen in any of the Cobblestone locations. The only downside was the wet rags they had for use (which I love using and really appreciate them for being so thoughtful to put those out there for us to use) were not really wet and they were a bit dry. That meant I couldnt really wipe stuff off; may just have to bring some spray with me next time. :)

Terrible Manager at the 5245 East Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ 85206 location. Had a coupon for FREE Wax with expiration 2099. I WAS TOLD BY THEM TO hold on to receipt that they highlighted the Free wax and Expiration date. I came into the car wash like any other day. I decided to use my coupon 2 years after I received the coupon because I was selling the car. I asked the front guy if this was valid and showed him the receipt. He asked me to speak with the desk inside. After speaking with the desk they stated I had a free car was in my profile. I requested to use my free car wax since I already payed for the car wash. She advised me that the first guy had to ring it up so she can discount it. So after going back and fourth. This they finally got 3 different people involved and finally now the store manager came up to me and stated I had to pay for the wax. I told him I have a coupon here as advertised on his receipt for free wax with an expiration date in 2099. He then advised me I couldnt use it. At that point I was going to just leave without the free car wax as falsely advertised. And he pointed out I still had to pay. I advised him I didnt agree. He stated they already put it on. And put on a better wax than what the receipt stated. So now I have to pay the full price. I advised him I never agreed to this. And we were trying to negotiate. At that time he just became irate infront of everybody and embarrassed a disabled vet and told me to leave. I left calmly and gave a tip to the workers because that isnt their fault. As I was leaving He was still running his mouth. Unprofessional. They are not apart of the BBB because I tried to file a complain but they lost their BBB Because of complaints.

I been going to this location for over a year now. I have to say Im very impressed with this location. The prices for full service plans are excellent. I come to this location frequently so they know me by name and ask for my usual air freshener. They are super quick and friendly. They also do oil changes at this location. Unfortunately they dont have a set up for the tire rotation service. Overall I like this location. I really want to try the detailing services for my jeep patriot. Only if I can afford the detailing services. Wish they gave discounts for the detailing service with the unlimited full service washes.

Been a long time customer of the Cobblestone Stone car wash on Southern & Higley since the day they took it over. For years I feel comfortable and was satisfied with the services. Recently, they hired A cashier name Michelle. I’ve complained to The managers 4 times about her rudeness and terrible customer skills. I contacted the corporate office to complain but she’s still there. As of day I canceled my unlimited car washes for all of my vehicles. Too bad Cobblestone corporate headquarters can’t take care of customer complaints. You can’t even call them today 6/2/21 to cancel... have to email. Done canceled!!!!

I have been going to this car wash for 3 years... I have had my daughters car detailed 3 times. This last time was a complete disappointment. Charged me $229 for a plane car wash... when I picked it up the car I spent 30 minutes telling the assistant to clean up and touch this up inside and out. I couldnt believe it...so disappointed.

Shame on you..Worst car wash I ever got. Paid for the Platinum, received a Budget! Did not clean the interior, nor the windshield, door jams and left the wheels just a Dirty as it came in with. Did not notice till I arrived home. Sorry, wont use this one again.

BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER. Usually when you go to a business before they close they will either let you in or tell you to come another time because they will be closing soon. I initially went to vacuum my car but didnt want to be a freeloader and opted to pay for a wash. I wipe my vehicle and got ready to vacuum and the attendant shut all the machines down. After pleading with the attendant to allow me to vacuum really quickly he just will not ve it. I was definitely through the wash a good 5 minutes if not more b4 7pm. And it is unacceptable. Imagine talking to a customer service agent who in the middle of the conversation tells you it is 7pm and their shift had ended and disconnects the line. Why accept the business if you cant provide the service?Definitely upset with the service. Been to this location on a weekly basis. That was the last for me.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. SEPT 7 2020Im not sure whats going on with this location. The service has fallen off. After left the car wash today. I Discovered what the pictures below show. One pic shows inside of drivers arrest not cleans. I couldnt believe what I saw on my back window when it was facing sun. The interior was never sprayed with vanilla scent as I requested. My tires were not dressed and there were all kinds of water spots on my rear and side-view mirrors. I was actually quite surprised how quickly my car done.the cashier was a little bit bothered when I requested that she double bag my of water and other items.I drive for Uber and I want my car to be perfectly clean when I pick up my passengers. This is not the first time Ive had shoddy service. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere

Aaron and Josh performed a ceramic detailing and did an excellent job. Both young men were timely in getting the car detailed, professional in answering my questions and very friendly. I also use this Cobblestone location for weekly car washes and am extremely happy when the car is done.

