Terry, Fred, and the guys came out within a couple of days of my estimate to install a two-stage Trane split system (condenser, coil, and gas furnace) that most companies in the valley told me they could not acquire. They accommodated me on short notice, and they installed the latest ecobee smart thermostat (with room sensor) at my request. Everything is working great, and I can see that the thermostat is showing accurate readings including whether stage 1 or stage 2 cooling is being used. Will do future business with King Plumbing and recommend them to my friends!

I have used King before. They are a great company to work with. I told Al what i wanted for a new faucet and he picked out exactly the one I would have purchased! Amazing! The guys are always the best plumbers and the nicest people too. I highly recommend them for anything you need. They also did not make me wait very long for the guy to get here. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need help. And, they never leave a mess behind them.

We had 2 water heaters, one that was solar and starting to leak and the other was a gas water heater that had been there 12 years. King Plumbing removed both and installed a gas tankless water heater. We love it. Unlimited HOT WATER. My wife is very happy. Great Price, Great Service. All in all, an Excellent experience.

This isnt about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day, which is always annoying since Im busy . I assumed it was a solicitation. Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .Thank you Zack (?) and Kings plumbing !

There is nothing more valuable than a highly recommended contractor. When it came time to make decisions about my AC they made it easy. Terry and his team took the time to educate me on my options not bamboozle me into what they wanted to sell, rather what would work best in my home with long term value. Marc provided service to one of my HVAC units for its annual maintenance call. He was easy to communicate with, called before he arrived and gave me a an update prior to leaving. Marc found a loose value that was draining the freon and was able to fix it, which I appreciated as we are approaching the summer months. I would definitely use King Plumbing for future service calls.

Im reviewing this on behalf of Living Canvas Tattoos in Tempe, where the plumbing issue was.Let me start by saying these guys are so awesome! They were quick to get here, both times we needed them. Their speedy arrival and quick work was beyond what was expected. Everyone we talked to was super professional, courteous and friendly. We would definitely recommend these guys to anybody!

Called Terry at King Plumbing on Tuesday evening and explained that our RO water system had a leak in the tank and we needed someone to install our new Filtration system for us.To my surprise Terry said he could get on it at 8:00am the next morning. Terry was prompt, went right to the task and had it completed in less than 2 hours (including making a trip to pick up a fitting). Cleanup was completed and he suggested we keep an eye on the hose fittings for a few days to assure they dont begin to seep.We have been very pleased with all Service and Employees at King Plumbing & Heating. I would highly recommend them for any service needs, including Air Conditioning.

On Dec 06 2017 I found that my garbage disposal leaking, I searched on web, put service request on it. Next day King company called me on earlier morning and willing to help. I said that my job may be small, he said that it is we working for ( I couldnt remember original words), anyway, his attitude was very nice, I agree they sent person to look for .When he came in, he said that it need to be replaced by new one. I asked price, first he said $455, then give me discount price $ 400, and only one year warranty, I asked for two years, he said No. I though it was so high, but I dont have any knowledge about disposal price, and very trust him, though the plumbing company always expensive than handyman, during this time, even another company called me asked the job, I said that I already got help, never thinking to compare the price. He was very skillful, half hour finish the job and did well. But later there was another plumbing company called me, I asked how much they charge for replace disposal, he said about $255 and two year warranty. I checked the price for the disposal which he used ( Badget % 1/2 Hp), it is $ 99, also manufacture warranty is two years. So I spend $ 400, if later parts failed with in two years even I could get free parts I still need spend another $400 to replace. I checked amazon that if you buy parts from it, it also offer very cheap price $ 111 to install ( this job handyman can do), and two years warranty. Another plumbing company price seems reasonable. King Plumbing price is too high.

Sales guy was nice enough but said he would get me a bid in the next 24 hours. I explained time was of the essence after some discussion we came up with a solution. The next day no call or email. Just decided they didnt want the job. Time is precious and I dont like being jerked around. Call King if you feel like pulling teeth just for a bid. I wouldnt waste my time with them personally.

King plumbing and ac took care of my heating issue last week when two other companies could not. Jason was very knowledgeable and informed me of the problem right away. He was here less than an hour and my heat was working again. Very polite and professional. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and my family!

Excellent service, timely response and pleasant to work with. Repaired water supply line leak and adjusted evaporative cooler operation plus did annual inspection and tune-up on aging refrigerated a/c unit without trying to sell me on unneeded addition services. Count on them to show up on time and leave things in order. I would recommend them for any home a/c or plumbing problem.

We just had a new A/C unit installed after returning home in mid July from a month long vacation to no air. We called King and Terry came out and got us going until we could get the new unit. We couldnt be happier with the service we received and the unit. The next week we had them replace our water softener with the same great service.We will definitely be using them for all of our A/C and plumbing needs.

