Check in via the app and you’ll be grateful. Sport clips are mostly all the same but finding the great barbers are becoming harder. Mostly finding younger people just starting out. I don’t visit many other places though because the value can’t be beat.

I arrived exactly at the time of my appointment per my online reservation and they told me to wait 20 minutes. There were two people working. They should improve their app. Not cool. I was using my lunch break for this haircut.

Love the haircuts but twice Ive checked in online and shown up 5-10 minutes early and the time has changed on their board in store adding up to an hour wait while my online check-in says Im on time.

My husband comes frequently and loves what a great job the girls do (and he is SO picky about his hair). I’ve even brought my daughter to this location, trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, and they did such a good job on her super fine hair that it’s the only place I’ll bring her now! Today we brought our son for his 1st haircut and Toni did such a great job!

I have a wonderful MVP treatment here. Devon was my stylist and she did a wonderful job!!! I do recommend the rinse, totally worth it to remove all the cut hair. I do recommend this place as it was clean, fast, well put together and the service was great!!

Great haircuts (Toni is my favorite stylist. But, all the ladies are great!). I love the VIP treatment. You do pay a little extra here though.

This place is so hot and cold. Took my two sons in today to get cuts. The first son they took back with the blonde stylest looks great. She took her time and did an amazing job. Wish I could have tipped her separately from the one who did my other sons hair. The lady who did my other son didnt fade the cut and took a total of 5 min. Said his cowlick was a problem. That is the first time Ive heard that in his 16 years of getting cuts. I feel like she was just trying to pump them out. Totally not ok to leave a kids hair looking the way she did. He was to timid to tell an adult it looked bad and just kept saying its ok. She is a disgrace to the profession and should be at super cuts giving $5 hair cuts. I left tgere and took him somewhere else to get fixed since he doesnt want to go to school looking like that tomorrow.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and customer service is great. High traffic area so wait times vary.

I like that they document your haircut so anyone can cut your hair with minimal instruction. The hairdressers are always friendly and make good conversation. They get me in and out efficiently. I know its not a barber but they do just as well.

Im usually wary of the chain haircut places, Ive had my share of bad haircuts. This location is awesome, Ive always left pleased and the ladies that work here do a good job while still maintaining the friendly and sporty atmosphere. Have never waited for more than 10 minutes for a haircut and always feel confident in the cut I get. I definitely recommend this Sport Clips location.

Wow, the MVP experience was amazing. Really enjoyed the hot towel!!

They littered hundreds of plastic bags with coupons all over the neighborhood. They used little rocks in the bag so they wouldnt blow around. They should be fined for littering

Been going here for a while now and have always had great experiences. Staff is friendly and always do their best to make sure your comfortable. I drive about 10 miles from my house because I know Ill always get a great hair cut and wonderful service. Highly recommended even if your not a fan of sports but want a great cut.

Superb attention to detail with my beard trim, after going here there is now no where else I will ever go I’m this area. Super friendly staff with an awesome manager who seems to be able to multitask more than I can. Love this place and the energetic staff. And....coffee next door rocks.

I have had a couple unfortunate haircuts. I am often limited on time so I only make a few requests (can you bring the fade higher? I usually have a couple stray hairs on the sides, can you double check?) and a quick review before leaving but still end up cutting my hair on my own at home. I have had the same problem at most of the locations but it is every time here.

Summer is great! She gave me an excellent cut and was a pleasure to talk to. I will be back!

I have been going to Sports Clips for years and never had any issues or complaints at any locations (including this one). Today was my first bad experience. I must have picked the wrong day to go in. The girl who cut my hair must have never cut a mans hair before. I really hope it was just her first day working there. A little heads up would have been nice. After sitting me down in her chair, she had to ask me 3 times how I wanted it cut(and still seemed very confused). She butchered it for a while and I didnt know she was butchering it because I was spun in the chair to face the TV. Another girl(girl number 2) finally came over, looked it over and had to give her some pointers. Girl number 1 still couldnt do it so girl number 2 just did it herself while girl number 1 stood there and stared at the TV or off into the distance, obviously not paying any attention or trying to learn. Finally after girl number 2 was finished fixing mistakes, she told girl number 1 to trim my neck and behind my ears better. That never got done and I didnt mind because I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

Toni and Chrystal were great! Our boys can be a tough group but they followed up and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back! They loved the cuts and warm towels!

Made me pay for thee worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. Didnt even bother to fix it or offer to take care of the haircut even though I still tipped her. My stylist literally had no clue how to cut hair. Took the razor way past the point on where I wanted it and basically shaved off all the hair the shouldve been faded. Kept saying to me when I walked out the door itll grow back, itll grow back........ ha i aint never coming back.

If you want someone to rush you in and out, not take the time to brush hair off you face and pay $25 for a $5 haircut, this is the place for you. Stylist here care more about getting you out the door so they can take another break.

I arrived with my 7 year old son signed in and sat for our 9min wait. Turns out the timer one waits is a joke! Half way in our wait a guy forgot to add his name and was bumped ahead of us. Turned our 9min wait into a 1 hour wait, yes an hour wait!!! So not happy knowing they have this unrealistic wait time. I stayed only because the other place I was going to take him to was closed at the time. Giving it a 1 star only because my son did wait patiently and left with a somewhat, good hair cut.

I will always come here to get my hair cut. Its been a year since i got my first cut done by Toni and I will never get it done by anyone else. She knows what I want and the overall atmosphere is absolutely stellar.

Devon knew what she was doing and gave me a great cut. It was my first time so I got the mvp which was very enjoyable. I am not a locker room sports fan so the decor and style didnt appeal to me and made the atmosphere seem frantic and cluttered.

Never been before had the same service as you get at great clips for double the price wasnt impressed but they do a good job.

Did half hair finger length and the rest is double, Fade is a wavy line. When asked to fix had a attitude and did not fix correctly. This is to my 9 year old son. My fade is just as messed up. Went to Higley and Queen Creek Sports clips which fixed the issues. I will never return or recommend this location to anyone even my worst enemy

After checking in online, a 24 min wait, and showing up before their suggested time, I was told I needed to wait an additional 25 mins. I will not be going back to this store, nor would I recommend it to anyone that doesnt want to wait in avoidable lines.
