This experience was a complete nightmare. I called in advance to make sure everything was ok with my ID. I was assured everything was ok. I arrived 45 minutes early and still had issues. Thank God I passed my test so I never will have to return to this place.

We were there for testing. They did a good job.

I had 2 Testing options- take online test, at home, or come to the center. I tried registering for at home test but the system check was running over 2 hours without being able to complete it. I decided to come to the center for the exam. At the center, very unprofessional and unfriendly staff definitely added stress and frustration to my licensing exam. I was treated like a criminal, examined, questioned and strip searched...the strict Rules and regulations We’re not explained upfront but I was asked few times to go back and leave my belongings in the locker. I wasn’t Even allowed to take an item such as reading glass case, or paper tissue into testing room. It was mandatory to wear face mask even during the testing. I wasn’t able to see the screen during the test because my glasses were fogging from my face mask. After I lowered my face mask just little bit to prevent fogging, the staff member insisted that I am not allowed lower my mask even a little bit, and on the top of that I wasn’t even allowed to have a tissue to wipe my Fogging glasses. I am very happy that I am done with my examination and that I will never go back to that Pearson (un) Professonal Center that doesn’t treat you with dignity and respect.

Ive taken two professional exams here, and the experience here was always positive. The facility is clean and quiet which helps one to focus during the exam session.
