We have been trying to get ITINs for my family since early February, twice getting rejection letters because they had filled out the W7 forms incorrectly and my 1040. Having spent hundreds of dollars with them still not being able to file my taxes, only to find that their office is now closed. Go somewhere else!Update After 3 calls with the Corporate as requested: They opened a case number and promised a call back within 3 days. I waited just over a week and called back to hear they had escalated the case and would call me back within 24 hours. Waiting another week with no callback and decided to call in again and check the status. They apologize that no one has called me, and they will escalate again and expect a call back in 24 hours.After dealing with Corporate and the consent we will call you back dont call us, I now understand why there were so many problems with the local office. I would stay away from all Block Advisors and H&R Blocks. Find somewhere else to get your taxes and IRS forms done. Use a small local company that cares for its clients and stands by their work.
