I’ve been to the facility multiple times for my exam and the staff was consistently friendly, not one bad experience! A special shout out to Joanna who was very accommodating and patient over the phone.

The above pictures are of the old facility. I was at the new facility in 2/2020 at 225 E 84th Ave, Merrillville, IN. Nice, new building, well designed, good noise control, good washrooms, nice staff.Bring your own food for the locker. If you take a break and it’s near the end of the day, make sure that the outside doors don’t lock behind you.

I was highly pleased with the facility and staff. I had been to another Prometric facility that was older and smaller, so the Merrillville facility was a pleasant surprise with water, calculators, and headphones. I highly recommend it.

BRING HIGH QUALITY EAR PLUGS. The emergency door that ajoins the next office is not sound proof and you can hear crystal clear every word and sound on the other side.

If youre taking a test here, make sure they dont place you against the wall thats closest to the door. I took the most important test of my career here and everyone someone opened a locker (theyre on the opposite side of that wall), it shook my whole booth and made a loud noise. I career will suffer over that test (cant retake it). I feel cheated out of the score I shouldve gotten, my performance suffered over the constant distractions here.