The toe hook cover on the front of my car broke off in their machine. When it was done and I noticed it was broken, Ryan said to come back in a couple weeks to give them time to look for it, and they would either find it or REIMBURSE me. Came back, they didnt find it, and they refused a reimbursement. They said I had no proof that it broke off in the machine, even though the employee Ryan was there when it happened. Would not recommend. If you go here, take pictures of your car before for proof in case they break something.

There are plenty of places that offer cheap car washes. I went because my car needed cleaned inside and out. The attendant assured me every level they offered would do the job, and convinced me for the $34 one. After I was told it was ready I found loose dirt all through the car. I spoke with the manager about the quality I was promised but in the end I cleaned the interior myself. Learn from my $34 mistake, go somewhere else or invest in a shop vac.

Will not return. Paid $34 for a car wash. Bugs on the windshield, grille and bumper. Half the tailgate had dirt on it only half wiped down. Rims terrible, tires sprayed halfway with wet look. Had to buy my own and finish the job when I got home. First time experience and last time for me and friends.

Poor management, very rude and the person you speak to may not be a manager but they claim to be. Misses the back of my truck and car regularly. Super Star is much better and close. I took my car there within 2 hours after I had it done at cobblestone and it got the areas much better.

Shelby and the team @ Cobblestone are great. Everything was seamless, systematic and efficient. Every person is kind and courteous which is why Ive been bringing all my vehicles here for years. I love that they dont push upsells on me to where I try and avoid personnel at the Higley location. Well ran biz and I have zero complaints and I highly recommend them.

My fiancé brought his car in for a car wash and he couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of professionalism from the staff. The manager “Mario” went above and beyond to ensure he was completely satisfied with his detail.

Im on a monthly plan and when I ask for the guys to make sure all the bugs are off front of my car, i really expect it to happen. Was told they took care if them. When i got home i rubbed my hand across front of car and they were not taken care of. I may have to start going back to val vista and baseline they always do a great job. This store has some poor quality and you have to ask for air freshener to be used. Im very dissatisfied

UPDATE: I received the response below about the poor service from Cobblestone and emailed THREE times with NO RESPONSE. I guess they really only care about the perception of good customer service._________________________________________________________________I got the $300 detail on 10/11/2020 and it should haven been about $50. They did a good job vacuuming out dog hair, but missed a ton of spots on the other surfaces and really just slathered my dash, etc with armor all. They did not vacuum or clean the center console (which was totally empty - the whole car was cleaned out to make it easier) Also my windshield had such streaks I had to wash it at home to be able to see. All the windows were dirty in fact like they totally forgot that part. Back bumper wasnt even wiped down. Extremely disappointed - for $300 the car should be pretty immaculate.

The manager, Mario, was and is very professional and is an asset to this location. He went above and beyond in providing me with the assistance that I required regarding an issue with my vehicle and in a timely manner. Thank you again Mario. I will continue my patronage of your location!

Today at 7:30 in the morning.I get attitude from the girl working behind the counter because i asked for cash back.so ican give a tip.she says Im sorry no cash back.And I simply said then can you cover the max 10.00 cash back sign.She then barks at me.All I have to do is tell the customer.So then I handed my $7.00 in scratchers to her so I could give as a tip.And I got attitude about that.And as I walked away.I hear her complaining about me and her having to give me money to the other employee working there.Totally unprofessional.This girl needs to be retrained about her attitude and her service to the customer.

