The installation took longer than I imagined and on the quote I told them all the services I needed, but in completion, they added charges for the valves. They also did not honor the gift card promotion. I had it sitting right where they put their iPad, but they sat they did not see it.

Wasnt able to do what I needed which was to add a roof vent for me to get a vented range hood installed.

Amazing company and people. start to finish.

One week and still no air. First visit they did get the air on, for about 6 hours. I was charged for a Blade Fuse that the second technician said my unit didnt even carry. Hhmm? That charge was reversed and taken off. Waited 24 hours to located part and get price and still no word. Travis, the office manager, no help at all but plenty of excuses. My husband located the two parts from Lennox in less than 1 hour. Save time, call someone else from the beginning. We wish we had.

Mike was great. On time, professional and showed genuine concearn for our system and cost of repairs. Comfort Experts installed this unit 4 years ago and I am on my 4th compressor. Comfort experts did a horrible job. Everyone that I have called to service this unit including a Comfort Expert person said it was a horrible install and likely the reason for the failures . Comfort experts washed thier hands of this unit and took zero responsibility. Now I have Freedom air and they have been great. Thier repiar today has the unit working quieter and more efficient than it ever has. Mike went the extra mile and it shows. Im on borrowed time with this entire POS Goodman anyway and when its time to replace the entire system Mike from Freedom will be my guy. Thank you Fteedom!

No call, voicemail, or text to let me know they were late or not doing the free estimate. Not Happy with them. I should Not have to call to find out you have to call to find someone for a scheduled appointment. I work long hours with little time for home improvements. Thats why we have smart phones, voicemails and texts. No star from me.

I have never experienced such HORRIBLE service in my 51 years...lets put it this way: I am on diagnosis #3, visit #7, $1600 (so far!), and AC still not repaired. They have lied to me, telling me parts were ordered, changed repair dates on me, told me they couldnt get me the info to proceed, when I (I!!!) was the one calling them to get updates....I am so angry I have submitted my first Better Business Bureau complaint ever! Stay away, far away, from this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
