My appointment was at 9 AM, I arrived 20 minutes early and the office was just being opened. The lady that was working at the time got right to work on my taxes. I was impressed with her knowledge, and the speed at which she could work while speaking to me like an old friend. I watched the clock, considering my appointment was at 9 AM, my taxes were done, and i was walking out of the office at 8:57. Lets see somebody else beat that.

I literally just came feom there..dont waste your time. I was criticized, scrutinized, and embarrassed form the moment i sat down in the chair. I was interrogated as if I committed a crime. I have a STEP SON! And this guy commences to question me being in gis life, paying for his stuff, questioning because we dont have the same last name and because he doesnt have his real dads last name. Questioning me if his mother and i are married, why were not married and why she chooses not to work..worst tax place ive ever stepped foot in..will never return, i advise people to stay the hell out this location, and the but did all this in front of a co worker. Piss poor customer service