I called asking how long a full interior detail usually takes for a Corolla that is packed with dog hair. Angel told me that it can take anywhere between 2-3 hours to get the dog hair out and fully detail. I explained that I only had 2 hours before I needed to be at work and she said to come by and ask for her. They are starting on my car for as long as I have and will finish it another day for me!!

I only use Higley and Southern Cobbelstone Auto Spa for all my car/truck washing and detailing needs! 2 weeks ago I brought in my company truck, due to a previous employee smoking in the truck it had a nasty cigarette smoke odor I could not get rid of. Yes I tried ozium and all the odor fighters could find before I took it to them. Cobbelstone did an odor bomb and shampooed all the carpet and seats. It did help with the odor ALOT but it didn’t quite get rid of it all the way. So today I took the truck back in for a regular detailing and had them replace the cabin filter, re shampoo the carpet and seats and add air freshener. The truck looks brand new again and has ZERO SMOKE ODOR! Thank you General Manager Doug and employee Ryan who helped me out today and hooked me up with amazing service! Thank you!

Poor quality for sure. Myself and my husband both got the Diamond was and were very disappointed. I had to ask them to re-vacuum my passenger seat since there were more crumbs in it then when I took it in. They vacuumed the passenger side but didn’t look like they touched the driver side floor at all. I waited an hour for the diamond when they weren’t busy and they never even came up to get me. I had to ask the cashier to check on my car.For my husbands truck they didn’t even vacuum the crumbs in the console. Things were only half wiped down.

I paid $30 for the works car wash. Was there maybe 10 minutes and the inside of the car was done completely half assed. Just look at the photos and this was after I threw away multiple pieces of loose trash myself. I would not recommend the full service side of the wash to anyone. A complete waste of money.

I went there on November of 2020 and I asked for an oil change and a car wash. I forgot my engagement ring inside the car, and when I got home with my car I noticed my ring was missing. I called and spoke to Danny and I was told no one turned in anything and they can not do anything about it. Watch out DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF inside the car they will go missing.

I was the 2nd person at the car wash I asked the young man outside what he would suggest to remove the bugs, he suggested the carnuba wax. I drove through the car wash and came out with the same bugs. I dried off my car (all except the bugs) and went to the manager and asked if there was anything that I could use to get the bugs off. NO, I asked why the man up front didnt suggest a full service wash. He had no response. He also had no suggestions to offer, other than the towels up front. AT A CAR WASH, ARE YOU SERIOUS. SO Im on my way home to scrub the bugs off of my car myself.Now that Ive done the job myself, Im disappointed that I bought two of these carnuba wax washes. Ill take my car to the other Cobblestone and see how that goes.Im not done.

This Place does a decent job on a rare occasion, but NEVER and i mean NEVER, wipes the water off the side mirrors. For these guys always doing such a sloppy job, they are also extremely slow and arent very professional. If this Location keeps leaving water spots on my brand new vehicle im trying to maintain, then i will be taking my business elsewhere. Professionalism and quality is big for me, these things are heavily lacking at cobblestone.Edit: On top of their terrible service, their professionalism some how manages to get worse when they say “we always have microfiber towels by our self service station” i didnt pay for a self service wash did i? I pay for your lazy employees to wash my car, and they almost always do a terrible job.

Portions of the car were not even vacuumed, the seats were not shampooed, the console was sticky in parts and there were streaks of soap on the exterior of the car. What a waste of money.

Treating customers with kindness and respect matters more to me than an ability to change the oil in my car. I will never return to Cobblestone and I wont recommend Cobblestone to anyone ever again. I had two cars on the Cobblestone monthly wash plan until today.There are many other places to get a car wash and an oil change, Id recommend any one of them over Cobblestone.

Will never go to this wash again they are not professional at all the manager josh tried to argue with me about how my car was handled on the line over the phone telling me it was done right and the same thing for the guy that called my car out and said it was ready but when I walked over there was dirt plainly visible wouldn’t refer to anyone it’s a waste of $$

Do not know how to vacuum or follow directions went to get oil change claims 15 min it took that to talk to me I am switching co

Love getting my car cleaned here. The staff is amazing. They remember me each week, and are always friendly.