Didnt do what they said they did and I only found it out after having another plumber come out and camera the line. Using king was money wasted for me and I would not recommend then to anyone.

Downstairs ac went out, called my home warranty company and they gave the job to king. Day and a half later they sent a tech out, he replaced a capacitor and batteries in the t-stat, working, great, didnt check freeon, okay its working so no biggie.Came downstairs this am, less than 24 hours after it was repaired. Not working again, I called them back left a vm. They called back saying sorry, they dont roll trucks on the weekend and wont be able to get to us till Tuesday and wont put us to the front of the line even though its a come back call. I will never use them again.

I had a leaking toilet with water leaking from tank into bowl and the toilet wasting water constantly refilling.home warrany company had sent a plumber out that thought it was the rubber flapper being worn out.. they replaced the rubber flapper but that didn’t stop the leak. Called the home warranty company and they sent a 2nd plumber out.. King Plumbing, to fix the toilet. When the plumbers arrived I explained that another plumber had already been out and replaced the rubber flapper and that didn’t work, but King Plumbing said the only reason the tank could leak into the bowl was the rubber flapper so they replaced again and left. Before they even got down the stairs to their truck the toilet was refilling itself again because of the leak. I asked that they please come back in which they did and then, still saying that the rubber flapper is the only possible reason for the leak, they sanded down the flapper valve but that didn’t work either so they left unable to fix the toilet. I called King Plumbing and spoke with the manager Terry and he said he would send a different plumber out from their company the next day at 3PM. They never showed up and didn’t call. When I called Terry to ask why he said the home warranty cancelled the appointment and it was their responsibility to notify me, not King Plumbing, but this seemed strange since it was King Plumbing who set the appointment in the first place. When I called the home warranty company, they explained that it was the exact opposite that happened.. King Plumbing had cancelled the appointment because their plumbers said there was no leak in the toilet and absolutely nothing wrong with it. I explained to the warranty company that this was completely untrue and the toilet was never fixed and leaking like crazy. This finally got resolved when they had to send a DIFFERENT PLUMBER out because King Plumbing said they couldn’t do the job. The new plumber came and had the toilet fixed in less than 15 minutes. Turns out King Plumbing was wrong in their assertion that a rubber flapper is the only possible reason for a leaking toilet.. the problem was the flush value and once replaced the toilet stopped leaking and was fine. What was frustrating about this experience is that this was a simple repair with inexpensive parts, and took very little time. It was a disappointing experience to work with King Plumbing and felt their was no sense of problem solving, taking ownership over the repair, not showing up, lying to the warranty company, etc.. I see that there are a lot of other positive reviews below so perhaps my experience was an anomaly but needed to write this review to share with others nonetheless.

They were quick and efficient and educated me on how my ac works. They installed my awesome air purifier and it has been the best investment I have ever made for the health of my family.

Luis came out to my home to perform a diagnostic check of my HVAC system as part of an SRP maintenance program. Luis was prompt, thorough and very detailed in his review of my system. My HVAC system is 20 years old, and currently working well but will need to be upgraded in the next year or so. Based upon my experience with Luis, I will be contacting King when it is time to replace my units.

After having one of the biggie AC companies tell us we needed a new coil and blower wheel for our unit which would cost about $1500, we decided to get another opinion. We checked reviews of several local AC companies, including another well known biggie in the Phx area. Just one stood out with all super reviews, King. While that doesnt guarantee good service, its still a good place to start. King AC tech, Luis Baldenegro, called ahead of the visit and then showed up right on time. We talked in general for a few mins about my AC unit but I never told him that another company had just been out on it. Luis got onto the roof and began his checks. After a short while, I surprised him up on the roof myself. Luis was not alarmed or taken aback by my presence, but instead was friendly, open and honest. He freely showed me a number of things about my unit that I found very helpful. Turns out that the blower wheel and coil were fine and not in need of replacement as the biggie co said! Just needed a good cleaning was all. I saw it with it my own eyes! Luis was great. He saved us a ton of money. King is top notch. They are now my AC-Plumbing guys. Forget the biggies. King Plumbing has great reviews for a reason. Last Saturday, to my dismay, I discovered that I had a leak under the slab of my house. After failing to find a cheap fix I called King Plumbing on Monday and they were out the same day to give me an estimate for repairs. Terry was very friendly and took the time to explain what was happening. After the repair was done on Wednesday Terry went out of his way to find other small issues he could fix in the house. He put salt in my softener, grounded the softener properly and fixed a drain that was clogged. Great customer service, great company.

Asked for a price for replacement on units...Jeremy did some troubleshooting and got units back on line. Super service..super fast...super company.
