Paradise Air & Heat surpassed my expectations in every way. We had an AC leak after a renter had evacuated, and needed to have the system repaired or replaced. Mike was upfront about the pros and cons about each option, allowing me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. They documented photos showing that the renter had not changed the filter, which had caused damage to the machine.Before day 2 of the HVAC replacement, we discovered that our roof had a leak. There were high levels of moisture in the house and we were advised that walls would likely need to come down in order to assess roof damage. We were advised to postpone the installment of the interior AC unit until all demo was finished. Later, we realized that we would also need to wait on the drywall to be replaced in the back of the AC closet. It took almost 5 MONTHS for everything to line up so that the AC could be installed. Paradise Air & Heat were SO considerate, respectful, patient, professional, honest and communicative during this long wait. I offered to pay them during the interim, but they said they would not charge us until the job was done to our satisfaction.When they did come out to install, my 6 kids and I were living in the bare house to oversee renovations and Paul was extremely kind and patient with my kids, allowing them to help a bit and overall making them feel like important and valued human beings. He also took the time to show; me how to do general work to save money (replacing air ducts). There was only kindness and understanding whenever I apologized for the sudden extremely long wait. I 100% recommend this company both for their product & honesty regarding it, and for the overall great people that work for the company.

Mike provided a wonderful experience breaking the news for a new A/C coil. They stated 3-5 business days for the parts, but they were at my house installing it in 2 days!!Mario did an outstanding job of installing the coil while being very professional and quite friendly. In no time, my A/C runs better than ever. Mario is a charm, and he has the best smile that lights up a room so I felt in good hands having Mario and Paradise fix my A/C. My Go To Team for now on!!

Last year I changed to Paradise Air & Heat after my previous AC company never called back when I had a problem. Paradise has an after hour answering service. You do not have to leave a message and hope someone gets back to you. Yesterday (9/6) I called with an issue. Paul was at my house an hour later. He was nice and professional. Outstanding service. Paul was prompt and on time for our first AC servicing after two years in our new home. He spent considerable time reviewing our aging system and walked through the status of each issue. Rather than try and sell me a new unit, he provided an economical option to extend the life a few more years. I was impressed enough to sign up for the regular maintenance plan.Follow-up: A year later, my AC unit finally died. Pauls team of professionals did a great job installing a new Trane unit. Price was reasonable, but not the cheapest. But the customer service was invaluable. Highly recommend this veteran owned business.

Our AC had been working fine all summer but as we moved into December temperatures started dipping down into the 40s. That is when we found out our heat wasnt working. I called Paradise Air & Heat and talked to Barbara who was very friendly and said she would have a technician out that day. Steve was the technician who came out. Very nice and professional. I also found out he is a Veteran and because I am a Veteran that scored high to me. Steve was able to figure out what was wrong rather quickly, explained the whole thing to me and told me he would have to order some parts. Even though my unit is over 20 years old he was able to find the parts he needed locally and was back the next day to install them and get the unit working again. Everyone I worked with to get my heat working again at Paradise Air and Heat were extremely nice and professional. I will definitely call them again if my Air or Heat needs to be serviced and I would highly recommend them.

Experience is priceless and good advice saves money. Paul might be the most experienced and knowledgeable AC person Ive met. I had him out to clean and adjust our AC unit which had been installed by another company. He told me how to increase air flow to address a humidity issue. His advice was pretty much the opposite the install company provided. He showed me how to eliminate soot around the registers caused by cold airflow condensation. Another service company said it would require replacing all duct work. A fellow Veteran and honest businessman, Paul and Paradise Air has earned my business.

Things always seem to go wrong on the hottest days of summer, and at the most incontinent moment.For many years I have been fortunate enough to have Paradise Air. Our little concrete block home on Merritt Island was built before central air became common. Paul found the solutions we needed. He always arrived quickly, and made sure the work was done right.When the time came for us to relocate, I had one big concern about the house we planned to purchase. The home inspection revealed that duct work and a new compressor would be necessary, and we were buying the house “as is”. The prospect of giving this work to a company I knew nothing about would have been very stressful. Fortunately, I knew I could rely on Paul at Paradise to see that everything was installed correctly.

Paradise recently replaced not only our A/C unit but also noticed a design flaw in the duct work of our house. The changes they made dramatically improved the efficiency of our A/C and the usability of our upstairs. They worked overtime to get the project done and get our A/C back on.

We are very pleased with the prompt & courteous service we received. It was difficult to be without Air Conditioning with a heat index of 104 degrees. Paul came to our rescue & immediately got us some cool air so you can imagine what a relief that was! We needed repairs as well for a leaking coil & other/we have 2 units. Paul & his assistant, came back to do all necessary repairs and whatever replacement parts needed even if it was late Friday on Labor Day Wknd. Lets just say that Im glad were renting, so its not coming out of our pocketbook. The latest fix? Well...its fixed so we cant put in a filter, if that counts for anything. Youd think theyd know to look and see that wed taken the filter out so repairs could be made. Today will be the 3rd day this week that theyre having to come out and deal with this thing. Ive lost count of how many times over the past 3 months. We were assured 3 weeks ago that they would be out Monday or Tuesday of that week. Then on Wednesday of that week we were told Thursday. I rearranged my whole day on Thursday, to be told at 5:00 that they werent coming, because he didnt realize it was so serious...and we were leaving the next day for 2 weeks. It was suggested that I could leave my back door unlocked so they could come in and service it. You have GOT to be kidding me! Heck, NO! For 3 months weve been fighting the battle of the AC. Had to stay at a hotel the other night because it was 91 degrees in the house. Believe me, they will NOT get a referral from me.

Always there when I need them, which is usually after 8pm and in the weekends. Paul and his team have treated my family well for years.