Although prior visits have been positive (perhaps under different management), Im very disappointed with this Cobblestone location today. I spent $280.00 to get a tiny 2017 Fiat detailed with wax and treatment and when I picked it up hours later, there were wax marks, dirt, and missed spots on the car. The inside looked fine, but the outside did not look like it was washed in places. There were signs of wax, in places where it didn’t look like it was properly wiped off. The door jambs were very dirty, leaves still in the hood under the windshield wipers, and a film on the car that felt grainy on the back. After talking to the manager, there were no concessions for the poor work they did on the car. There was no excuse for the poor quality. We were turned away with a car that didn’t look very different from when we took it in. I will not return to that location again.UPDATE: I guess my husband forgot about this experience already. He took his truck there last week (end of March 2021) and told me later that day that he was really disappointed with the service. I guess 4 months later the service hasn’t improved at all.

I go to this car wash almost everyday using the express wash. Fast and clean plus I like that they usually have towels to dry with.

I went to get my car washed at the Val vista and baseline location. I had gotten an oil change coupon for 29.99 so I asked the guy there if I brought my Prius how Much it would cost to get full synthetic on it. He said it would take 30 off. So I called Higley and southern on my way home and spoke to someone with a Roy or ray name and they said the oil changes are around 78.99With tax and if it was 30 off it would would be 48.99 with tax. I said can you find out so I know and told him what the coupon said. He said bring the car down here and if it worksOk 41.99 and up it should work because he had asked the manager. When I got there a manager came out and said it didn’t work on full synthetic. I asked if I could have the district managers number so he said he wasSending the general manager outs Mario came out took my phone after explaining and said to pull in the bay. So I did the cashier rang up the transaction and said it only takes 12 off. I said I don’t know why they had me pull in the bay and waste my time coming down here. Danielle said she was the manager which was the girlRinging not. She said they may have got confused because they have a mailerFor 30 off. Mario said he would do it but she said she will only take 21.99 because that’s the most coupon they have. I said you just said you had a mailer for 30. She said she did not and even asked the coworker and the coworker didn’t respond. I said I don’t want it then and I pulled car to the front. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had here. I take my cars here all the time too. You just lost a customer. Your employees need to learn what the pricing is to be able to tell accurate information.

The cobblestone Auto spa was friendly nice clean place to sit while your car gets a toil changed and car wash. Overall the price was competitive and a very comfortable waiting room to wait while your service was being done. Overall I would recommend this place and I would use it again.

Great service and wash. I drive for Uber and Lyft and my riders notice how clean the car inside and out is. Also they notice the Cinnamon scent air freshener.Mario is awesome at the end of the wash and always ask how is everything.And the monthly Fast Pass is so worth it. I bring my car every day of the week. I really mean every day of the week before I go driving for Uber / Lyft.

Good service, friendly staff, my 2013 car looks brand new after having it detailed. This is the second time I have had my car detailed at Cobblestone.

Outstanding work by Brandon! I could not be happier. I had what I would describe as dozens of 4-wheeling trips worth of dust in my interior. And now? GONE! I brought my truck into the Cobblestone on Higley and Southern in Mesa for a works wash and left with a damaged hood. When they finished wiping it down I looked things over and it looked great. In fact it looked better than most of the other washes from other places. Unfortunately when I got home in San Tan Valley and parked in my garage I noticed a 6 spot on my hood where the paint has bad scuff marks and several scratches where there was bird droppings. There were several scouring pads on their cart which I have no doubt is what they used on my hood. Once the light from my garage lit it up it was very noticeable. I can see numerous very fine scratches in a circular pattern where the bird droppings were, in fact they didnt even get the dropping completely removed. Probably good that they gave up when they did. I didnt bother going back since I live 40 minutes away and since I left their property it would be pointless to go back now.UPDATE: It wasnt the soft foam cloth from your car wash that did this to my truck. It was your employee that kept rubbing on the hood with the yellow scouring pad that scratched my clear coat. I can guarantee you the scratches were not on my hood before I arrived at your car wash. Did you even look at the picture?

I stopped by on my busy Sunday afternoon for an oil change. They got it done super fast! The gentleman helping me out did a great job! Thx!

