They kept me well informed on everything that was going on because they unfortunately had a difficult time getting ahold of the parts needed to repair our vehicle. They also kept up with my insurance so I didnt have to. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION TO MAKE SURE WE KNEW EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON.And they left our car looking better then new.

After my dad backed into my cars front fender, he took it to Collision Works to get it fixed. They had the best price by far, were super close to our house, did such a good job, and went way above and beyond. Also they did the work so quick so I was not without my car long. I want to highlight how they went above and beyond. I am a 30s something year old woman and Ill be honest my car is usually a mess. Between my messiness, I also have a dog and 3 cats so needless to say my car is covered in pet hair. Not only did the team at Collision Works give my car a much needed bath, they also detailed the interior and got pretty much all the hair out of the flooring and seats. I need to see how they did this, because its been a constant battle of mine. They even cleaned up my catch all trunk. If I know anyone that needs body work I will only be recommending Collision Works.

Collision works were very friendly from the first moment I walked in the shop . Estimated my car but what I really liked was the suggestion the manager made regarding my car. Instead of just fixing it he suggested what was best for my new car showing care! That’s what impressed me the most! I took my 02 Honda in for accident repair and was extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of the work performed. I was concerned the paint color may not match on a 20 yr old car since only a portion of the car would be repainted during the repair. But I was thrilled with the work done and the paint job is as good as the first day I bought the car. And the dents to the drivers door and side panel are completely removed. The car looks great!

Ron, Julie and their team were amazing to work with and most importantly did an amazing job on my truck. I was referred to them by a trusted friend to repair my tailgate. From the beginning it was evident they were good people I could trust. During the project we unfortunately ran into a minor parts issue which was completely out of their control. What impressed me the most is the way they handled the situation making sure everything was up to their standards. Im assuming they didnt end up profiting much or anything at all on this job but It means a lot to know they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I live in South Gilbert so they definitely werent the closest shop to me but the referral was well worth the drive and I couldnt be happier with the work they did.

Ron & Julie stayed one touch with me the entire time they had my vehicle. They did everything they could to make the stressful situation as smooth as possible for me, from trying to get my car there and my rental set up with 2 small (5 yr old & 8 mo old) children to haul around to the end when my car was deemed a total loss & I had to come back to collect my belongings. Would def recommend!

These folks did an excellent job fixing the bumper and fender on our Camry. Ron gave me several options and all of the costs. We ended up paying about a third of what we were quoted elsewhere (and these other places werent willing to work with us). Im definitely recommending Collision Works to anyone who needs body work. I had an incredible experience with Ron and Julie, which is hard to say given car repairs after an accident. I probably could’ve done it myself but didn’t trust myself not to damage the paint and didn’t have the stuff needed to polish and buff the paint once those things were removed.Julie got me booked and in right away. Ron had the work done inside of 15 min. The car looks monumentally better. After it was done Ron thanked me for my previous business and didn’t charge me for the work.He asked only that I come back to him if I need work in the future and refer anyone I know that needs work. Done.This is a great family company that does great work at an honest price. I highly recommend.
