Tim Taylor the Barber (not the tool man), is a very nice man, who also happens to be a very talented barber. He can be both old school, and cut a business mans hair, and give him a shave, or he can do something a little wilder on a young man, give his mo a trim, and shape a beautiful Van Dyke. He has a couple of new guys working there, and they are all really good. My sons have grown up with Tim cutting their hair, and they always look good when hes done. *Note: Ladies and Gentlemen, please tip your barbers and hairdressers. They went to school to develop their talent, and usually love what they are doing. Your hair, is their work of art. A standard rule of thumb: !5% - 20% although most tip the higher of the two. I’ve been getting my hair cut exclusively with Vic for three years, ever since he used to work at a barber shop previous to Taylor’s. I’ve changed my hairstyle several times and he takes care of each change flawlessly. I recommend him to anybody that wants a quality cut.

Great cut for a reasonable price. The guys Vic and Francisco really take their time to give you a great cut. They are both talented barbers with good stories and easy to relate to. $18 is well worth it. No hair gets left behind that you dont want. They told me they will be renovating the location soon to make it a more comfortable environment but its already got a good vibe. I will only get my cuts their from now on.

Got a haircut from Tim for my wedding. He was awesome and really cool to talk to. Real stand up guy. It was my first time getting a cut at a real barber shop rather than a salon or pro cuts type shop and Ill never go back to those kinds of places. Tim is real professional, go check the place out!

This place is very professional. Tim, Vick and Francisco are honest barbers and masters of their craft. Vick is the guy I go to on a regular basis. He pays very close attention to detail and is “all about you.” But all that work there take care of their customers. Highly recommended. Prices are very fair for a good quality cut.

This place is great! If you are used to only getting cuts from chain barber shops like great clips or sports clips, you will be blown away by how meticulous and skilled the barbers are here. Vick does an amazing job and is very accommodating with all of his clients. He took time out of his holiday to cut my hair on Memorial Day. I highly recommend!

Looking for a new place for a beard trim and haircut and this place was really close to home and had good reviews. Went in and asked if they had time for a walk in and they acted confused by that and stated they are all currently busy or had appointments coming soon but I thought it was really weird that they didnt even offer that someone would be able to get to me eventually or offer to book a future appointment or anything.

Tim comes from a line of barbers, his level of expertise has taken him from being a mere barber to an artist with scissors, a master barber. All I can say is Ive never had a better fade on my head ever in my life. I am new to Arizona and used Google to find the shop located within a mile if my house in Mesa (though I had no idea it was there.). I wrote my name under Vicks (the barber) on the dry erase board and as long as I ever pay for a haircut in the greater Phoenix areas its going into Vicks pocket. Specifically: Precision attention to lines and faded my salt and pepper hair perfectly. Thanks man!

Great barbers in this shop, and the customer service is amazing. When a scheduling conflict arose, they reached out to me to reschedule as opposed to me waiting in the shop. Then they went above and beyond the next day when I called to reschedule and they put me in the chair as soon as I got in. Not too mention the great haircut I got. Tim Taylor has been barbering at this shop for several years. Hes a local Mesa fixture. He has a whole flock of repeat customers and I can see why. Tims very friendly and always gives you what you ask for. When I asked for something a bit unusual in the cut style, he advised me about the pros and cons of it and then absolutely went with my decision, no questions.What I really like is he ends the haircut with a little shoulder and back massage with one of those vibration machines he attaches to the back of his hand. Thats old fashioned service you just dont see these days.The place isnt the most modern in its setting, but the service and great haircuts more than make up for the older decor. If youre a man, definitely get Tim to cut your hair.

Vick will treat you right! He takes his time, giving you that barber’s feel when you get a cut! He’s one hell of a barber and a great guy! He usually wears his hat backwards, has a long biker’s beard and some tats. Keep doing what you do Vick!