I waited a month or so to have my car detailed and funnaky got it done. I scheduled an interior and a wax, but the wax didnt get done. I believe five hours is more than enough time to do both of these jobs. Unfortunately more cars kept coming in while Brandon worked on my car. He had no help and was being pulled in too many directions.This was not a one day incident, as this was the reason it took me so long to schedule the detail. Brandon does his best to get everything done and does high quality work that I expect. However, if he doesnt have some qualified help soon I would encourage him to go someplace else.This appears to me to be management/operational issue. Cars are not being treated on a first come first serve basis, but rather a quantity over quality. This is not a sustainable business model and I encourage you to change it.I give 5 stars to Brandon his quality business sense. I give Cobblestone 1.

Never got my $79 refund I was promised. Don’t go to Cobblestone.

This is the first and last time Iever use Cobblestone Car Wash and I wont ever use them again. I paid $150 to have my car detailed and I just couldnt believe what I was seeing. If I had the time I would do it myself and would have done such a better job there was dust, water spots or possibly cleaner that was used to wipe the interior. There were some drip marks of coffee that were accidentally spilt that were still on the middle console. The carpet and upholstery just very poorly done. My husband called and told them it was very poor job done and advised to bring car back. Time is precious and I was without my car all day Saturday and my day off to be able to enjoy with my daughter. Im being told to bring in again? To be without my car all day again? Then we werent even called when it was ready my husband had to call to see if it was ready and this was at the end of the day. I have yet to contact their corporate office.

Higley & Southern location -Great job. Took in an exceptionally dirty truck, came out shining. Finish guys did a great job clearing the bugs off the front grill All windows and mirrors spotless, tires n wheels good. It wasn’t a $250 detailing but it was a great job and didn’t take long at all.Recommended

ATTENTION PEOPLE: DO NOT USE COBBLESTONE AUTO SPA! I just had my car washed at the car wash posted below on Higley and Southern. I paid $35 plus tip, for a car wash detail, basically outside and interior, with a few extras. When I got in my car there was still coke spilled on the door,the dash was still Dusty, there was nothing cleaned inside. When I went back and asked why the interior wasnt wiped down. They said they only wipe the dust off of the dash. I asked to speak with a manager. His name was Mike didnt have manager on his shirt or anything like that. He was exceptionally rude, unpleasant, belligerent, and argumentative. He said they only dust with a dry cloth to wipe the dust off the dash. if I want it detailed theyll wash the doors and the console. And a detail cost $275 but theyll give me a discount today for $205 if I schedule it today. They dont use a wet rag to wipe down your doors, your dash or your console. To me this is part of getting your car washed. I would recommend that you tell everybody and everyone you know do not use that car wash. They suck.

I have been to this facility several times. Each time, I spend a good deal of time finishing what I paid for but did not get. Last time, the back seat area of my crew cab was not even vacuumed, there was trash and litter still under the seats. This time, I spent $40 for a less than 15 minute visit. There were tooth picks and litter still in the front console (which had not even been wiped down). My outside mirrors were washed around. The restored black finish was only on the easily reachable areas. I had a conversation with the tech before I paid for the detail and explained my previous concerns (apparently to deaf ears). I called and spoke to a manager to express my displeasure, apparently again to deaf ears as the only words he spoke was have a nice day. There are too many options available for vehicle cleaning to have to deal with such incredible poor service here. So, Mr. Cobblestone Manager, you have a nice day as well and perhaps some day you will learn the true value in pleasing your customers.

I have been here before and it wasnt the best experience, but it wasnt the worst either. Today however, I was very pleased and impressed with both the salesman, who regretfully I did not get the name of, and Brandon who polished my truck. He took his time and did it right, and when I noticed some nitpicky issues that I preferred to have addressed, he did not have a bad attitude, but rather jumped right on the issues, noticed a couple more on his own and was personable and responsive the whole time.It is a lot of money, but the people make it worth it.

