I stopped in yesterday for an oil change. RJ was professional and pleasant! He made the process so easy I was amazed! He and his coworker explained to me exactly what they were doing with my car and finished the job quickly! The manager helped as well and was kind also! I was in and out of there and highly pleased with the service I received, highly recommend! Thanks guys!!

Coupon for the oil change was not applied, he had to refund it to my card (although he only refunded the coupon amount so I ended up still paying the tax on the amount refunded). Initially he just offered $10 off my next oil change, but I informed him I would be living out of state by then (and seriously, why would I WANT to go back). He said the air filter discount would make the air filter only $8, but I realized later that it was $10, plus they didn’t have the air filter on site, but he didn’t tell me that. I had to wait while someone was bringing it, then it ended up being the wrong one. I went to a store to handle my shopping and returned afterward for the filter. Not counting the return trip, I was there for over an hour and still paid more than quoted. Not impressed.

Greeted immediately, offered a bottle of water, oil change was fast and efficient. Very good customer service.

Came to Take 5 this morning to get an oil change for my Jeep Wrangler. I probably should have left when the technician didnt know how to pop my hood. Other big red flag was the technician who took out my cabin filters was visibly upset with my decision not to replace them. Then couldnt put them back, had to call someone else, and then proceeded to put my glove box in wrong.It was quick, and decently priced for their full synthetic oil change, but Im not impressed. I will say that Kylie was super sweet.

They were very quick to get me inside, offered an ice cold water and they were very friendly.
