This place is great, Carlos answered a question about my car and saved me money by telling what to try first before I spend more money than I needed to, thank you Carlos. Sometime back I was given a 1997 Ford truck from my dying brother (Ex Vietnam Veteran), it kept overheating, I stopped at this NAPA and they told me, buy a new radiator cap. Well that was it. Thank you to all the staff at this location for caring about the people in your community.

Friendly service, honest work, fair pricing

I was brought to this wonderful mechanic through a friend of mine. I was having issues with my 1988 Oldsmobile stalling constantly after purchasing it from my family. My brother had attempted all the repairs originally himself. Oh man, Mitch and his gang noticed it immediately. They let me know what needed done, and worked with me.When I say Ill be bringing my car to them for every repair, even from Phoenix, I mean it. This team is by far the most fantastic team Ive had the pleasure of doing business with!I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you need any work done! Very professional, very friendly! He even walked me through everything they did and small things that still needed to be done in the near future. They spoke to me like I was a mechanic, and gave me the professional courtesy!Thank you, all of you, for being so wonderful!

Let me start off by saying they are very honest! I brought my 03 ford f150 in thinking it needed a new head gasket. Because i got it check somewhere else, I thought for sure I would pay a lot of money for it. So I took the chance and they check it for me. And come to find out I needed something else done and it wasent even mt gasket! Theyre very honest and Friendly. Will definitely be coming here more often, And recommend it to anyone needed something fixed or checked out. They dont make commission so they will tell you the honest truth with a good price!

I came here for the first time last week and they have been nothing but helpful getting my car checked out for a long drive across the country next week. Everyone has been friendly and professional and they worked with my schedule for the repairs I needed.

I made an appointment with Mitchell’s for a second opinion of my air conditioner. The air didn’t seem to blow as cold. I was told by a dealership that I had a leaking hose and they quoted me an outrageous price. Mitchell’s confirmed there was a leak, quoted the parts/labor and offered to fix my air conditioner the same day. I was quoted nearly half the price than what I would have paid at the dealership. Very, clean and friendly staff. Would recommend! 👍🏽

After one visit, Im absolutely returning here! The owner himself greeted me, and treated me as if I was a friend. I really felt welcomed here! The price was beyond competitive, and probably the lowest in the area for what I needed done. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he took the time to bring me on the shop floor, and show me the broken part they replaced and explained exactly what happened and what they replaced visually (instead of showing an itemized receipt). What was great, I even got to thank the gentleman who worked on my car!! Very nice staff, and location. After a long hunt of finding My Garage, I think I found it.

Mitchell is awesome!! They are a wonderful example of the now old- fashioned business model of “excellent customer service.” Mitchell will readily and consistently give up his time and come out and check out any vehicle, taking the time to really look and explain what’s going on and what the best options are. In short, Mitchell has saved me hundred of dollars by telling me what is important to fix right now and what isn’t. His is the only shop I trust. Talk to him and you will be pleasantly surprised. He often includes unexpected freebies and “friend” rates. If he likes you, he will HOOK YOU UP. What more can I say? He’s the best.A+++++++👍

I put new engine in 2010 car.Warranty wants oil changed every 3000 miles or 3 months,which ever comes first.So I bring car to Mitchells.After they take my car in they come back and asked if I really needed oil changed.Explained my warranty and they were ok with it.Got my oil changed.Drove my car 480 miles in 3 months but have to have it done to keep engine under warranty.Other places I been to just drop the oil and replace no questions asked.I feel this company is honest and delivers great service.I will be back in 3 months.

I highly recommend Mitchells NAPA Auto Care Center. My experience there was better than any other car repair shop that I have been to in the past. The crew is amiable, knowledgeable, and I appreciated the ability of the owner to explain in layman’s terms to me what was causing my car to make a weird noise. I have finally found a car repair shop that I can trust.

I highly recommend Mitchells Napa Auto Care Center this morning. The owner checked me in for an oil change for me and checked out my car because I had been have a lot of issues. They were extremely honest. No attempt at upselling me. They diagnosed the problem for me and made sure my vehcile was safe for me as I drive my toddler around. Simple diagnosis. My old battery I had to replace yesterday was the culprit for all my issues. As a woman, I felt very ccomfortable and will go back for all oil chage or other mechanical issue that pop up! 10/10

Best honest business 10 STARS. MY ADVICE is go to MITCHELLS NAPA on E Main Street and Lindsay in Mesa. He has saved my wife and I so much money and we say, “THANK YOU!” This morning I went to MIDAS on E Main St to change my oil for $18.99. The guy there told me that my truck need to have the radiator hose and the heater hose replaced as well as a coolant flush. How much you ask??? $717.00‼️‼️ I said “NO WAY. Just top off coolant”. He said $60‼️‼️‼️ What!?!? Forget that! I went straight to Mitchell’s for a second opinion. I showed Mitchell the estimate from Midas and he said it was crazy. The services quoted for $700+ should only cost $200-300. And guess what? My truck didn’t need any of that. He said it just needed to top off the coolant for $5. NOT $60 like at Midas! He didn’t even charge me the $5. He is a really WONDERFUL MAN‼️We are BLESSED to find him. I told him, “MITCHELLS is my shop 100%‼️‼️‼️“MIDAS IS VERY VERY DIRTY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFFFF SO WATCH OUT ‼️‼️Mitchell’s is a CHAMPIONS SHOP‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ A few months ago my A/C needed repair and it only cost $207 total! Nobody can beat that‼️ Read the reviews.