One of my favorite parts of my week is taking my truck in to get washed!!! I love the fact that if I need an oil change or want my truck detailed, they got me. Ben and his crew take care of my vehicle as if it were theirs. I am a loyal customer to this location and Im happy to continue doing business here!

Visited the Higley location to find out that I should have washed my own car, inside was terrible with hair, hello I have no dog, mirrors not even touched, and interior was not wiped down. Btw I tipped, never again

I used to take my Caddy to Superstar wash. They give horrible service! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to that place. But Cobblestone has proven to be the best. I absolutely love this place!! Mike, the General manager, Jordan, the Detail manager, and Garrett, the auto spa technician are just awesome people. They go out of their way to not only clean my car, but take the time to advise on tips and tricks to save money in between washes. If you baby your car like I do, I highly recommend the Higley location!

Great location. Plenty of towels and good vacuum system. They also accommodate large trucks with oversized tires.

Car was not even vacuumed dirty I had to clean it myself I will never go there again

VERY UNHAPPY! Second time coming here and bad experiences both time! They DID NOT clean me cup hole set area, around my e brake or my door panels!!Brought it up to the guys and he had nothing to say or offer that made me feel any better!

I am a professional driver, my car needs to be clean all the time, so I am an Unlimited Member. For $26 a month, I can wash my car daily with free access to the vacuums and I have always gotten professional and courteous service. Ive been to several locations and always get the same joyful and prompt service. I highly recommend.

Great place to make sure your car is spoiled. My car is always cleaned and no water anywhere on the car. The location is great because you have plenty of room to get in and out.

Russell was quick and attentive in addressing my car wash needs. He was very helpful. When I approached the cashier Hannah, she had a quick smile and was a pleasure to deal with. When I was called to get my vehicle, it was sparkling clean.

Got the 50 dollar diamond package looks like I paid the neighbor kids 5 bucks to clean the inside. Awful job. I have yet to find a good car wash in the entire valley. Id love to post pics

I visit this location for my oil change and any other matanice that I may need to keep my vehicle running as it should. Each visit is always exceptional because they take time to look at my vehicle and make the proper maintenance my vehicle needs I havent been disappointed yet for the past 4yrs. Also my car wash right after my maintenance on my is also always exceptional always looks like a brand new vehicle and I make sure to leave a tip for crew. It is convenient to get an oil change and a car wash at the same time. I did so with the promise of a super duper car wash. When the car was delivered to me I soon noticed the streaks on the windows and greasy thumb print on the door handle. So, now I wonder how thoroughly they did with the fluids change. I will go somewhere else next time. Somewhere I can watch the work.

Brandon is the man when it comes to auto detailing! Look, this guy does an amazing job. I paid for a complete interior and exterior wax/clay bar polish, and Brandon went above and beyond on the job. It really surprised me how well he took care of my car!!!! If there was a 10 star rating, i would give him a 12 star!!!! Take your car to Brandon, you will not be disappointed!!!

This is probably one of the best car spas Ive been to so far! The workers here are very nice and welcoming, while I waited the chairs were very comfortable and overall, the whole building was clean (although there was a little bit of popcorn on the Floor) It took a long time for my car to be ready, probably 3 or 5 hours but the wait was worth it! My car looked like it did when I just bought it!

Place is a rip off and a joke!

Went in for an oil change and they said they would let me know when it was finished... it was done sitting outside for 30 mins before the they finally told me. Waste of time.

I come to this car wash once a week to take care of my baby. The one thing I will say is that staff is extremely nice and out going with me. I really enjoy that about this location. The funny thing is no matter what day I show up, one of the site managers Ben takes great care of me and for some reason always ends up with my car haha. Awesome job from the staff from the time I pull up and get my ticket to the time I pay and wait to receive a perfectly finished car .

I called the store today to tell the manager that the man who works outside (at the end of the wash) is always doing an amazing job. I see him every time I get a wash and he is so on top of his job AND HES ALWAYS SMILING. He seems like a great employee. The assistant manager old me his name is Camerin. The car wash itself is great too, I choose this one over other ones that are close by.

Zach Brown to the rescue. I had a horrible experience at this location with an employee detailing my suv. My visit turned into a two day visit after it wasnt done right on day 1 and still wasnt done up to par after the 2nd day. Zach Brown and Sam ? understood my situation and went above and beyond to make it right. After the employee working on my suv showed that he was not cooperating, Zach and Sam made sure I got a full refund on my service.

Great team here. Always helpful and courteous. Ted is always there to greet me at the end of the tunnel and man does that guy work hard. Literally running around to make sure things are taken care of.

Paid $24 supreme wash, and when I left there and drove down the street my rear window was all and not cleaned very well I would have gone back except I had an appointment I have to get to so I wasnt that happy for 24 bucks.

Really nice car wash with one of the nicest waiting areas with biggest selection of snacks, food, and other items I have ever seen. A little on the expensive side but they do a great job and my car was clean and all the employees were very nice. WIll definitely be back when I need my car washed.

I Went in for an oil change and after I picked up my truck, it was running like garbage so i took it into a mechanic, turns out they added WAY TOO MUCH OIL, LIKE THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE OIL, THEY ADDED NEARLY 5 QUARTS MORE. it spilled oil all over my engine compartment, all my belts, my alternator, everything was covered. What was supposed to be a 15 minute oil change turned into well over hour out of my day. I wasnt going to write this review until i called to let them know what happened and give them a chance to correct and improve but the manager who i got on the phone couldnt have cared less. No apology, literally, just said ok, followed by 30 seconds of silence. The car wash is decent but the service department is clearly run by people who dont care and pay no attention to detail.

When another Cobblestone waxed over water spots on my vehicle twice. Couldnt get them out. Wasted my points on two details. Mike not only got water spots out. He detailed & honored what I had already paid. Thank you

Worst experience ever! Paid for a $250 full detail, wax and polish and interior shampooing and detail. Let’s just start with the fact that nothing in the interior had seemed to be touched at all, the seats still have stains on them and when we went to pull the plastic off the seats to look around, there were still crumbs and loose dirt that seemed like they didn’t even do a good vacuum job! THEN, they broke the cover for my shifter and Mike claimed he would get it fixed and call me back the same day which was yesterday. Never got a call and now it is 1:20pm the next day, today. I ended up called only to be told that he is to busy to talk to me right now if I’d like to leave a message. Another thing I’ve noticed is there are still a few spots on the car that they completely skipped over that could have definitely been waxed off or cleaned off with a cleaner. I also had to come back and point out a bunch of scuff marks all inside the interior that they didn’t even bother touching. All the cup holders still had dust in them along with all the door pockets. Opened up the trunk to look at the floor matts they “Shampooed” and right off the bat could tell they weren’t even touched and the trunk was never cleaned or vacuumed out. I will be going there today to get my money back as clearly they didn’t do anything I couldn’t have done myself at a self car wash. I don’t know how you guys are still in business with all the bad reviews and horrible quality of work you all performed. and do keep in mind people that this is a 2015 Nissan that was kept in good condition and was expecting a completely new car feel with how little they had to do, definitely a waist of money and should have hired an actual professional to do this job right the first time.

Went to get and oil change and wind shield wipers replaced. All went well except when I got home I noticed that they had put mismatching windshield wipers on. Called the store they said they didnt have my cars in stock. I wasnt sure why they didnt tell me that originally instead of putting the incorrect size and two different brands on. So they ordered a new set for me, I had to go back three weeks in a row to pick them up. Everytime I went to pick them up they said we have them in stock but they are locked in the managers office and he wasnt there. Long story short, check your vehicles after they work on your car.

Ben does a wonderful job making everything sparkle on my Hybrid. I spilled a protein drink in the cup holder and couldnt get rid of the awful smell. Ben put something in the cup holder and it took the smell away 100% in about 30 seconds. It smells like a new car again

Great service bespeaks great management by mike. Particularly pleased with the detailing on my 02 suburban. Looks like new! Highly recommend this operation. Jordan did fantastic work on the detail!

Severely overpriced. I dont even think they showed me my own air filter to make me buy theirs.

Definitely an older station, shorter wash lane and fewer vacuums, otherwise is pretty good.
